My deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the repairs of my truck. I expected a certain level of professionalism and communication, which has been sorely lacking in this instance.I was not notified about the delay in the service requested. The lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my schedule. The absence of clear and timely updates left me in a state of uncertainty regarding the status of my truck. This is not only frustrating, but also unacceptable from customer service standpoint.I had to schedule an appointment at another dealership.I will not bring my truck nor recommend this location to anyone.

The last 2 times I have been here, the service desk personnel was not here. I had appointments. Someone should be here when they have service hours. I had to go to the Chevy side to get help. They couldn't help me, because the systems are 2 different systems. I have been here for 2 hours and have not been updated as to how much longer the vehicle will be, the cost estimate of the services, or any other information. I am just getting an oil change and basic tune-up services.This place has become subpar. I have been coming here for years and it has just gone downhill.

I have been a faithful customer there for a couple of years; not sure what has changed lately but the customer service seems to have become careless. I came in for an appointment, dropped my car off, went back home and waited. Usually they do the diagnostic on the same day. When I called later on, a lady named Takesha told me it may take up to 48hrs to service the car. 3 days went by and no one called - I tried to call on day 2 and no one picked up the phone. On day 3, I came to pickup my car (undiagnosed and not serviced) and they just handed me the key with no explanation of the lack of service, like nothing happened. I said ok, here is your 1-star. If you guys are short-staffed, it's understandable but keep the customer experience your top priority (especially on the communication side) and don't bite off more than you can chew. I am heading to another service center - it was good while it lasted.

They have a welcoming Staff & Service. They were able to take me in with out an Appointment! Great communication keeping me up to date on what was being done to my vehicle. I highly recommend and will return.

The best part of my experience was working with my service advisor Takesha Porter. She is patient, friendly and customer service oriented. Other than that, I am extremely disappointed. I purchased a vehicle in March of 2022 and have had issues since. Among the repairs that have taken place are engine replacement, fuel line replacements, etc. I am now being told that I need a catalytic converter which is $4000. The car was with them for over six months at one time. I had to continue to pay car notes and insurance for a car that was not in my posession. AutoNation, you have to do better by your customers. No one wants to purchase a vehicle for over $40K and have to deal with all of this torment. I was also promised points for my troubles and never received the points!

I had a very pleasant experience getting my car serviced. The service representative kept me informed and up to date on the progress, via text. The technician sent me a video of what they were doing. Everyone was professional.

The service was good, but it took a long time. I was there for 11 hours, I getting a lot done to my truck. It was for regular maintenance. She said that the service I got yesterday was good for another 4 to 5 years.

The experience was good. I always take my cars there. When I made the appointment on the internet they did make it on the wrong side of AutoNation where the chevy s were suppose to go. So I didn t have an appointment. But they still saw me and did the did my oil change.

I had to purchase a battery on Monday for 249.00 and my engine was on and I asked my man to check to see why my engine was in and he said it was off now because I changed my battery. Now, my car won t crack on Friday and I had to have my car towed to Autonation Friday night. Now it Monday and my car has even been diagnose. I had to call them around 2 o clock and the man said I had to wait until to tomorrow just to get my car diagnosed so I can get a rental car that s covered under my warranty. So upset about the service here. Jesus help me!!!!!!!!!!Service: Battery

the service is not even enough for 1 star bad bad service received I do not recommend it to anyone they do not give you information and in the end they charge you extra time and they only tell you that it is fine your vehicle is good we did not find anything if it is under warranty it does not have nothing but the warranty is over, everything has to be changed, even the engine, service garage

Do NOT bring your truck here!! You will regret it. Our truck has been sitting at the shop for over 6 weeks and they told us they can t figure out what is wrong but it s not drivable. We have to call multiple times a week to check in on the status of our truck because we can t get clear answers. I have no idea if the truck will ever drive again. They don't answer the phone, they take days to call us back, and we get excuses when we do finally speak to someone. Despite calling daily, the GM hasn t made any effort to reach out and update us either. Very frustrated do not trust them with your vehicle.

Give Moises a raise, because he was able to pacify my dissatisfaction which is not easy to do and help come to a solution. I took my car in for service and inquired if my Park Assist retrofit was done (which I was told it was done last service call but I knew it wasn t) turns out it wasn t done and I had to bring it back. 3 visits later..it s finally done. No, I was not happy with having to go in multiple times but Moises listened to my displeasure and came up with a solution before I escalated the situation to a manager. Kudos to him, because this would have been a one star rating if he did not step in.

Speed of repair considering the volume of work they have was good. Customer service representative was nice. Price mark up of parts that they sell online versus in house is extreme!

The first time I came to this service, my car battery died I had and Scott had help me jump start my car, then he sent me over the Buick department to get my car check. He was very helpful and professional.Kevin was assistanting another customer at the time and he said to me I ll be right with you in a few minutes in no time Kevin had asked me is there anything wrong with the car and I told him that my car I had it for two weeks and the car battery just cut off and on therefore he told me that the technician will take of my car. Kevin I had informed be that It will take some time, because they was short of technicians. I told him no problem I understand, Kevin is very professional and very informative, he let me know ,that it was going to be a little wait. He had ask me how was my new car overall experienceI told him this was my first car and love it. Kevin was very knowledgeable about my car. And had recommended that I get new battery. Now, my car works perfectly. Thank you to Kevin and he team . If you want to get your car repaired AutoNation is the place to go. And ask for Kevin. I must start off by saying I haven't been here since 2019 when I purchased my new Buick Enclave and swore I'd never be back. During previous visits my vehicle went in first a leaky sunroof and ended up with windshield, vanity mirror and aide pannel leaks accumulating over 4 inches of water. I ended up trading that vehicle in because of the water damage to the interior and dash.I brought my vehicle in for an engine light and my previous mechanic shop closed due to COVID19 hardships.This visit wasn't only successful but on time, efficient and thorough. I would certainly return again.Making, and changing an appointment was easy online and upon arrival mu vehicle was checked in and tended to asap. It's been a week and I have had no reason to bring the vehicle back except for scheduled maintenance

I was very satisfied with my service rep, Kevin. He was very professional and addressed any questions that I had. I was also happy that my vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion this time. Was happy with my service appointment with Kevin. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and vehicle was ready close to the estimated time. Cost was higher than I had anticipated although Kevin worked with me to honor online quoted price through the myGMC service app.

This by far is the worse dealership I've ever had to deal with. My oil changes take 2 hours plus minimum. I had some issues with my car so I brought it in for inspection and found out what was wrong. I mentioned I had insurance but was told that I didn't. So instead of arguing I call the original dealership I purchased and asked them about my warranty sure enough they pull it right up. I dropped my car off at 7am I had to call them at 3:30pm to see if it was ready to find out it was done at 1pm and no one called me. The customer service here is beyond horrible. I honestly could keep going but the moral of this post is that this service center needs to work on customer service and the service that they are providing.

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. I was charged for 4 hours of labor when they only worked on my car for 3 hours. They also sent me home with missing parts and a loose engine hood. Thanks, Moises
