We loved every part of our experience! Our salesman, Jerry, was very helpful and multiple managers checked in with us during the process. Our happiness and satisfaction was their top priority.Great price, great people, and a great purchase!

I had one of the worst experiences ever, my car was there for almost a month. I had to visit the service department multiple times to inquire on the status of the repairs. The employees at the service desk were rude and unprofessional. She handed me my key and stated merry Christmas, I could take my car elsewhere. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I would not recommend this service department to anyone.

Absolutely! Oscar was phenomenal! Very professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He gave me insight on my vehicle and answered any questions I had. There was another young lady there with Oscar behind the desk as well who made me feel very welcomed and comfortable coming through the door. Charge it to my mind and not my heart, I'm bad with names. She had a great smile, wore glasses, with a white coat. They are very professional and good people! Thank you AutoNation!

The entire experience was excellent. Angelika James was a great salesperson to work with. I showed up with the intention of buying a new car that day and left with a new Chevy Trax. I just told her what I was looking for, and she helped me find my new vehicle from their rather large selection. I felt like the experience really was about what I wanted and not about being pressured into something that I didn't want to buy. I did ask to see some more expensive models, and she was very helpful with those too. In the end, I decided that I would be better off with something more budget friendly. The 2024 Trax is a great car for the money, and I definitely recommend it if you're in the market for a affordable car. The rest of the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. The dealership offers a lot of additional maintenance, care packages, and extended warranties that you can add-on when going through the finance office. They're very good deals such as oil changes, rim and dent protection, and were explained at length to me. Once again, I felt there was no pressure to purchase those either. Overall the experience was great and I achieved my goal of leaving with a brand new car. If you're looking for new GM vehicle I highly recommend giving this place a visit.

The floor sale associate was not professional. I brought his behavior to the managers and they instantly made the proper correction to resolve the matter. I was very please with the way management handled the situation. I am happy with my purchase and I would refer everyone who is looking for GMC or Chevy to this location. Beside the small instance that happened with the floor associate, everyone else was highly respectful and professional on the floor.

My sales associate Richard was phenomenal in providing me info about the vehicle and scheduling a test drive. He was in great communication with me without being aggressive. He was very hands-off and really put me in control of my purchase. The management and finance team was quick and effective when I decided to make my purchase. All information was given to me in a very full disclosure and all of my options were laid out clearly. This is my third car purchase and by far the easiest. Thank you AutoNation and Richard for helping me get my dream car.

They don t deserve as much as one star. I ve been waiting over a year and still no resolution. The car has been inoperable longer than I was able to SAFELY drive it.I bought a brand new 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. Within 1 year, the car acquired a fuel pump issue. It LITERALLY decelerated from 65mph to 30mph during rush hour traffic on the highway.I called AutoNation and was advised I would receive a call back. No call back ever happened. The fuel pump issue continues to happen! The car fails often on the highway so for my safety and the safety of others, I stopped driving it.When I received a manufacturer recall for the issue, I took my car to AutoNation for servicing. After waiting an hour, I was advised they did not fix the issue BECAUSE there is no solution. I was advised that I would receive a call back - No call back ever happened! The service is TERRIBLE! The only constants at AutoNation are disappointment and lack of accountability. The customer service staff is RUDE and dismissive. Excuse me for trying to be a loyal customer and PATIENTLY waiting for a callback that NEVER HAPPENED REPEATEDLY!Each time I call, they disconnect my call or advise someone will call me back. I have been a loyal customer but no more! Forget that my time is valuable. I guess all sales are final because CLEARLY once they have your money, you have no value to them.I won t go in detail about the wait time being over an hour for an Oil CHANGE during a 7am or 8am appointment. This location is a disappointment! No communication or respect is given to customers when an appointment is made. So whether the staff you speak with is responsible for your issue or not, they hear your complaint. I am understanding why there is a high turnover rate in the staff. I am not a happy customer nor did I sign up to play tag or Catch me if you can with my dealership s staff! If you are ok paying for a car that doesn t work, choose AutoNation. You want a narcissistic dealership- choose AutoNation. In fact, you can sit and chat with me in the Service Lobby - Yep! I m STILL waiting for my BRAND NEW LEMON to be serviced. We can enjoy their complimentary coffee and cookies because one thing for sure- you aren t going ANYWHERE SAFELY in your car for a while!

Michelle was great! She made the process of selling our car very easy and she was great communicating with us every step of the way. AutoNation made us a very good deal and we would happily do business with them again. I've already recommended them to others.

Today turned out to be an excellent day at the dealership. I took my car in today for an oil change, rotation of tires, and check of all systems. I had an 8:00 am appointment and when I arrived at 7:50 am they were ready for me. Diamond was my advisor and she was informative, professional, courteous and encouraging. Needless to say, I was grateful when my car was ready in approximately 50 minutes and everything seemed to be working well.Yes, I am happy with the work that the mechanics performed, as well as meeting my advisor Diamond for the first time. It truly was a great start to my otherwise overwhelming busy day!Thank You Auto Nation Chevrolet Service LaurelNana!

I had an incredible experience selling my SUV to this dealership. Jerry Butcher, the salesperson, was incredible to work with, and I told him I would come back and buy a car from him in the future. I put my SUV up for sale, and they called me, brought my vehicle in for inspection, and left the same day with a deal. Ask for Jerry!!!

I've been coming to AutoNation dealership for business and for maintenance ...that is for car maintenance and car buying since 2004. And I have received no less than optimum service each time and always during each visit. On this particular day, it's a special day because it was marking my last day of vehicle service at this location-Being that I am moving out of town to North Carolina. I'm selling my home in Maryland and moving to North Carolina. So it was a happy, but yet sad occasion. Because I've met so many wonderful service agents and sales agents at this dealership. And one of my favorite agents, whom I think was a gold star agent over time was a Mia. I know she is no longer at the company. But, she was a gem and I thoroughly enjoyed all of my vehicle service visits where we got to work 1:1 together. Auto Nation, please continue to keep up the great work and the excecellent customer service. I wish you all the best. Continue to serve the residents of Laurel, Maryland. You're doing an outstanding job! Thank you so much for the wonderful service over the course of 20 + years. You have provided and served my family.AutoNation Team, You Rock!!!!!!!!!!!!Thank you, Lewis Turner.

Oscar in the service department is always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He is a great employee that goes above and beyond and it always reminds me that despite the global changes after the pandemic for businesses, employees, and customers, some people are still passionate about their jobs. It's good to know that I can come to Laurel AutoNation Chevy and have that great customer service that makes you feel appreciated as a customer and put a smile on your face during and after your service appointment. Oscar needs to be recognized for his hard work and dedication to his job. I have been coming to this dealership for years and it is important for me to write this review today because sometimes we get good and bad services but the good never get highlighted. Thank you Oscar for your great customer service over the years. I appreciate it.

Unfortunately, my experience was horrible and if I could give 1/2 a star, I would. This 1 star represents my happiness at getting my keys and leaving this place behind me! The lack of communication and incompetence was something I had never experienced before. Not only was I overcharged and had to speak to a Parts Manager to receive a credit, I had a service advisor, ShayLynn that was incompetent. I dropped my vehicle off at my designated appointment time and no one called to provide a status update and what needed to be done. I called numerous times trying to obtain information to no avail. The staff apparently didn t know who ShayLynn was and couldn t provide an update. Goes into next morning and the service took the entire day to install 2 tires, machine rotors, oil change, and replace O2 sensor. When I arrived to pay I am then met with uncommunicated services that was recommended by the tech! Why wasn t the other services communicated so I could get everything done at same time and not have to worry about coming back? I have been a customer for years at this AutoNation location and the disrespect and level of incompetence I experienced was difficult to deal with. Needless to say I will not be coming back! Oh I can t forget to mention I was misquoted due to the service advisor stating she doesn t know how to do the pricing and needed assistance. Instead of being provided with a discount because of my experience and being misquoted, I was told to present coupons. Customer service is obviously NOT a priority to this place.

i had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with everyone! i told them exactly what i wanted and the amount i was comfortable paying and they made it happen with no pushback. they didn t shove things down my throat or try to get me to sign up for all kinds of different upgrades, i simply said no thank you and that was it. i definitely recommend this deal ship if you re looking to purchase a new car!

Well I beat the team there. My appointment was at 7:00 am, and I arrived right on time. No one was there, however, they came in a few minutes after 7:00 am. I was there on a recall to have the steering wheel airbag serviced. This was the shortest amount of time I have spent getting my car, a 2015 Chey Traverse, serviced. I was out by 8:45 am. So I am satisfied.

I dropped off my car at AutoNation for a repair because the check engine light was on. The next day I got a call back from them and they told me that they needed to replace a certain part. I told them that this couldn't be the problem because I had already replaced that part recently. They insisted that this was the problem. I told them that it is okay for them to replace it but I would not pay for it if the engine light would not go off. They called me back and told me that the engine light was now off and that I could come pick up my car. I paid $700 and the next day the check engine light came back on.The next day, someone from AutoNation replied here asking me to call their General Manager so that they could "make this up to me". I tried and tried calling and asking for their "General Manager". Each time the receptionist answered, she transferred me to a different extension which did not respond. I left a voice message each time, and no one called me back. One of the extensions says "call me on my cell phone at this number". I called, it didn't respond. I left a voice message. I didn't get a call back. I have never seen such disrespect for customers from a car dealership.

I had quick and polite service when I visited this location twice. I unfortunately don t remember both names, but the lady in parts was very nice and made sure she cut my key exactly. Diamond was very nice and helpful as well with getting the key programmed for my vehicle.

The service could not be completed as originally scheduled. There is no coordination between the AutoNation centrally operated on-line appointment scheduling service and the actual dealership location. Even though I had specified in the appointment request what needed to be done, that information was reportedly not transmitted to the dealership, and the only trained technician was already booked that day on other work. The dealer rescheduled the service for the following week. I therefore recommend calling the dealer service desk directly, even though that can only be done during regular business hours.

I had a wonderful check in experience for my oil change appointment. My service advisor, Diamond, was helpful and informative and got my car in quickly while also explaining upcoming services I needed for my 23 suburban which I ll be scheduling next time for my 30,000 mile check up. Great work, will definitely return to this location and Diamond!

On arrival the first employee very courteous & politely answered my question & directed me how far to drive my vehicle into service bay, I think he's the courtesy driver. I waited inside for service completion. Tyler was my service rep & he explained explicitly information about service requested, even double checked to make sure I understood options. I will return for other services my vehicle might require & refer others.

Darryl and Travis were so helpful and friendly. They made the deal so seamless. Not once but twice in 7 days we made the 2 1/2 hour trip and my husband and ai both bought from AutoNation.

Horrible. I received a recall notice in the mail and scheduled an appointment primarily for that issue. I also requested they perform an oil change and tire rotation as well. Over the phone I was told they would have my vehicle for three days. Upon arrival I was told it would be three hours. I dropped off my vehicle on Monday morning at 7:30a. I heard nothing from them by Tuesday afternoon and made several calls during which I was transferred to an unanswered extension or the call was disconnected. The same was done on Wednesday afternoon. When I finally spoke with someone they indicated my vehicle was ready. At this point I m not extremely concerned because it met the original time estimate although I was disappointed in the communication. When I picked up my vehicle I was informed the recall work was not completed because the part was not available. I do not understand why I was allowed to book an appointment if the part was not available. Also, the attendant (Diamond Jenkins) dishonestly indicated she tried to call me, for which I had no missed calls and no messages. To make matters worse she made light of the entire situation. Like everyone else, I have a job and familial obligations. I m extremely upset my time was wasted and now I have to schedule another appointment once the part arrives to go thru the same ordeal. I undoubtedly will not receive notification the part is in and will have to call repeatedly to confirm. Unless I go with my better judgement and have the work done elsewhere. This would be at less convenient location but much less hassle for what should be a simple process.

Great experience with this dealership! I purchased a 2024 base model Trax. Everyone who we dealt with at the dealership was incredibly kind and helpful. They had the car out front for us to test drive before purchasing and answered any and all questions. They even helped us with getting our discount code to work when we were having trouble. Great place to get a car!

Excellent customer service. I bought two vehicles for routine oil changes. At this dealership the service advisor was excellent. The work was completed for both vehicles in less than two hours. I will bring all my vehicle needs and services to this dealership and spread the good news to potential customers.

I was told that the part I needed was $455, but when I researched myself I discovered that the part was actually only $115. That s a4x markup! Total ripoff. I ordered the part myself and brought it in to have it installed but was told after they took my car apart that it was for the wrong window. Seems like the tech would have realized before he took my car apart Update: I was able to get the correct part from AutoZone for $120 and had it installed elsewhere. I will never return to the dealership knowing about the ridiculous markup for parts!

Very helpful staff, I love my car. It s was a tedious process since it s my first time owning one, but staff walked me through it and made sure we came to an understanding of what I wanted, what I needed, and the meaning of everything. Thank you to Mr. Darryl Reid and Mr. Travis for the experience.

I've never seen worse communication than here at this dealership. I had an appointment at 7:30 today and arrived on time to do a multi point inspection on my oil pan/tubes to determine an issue. It took about an hour to do so which was fine. It's determined that to replace the oil pan it'll be a 1080 purchase (mind you an average cost is in the 500s for other dealerships and to find replacement parts on your own even less) so I had to sign up on a third party payment plan to pay for an exorbitant amount.Part is ordered by 1040, and said it'll arrive in an hour. At 12:30 I go in and ask the status only to be told there's a delay and it'll arrive at 2:30 which is galling as I got no communication prior to this but they knew right when I came in the issue. So I was not informed of this. It is worth noting I don't have the ability to get a ride home so I'm staying here all day which cuts into my own job time.Come 235 I ask if it has been delivered and was told it'd be another 45 minutes. Come an HOUR later I ask and get told it'll be about 30 minutes after that.My agitation was already high so I asked why none of these issues were communicated to me; that I understood that these things happened but not being told and these large costs were a problem that also cut into my time. The head at front desk proceeded to interrupt me by saying "I don't think you understand" and then interrupted me several times after I tried to explain that his attitude and the issues were rude and unhelpful. His response was to explain that he's training and low staff; an issue I empathize with however his demeanor suggested more to me that he was trying to get me to stop talking when he knew I was stuck here. The immediate defensiveness of the clerk borders on the absurd to me and was incredibly confrontational when surely he must have understood why I was frustrated. The offer for a free oil change when I returned was just the final insult to me.Never again will I take my chevy here.

The service was good but one thing I want to say is , you guys need to fix your website because when I make my first appointment it says that you have service until 4:40 - 5 pm on fridays and when I got there. Employee told me that the mechanics leave early on Fridays and the Employee ask if I make my appointment online and I said yes. So the employees know about the website problem and yet it still not fix!! Wasting my time to go there.
