I accidentally hit my side mirror while backing out. Every other part of my car was fine except for the side mirror. I was referred to this body shop by Geico. At first, I was impressed by them, but during the wait for my vehicle repair, I was disappointed. Every time they told me my car would be ready to go, it wasn t. I waited two weeks for my side mirror to be delivered and they provided me with no voluntary updates. Every time I got an update on my vehicle, I was the one calling them. I felt like a bother. They claim they were texting me with updates , but I received nothing from them. This place needs better communication. Also when I finally got the chance to pick up my vehicle after the repair, they told me they were closed . It was 5:20 and they close at 6 pm according to Google. Although they still brought me my car, I didn t appreciate the attitude of the staff. The woman at the front desk is nice, (joyce) . However, some people need to check their attitude.

LESSON LEARNED. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS FOR REPAIRS THERE!!No communication whatsoever from DarCars about progress of my repair. Cosmetic repair was estimated to take 2 weeks and I m 5 weeks in still no car. I completely understand delays could occur but it s the bad customer service for me.With my insurance company only covering my rental for a month (4 weeks). I have no car or rental to use during this time and DarCars don t seem to care nor find a temporary solution for me.My car is fully drivable and repair was purely cosmetic. A suitable solution is if DarCars could not give me a loaner post insurance rental car coverage, they can at least put my car together while they wait on new parts they kept ordering in batches. Clearly they don t want to incur any cost for themselves.Any update I got was from me calling them. Their employees are so non-chalant on the phone, do not care about customers, and have an attitude of your car will be ready whenever it is ready .Moral of the story is so not to take your vehicles to Geico acclaimed independent repair shop especially if you drive a luxury car. Go to your dealer cos Land Rover will never leave me hanging with no car while my car is getting fixed.

My car has been there for more than a month past the time for geico to cover my rental. Don t sign up for alerts because you will not get any. They re full of excuses. Kelly told me they couldn t reach me bc my phone couldn t receive messages??? No answer when I asked why didn t ya ll call me then . The whole month I never received updates on my car. Kelly also left me on hold after I called to express my concerns to the manager. I don t think she ever spoke to the manager. This ordeal was beyond frustrating. Mr. Gary Sellers was my estimator he was very professional, polite and well organized. He went over and beyond through this whole process. Mr. Gary communicated with me every step of the way. He made sure that my vehicle was thoroughly clean and the process smooth. Just needed my car serviced at 46000 miles. There is a waiting period because it's the weekend. However ,this did not mitigate the customer service. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable about its products and services. Sarah a new member of the service team was helpful and consistently keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. She is warm and engaging and I look forward to seeing her again for my next appointment. Of course this appointment is always topped off with a car wash and vacuuming service (my favorite part) it's like deserts after a good meal. Great start to my weekend.

I could not have asked for a better professional experience.I had a pretty bad accident and expected to have a long repair. All in all it took 3 weeks and darcars collision center kept me up to date along the way with text message alerts.The staff was extremely helpful as I needed to pick up my vehicle before I left the country. There was an issue with the glass company so they let me keep my car at the facility for almost two weeks over vacation for free.In addition when I picked up my vehicle there was a small issue with the back up proximity sensor. I called early the next day and Kerry was extremely helpful, she said bring it in right away. The issue was fixed before lunch.This is my first experience with an accident.Besides the normal pain of talking with insurance companies. I could not have asked for a better experience with the staff and repairs.My car is as good as new! It also was a brand new car (2016) model, making me a little more critical of the repairs. Whatever the wait is to get into the shop, it is well worth it!

They kept my car 2 weeks past the expected completion date. Then I paid My deductible for the orignial date, just for them to extend my date another 4 days.They now have my money and car. They have no common curtsy for my needs. These people have stolen my money. They charged a second supplement payment after I already took my car and took the cash from the insurance company and me. Somebody owes me a check. This was real shady. And now the manager will not get back to me. This was in August and it is now Mid October. I say stay away from here. Horrible Service!!!! Avoid if possible!!!!I went to get an estimate and the woman went to ask the man who worked with Erie Insurance. He told her that he would not see me that he has to get caught up on his paperwork that he is already behind in. That he what do they think that he is. That they think that someone is supposed to walk in off the street to be seen. Its not is job to take everyone who walks through the door. All of this is taking place while I can see and hear him. The young lady then returns to tell me what I had just overheard and for me to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. So I trying to ask how this processed worked because I do not have time to come back out tomorrow for an estimate. That I have very simple damage to my car and the write up would take longer then anything. In which the representative with Geico said that no one else could assist me but the other man. He is the only one here who works with these insurance companies. That he just has a lot of things to do. I went on to explain to him that I am not asking for him to stop what he is doing to see me all I am asking for is basic customer service. Instead of immediately dismissing me acknowledge me. I will not be back and I will tell everyone to avoid this place like the black plague that it is.

Came to this location and I thought I would receive great customer service on my vehicle. I came here 3 times and all they did was mess up the paint on my vehicle. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They also stole my 200 dollar watch out of my arm rest and my Verizon phone. I went in the trunk and all my boxes from previous purchases of tech were open. Don't come to this location find somewhere else.

Hi,This is my over all experience with dar cars service centerFirst day 07-09-2022 I dropped my car at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment and some one from front desk old man picked my car keys with couple of papers he marked all the damages on top of the paper and when I asked the Expected time to pick up the car he said two days and he also mentioned to me to call afternoon in the same day to get the accurate pick up time for the vehicle . I called couple of times there is one lady named ms.Lynne she answered the phone and said there is no car to me I said I parked in the parking she never went out and checked it and she falsely claimed their is no car and I came back to the collision center to make sure my car was there and after I went there she asked my papers again where is my papers which I said I already completed in the morning and she mentioned she don t found it and she also claimed if I don t fill the papers again she will not start my car work. After couple of minutes(25 min wait ) she found the papers and the same day she moved the car to garage at 6:00 pm where I dropped my car at 9:15 in the morning and after there is no any status update about the car and after couple of calls they mentioned they are going to give me my car 07-24-2022 after I put lot of pressure they gaven back my car on 07-21-2022 without doing any work and replacing only back tail lamp and bumper which took around 13 working days to fix and no any other fixes they marked initially and now I am getting my check engine light and engine sounds after driving couple of hours this is not the right place to give your car for collision they rip your money and your time.

This is the worst collision center. I have had the worst experience with collision center Geico Insurance company should be ashamed of doin business with this collision center. My car had to be serviced 3 times before it was fixed and I am still having problems. Every time I have call the shop they are under new management. This shop needs to be closed for good!!!!

The worst experience ever they had my car for 3 months and when i got my car back half the work was done had to call the GM to get 10,500 that was paid and all the work was not done even put broken parts on my car and tried to deni anything was broken but of course they eventually found the problem after ibspoke to the gm

Excellent job on my repair. My car was ready in perfect time. Very friendly and professional staff! I had the best rental car for enterprise right there on site! I recommend this place for car repair to anyone!

They ordered parts for my that came, the end of the week. They started working on my car the Monday that followed. I was told I'd have my car by Friday. I called on Thursday, I was told, I'm not going to have my car on Friday because of a parts issue. The issue was, not all of my parts were delivered.If they would have checked the parts that came in against what was ordered, they would have known they didn't have all the parts when they first came in and could have straighten the problem then.Now, I can't get my car until the following Tuesday. By that time, they'll be in possession of my car for THREE WEEKS!!!

Sent a message to darcars yesterday, I asked for an estimate and was told to just come on by. I'm hear now and now I'm told to come back in about an hour. BUT IM HERE NOW! I just need someone to look at the car, take some picks, then get back to me later, not have me waiting around all day. It's just an estimate. Nice friendly Hispanic guy though, but I don't have all day to sit around] for MAYBE an hour

I brought my car in for minor repairs to the driver's side mirror. However, when I returned to pick it up 5 days later, there was a huge crack in my front windshield that split into 5 different directions. When I brought it to their attention, they lied to me and called me crazy. I had a terrible experience with them.

The one start is not for the quality of the work, but for the time frame. I have to wait over 3 weeks to get my car back, the damage was in the doors and it took them over 3 weeks to fix it. They are over booking vehicles.

When I tell you they have the worst customer service ever do not bring your car to this place pick another car and collision center they're trash they almost got my vehicle towed and sent to the auction without me getting my personal merchandise out of it and didn't inform me communication skills no good and I need to be closed
