I don't think 5 stars is enough! As long as they keep this standard of customer service, I am a customer for LIFE. The sign says 100% satisfaction guarantee. They mean it! I have 3 vehicles in my household, currently. All are serviced at The Lube Center!

Never a bad experience, curious and knowledgeable staff. You can wait inside or in your car and they offer you a cold beverage while you wait. Suggestive but not pushy and always working with smiles and no attitude.

Quick, fast, and easy! Very knowledgeable staff. Beat thing about coming here is they make non aggressive recommendations. Other places try to bully you into services whereas here, they make recommendations, give you a paper with them listed so you can choose what you want to do now (if anything) and what you can wait to do. That s makes you want to trust them and get more services. And the free car wash is always a great gift!

I have been coming here for my oil changes and other maintenance for years. I ve never had a bad experience. Fast & Friendly service and they have snacks and drinks for you and even your pup. :)

Great, job. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. I appreciate the stores manager Tamara, help. She gave me additional information on the maintenance of my vehicle. The work also was done in good timing.

Every time I visit the Lube Center, I get great costumer service, everyone there is very nice and organized. I get detailed information on what my vehicle needs and to top it off, I m always asked if I would like refreshments (much appreciated while waiting). I highly recommend them!

Great experience. As a woman taking our car to have maintenance/repair done can be stressful. Not here.You can opt to stay in your car or go to the waiting area. Light beverages are offered. Most important..what you asked to be done is done. If and additional work needs to be done, you are given a service report. They have staff double check the work done as well as you being able to see what is being done. The staff was amazing..very professional..Thanks Dwayne

Better than great!! I was reading it with a smile, offered a beverage and attended to two of the best employees. The young lady that put air in my tires always has a beautiful demeanor and personality. I was in and out in no time. Keep up the awesome work!

10/10 would recommend.This was my first time going here. I always get my oil changed at the dealership so I was a bit nervous. However, a gentleman with dreads I don t remember his name unfortunately but he was extremely kind and patient. Amazing customer service. I usually wait 4 hours at the dealership just for an oil change and here they completed the service in less than 30 minutes! The best part is that the service is done in front of you rather than the dealership driving off wit your car. I will now be going here for my future oil changes. Thank you!

Great customer service, was attending by RJ who did a wonderful job from beginning of oil change service til the end. RJ took the time to explain the additional services my car needed. Friendly environment, you can see the teamwork amongst each other. I will definitely recommend and come back.

I was extremely impressed being the first time I ever got my car serviced here. The quickness, attentiveness, politeness, professionalism, and cleanliness was on point. I even got a free car wash coupon after the service! This place trumps any Jiffy Lube I ve been to. Thank you all for your hard work and awesome service!

Very pleasant & organic experience! Andre serviced my car and kept me updated every step of the way. I was offered a beverage. The Assistant Manager even came over to thank me for stopping by. I recommend!

My son recommended me to go there for service he thought was great - I raise him one - they re excellent! I like the convenience of so many people there to work on your car without planning to order out for food because the wait is so long! When they make a suggestion for repair, it s not pressurized and you can return and get the job done. Wish they had the more comprehensive shop in more areas - but it s worth it to go out for the repair!

My experience at The Lube Center today was very pleasant. All of the staff that I came in contact with were very friendly and patient. Lastly, I enjoyed the technology employed because I could watch the technician under my car on a monitor while the work was ongoing. A class act.

I visited The Lube Center today for the first time and the customer service was excellent. One issue is that my oil change cost more when it was done than initially quoted, (about $10 more before taxes). Due to the pleasant customer service I didn t argue, but it would ve been good to know in advance. The manager Tamara serviced my vehicle and she was pleasant, courteous and made me feel like a 5-star customer. But, I have to give 4 stars for the $10 mark up.Service: Oil change

Excellent service has ALWAYS been provided ever since Vincent (I believe that's the manager's name) started working here. He and his staff are attentive, professional, quick, and informative. I wish this type of service was the norm for all service providers.

Discovered a large puddle of oil on the driveway the day after the oil change. Came straight back and instead of prioritizing fixing the issue I was made to wait because the others "got here before you." Doesn't feel like good customer service. Errors should get priority in my opinion. An hour and a half wasted waiting in line and late for a doctor's appt.

Just had an amazing experience with Davon at the Lube Center. The location is super clean and extremely well stocked, including coloring books and crayons for kids, kids lollipops and juice boxes. It's the little things! Davon and his staff were ridiculously fast, kind, and efficient! They didn't try to up sell me on stuff I didn't need, and even checked my fluids and tire pressure. When I say this place gets and A+ that's honestly an understatement. They also have these lovely hanging plants inside the bay, I think to help clean the CO2 from the cars. Amazing, just amazing!

My husband and I got an oil change here for our drive back to Texas and we waited quite some time but let me just say it was worth the wait. All the staff members were attentive and even offered us drinks and gave us candy. My husband said that he has never been serviced like that and he felt like a god when yall serviced him so i think thats just enough to say yall did great! thank you, we will definitely stop by again on our next trip :)
