A MUST READ!!!: If I could make a star lower than one, I most definitely would. Giving business to this service center was by far the worst inadequate,unfavorable and dreading experience I ve had in my life. It started by taking my car there due a heat issue. They claimed they could fix it.I paid for a diagnostic test to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong with the heat as well. I paid for my services up front because they seem very knowledgeable about their work endeavors. A five hour job took three days and on top of that they called me and said they did not fix my heat.They also told me while letting me know about the incomplete job that they had broken my radio and I needed to go to my dealership to get it fixed. Arriving there the staff as well as the owner Max seemed very unconcerned about my car and the problems they additionally caused. The owner did not even know my radio was broke by the mechanic until I arrived and reiterated it. The mechanic Vernon specifically worked on my car by the way which there was no refund given. This is a dangerous place to go to if you value your money , time, and your vehicle. LESSON LEARNED!!!

You'll regret bringing your car for state inspection at this facility. Masqod Ahmad is dubious and fraudulent, your car will never pass because he always want to charge you for mechanic work. He'd fail even a certified car

Bad customer service !! Be aware the service center will definitely tell you they now what they doing and provide complete opposite . they have no remorse if they damage your car and give o refunds. Watch them and don t pay until the work is completed! Be aware !!!!

Stopped twice at this place to get my check engine light diagnosed as well and air in my deflated Tire. The staff didn't even bother to talk to me and just went on about their business. I understand that there is a pandemic and folks are trying to be as safe as possible but for GOD's sake I was wearing a mask. I think I'll look somewhere else to get my car serviced. Definitely will not recommend

I went to this gas station for my inspection because my friend uncle recommended it to me. I told them a day before that my tire pressure light has been on even though all the tires have been fixed and I told them to please help me check why the lights are still on. So they failed me for the inspection (they said I have a little crack. You can t see the crack until you move really closer vividly. They said my front bumper too needs to be fixed). The guy said we did not fail you because of the windshield and bumper but because your Tire pressure light still stays on and your EPS light, so I took it to the mechanic today and they told me the only light on is the tire pressure and it s due to heat or something like that and charged me $80 for failing me. I m wondering when bumper has something to do with inspection.

Pump leaks gas and the attendants didn't care. Pump leaked from the top and got all over my car and kids. Avoid this place like the plague.

New to the area and First time there for service yesterday. Was welcomed and treated exceptionally well (relative to comparable other experiences). Service problem was discussed and taken care of in short order at very reasonable cost. Will bring my other vehicles there as needed.

The worst place I ever been at would never take my car there terrible customer service from employees and they are thieves beware of this ghetto place don t buy anything from them they are crooks beware!!!!!!!!!!!!they don t even deserve not one star

The autoshop is the best !! Max the manager mechanic is great, been coming here over 5 years, I know him to be an excellent, honest mechanic as far as mechanics go and the work he has done has been solid !!I recommend them with 4 and 1 honorable mention.

Bad customer service with lack of accountability. Dont waste your time! They will tell you they can provide a certain service ,charge you, and then cant do it with no refund. BEWARE !!!

DONT GET YOUR STATE INSPECTION DONE HERE , I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR STATE INSPECTION DONE HERE. THE MANGER MAX ASK MY DISABLE CHILD CAN HE READ WHEN HE ASKED HIM A INNOCENT QUESTION . HE ALSO FAIL MY CAR OVER A PART THAT JUST GOT FIX . THEY SCAMMERS READ THE REVIEWS ITS NOT JUST ME . I REPEAT DO NOT GET ANY AUTO SERVICE DONE HERE JUST GAS

Be careful when you come here always check your receipts and keep it until it s clear in your bank account they charge you moreyesterday I went there for gas I usually got to Costco but this time I run out gas so I have to stop there they charge me 25 when I only got 10 +This gas station is a joke plus is always more expensive than the average

Good place if you don't need help but you will be surprised with negative response you might get back if help is needed. Air machine always having problems as well. Good luck..
