Honestly, they do not carry many things here, and their loan a tool program sucks. But the biggest drawback is the employees!

Went in today to get some supplies to clear the corrosion from my car battery. Jamar definitely plays for the 'A' team cause his customer service was outstanding! He helped me choose the right products and tools I'd need to clean the battery. He even walked me through the process and went above and beyond to make sure I drove away with a clean and corrosion free battery. He did this in the hot heat and humidity and all with a smile! Give. This. Man. A. Raise. You could tell this man was an all around great person and very helpful. Definitely recommend. Ask for Jamar!

I didn't like the experience I had, because there were people skipping the line and there was nothing done to correct that issue. I had to wait about 20 minutes in line when there was no one in front of me just because the cashiers kept taking the people who just walked in breaking the line without doing it in the order that it was supposed to be.

I had the best experience at the Auto Zone store 6773, located @ 7738 Annapolis Road, Lanham Md. 20706. The day was Sunday May 23rd, 2021 at 4:30 pm.My car battery needed changing, and i was helped by employee Hector (CSR # 54). This employee located the battery i needed and brought it to the register, while asking me for my rewards card. As i was going through my wallet, he noticed my veterans ID card and informed me that i can get a military discount. I said wow, thanks. He put on his apron and grabbed the tool box, and proceeded to install my new battery. I was very impressed by his customer service and how he handled himself. This type of customer service one doesn`t normally get from young people. Great job !!!

This person at the counter waiting on me put me on hold to wait on 2 other people who was behind me and I was at the counter ready to pay for my purchase I asked aren't I here now you need to address me and those who are next in line can wait until I'm taken care of just as I did when I had to wait until you were finished with the customer who was in front of me and I had to wait my turn. The person working was a female of Jamaican descent, I just put my product down and walked out never gonna get my money or service at that location and I hope the headquarters finds out about this one.

Went there today and out of 3 people working only 1 knew what she was doing and I felt so bad for her because she was trying to be 3 places at once the First lady have no idea what I needed even after giving her my car information and VIN # she said it didn t come up and wasn t very helpful at the end she was very unsure what she was selling me I still purchase it for minutes from walking out the store I called another auto zone to make sure what was the correct item

Great location. One staff was not familiarized with items at the store and said they did not had flares and did not attempt to help. I had to go all over the store and was right by her register. Really?

I went to the store to buy some parts, the teller told me they don t have them in store and that they were going to order them. I paid and was told to come back in 3 days, to be honest I went there everyday for about a week and finally was refunded on the 10th day. It was so so poor from the company

Today March 24, 2023. We went to buy engine oil and windshield wiper.But Malik was so upset with everyone there.He was asking who is checking out I'm just checking out and I was returning and he was so upset saying only for this time I'm going to help you. Then he said no, no, no there will be no next time ok.Because I said only checking out.Also he is always demanding for the phone number to buy you have to have phone numbers.He is behavioral it is like been dealing with the staff of the department of motor vehicle.I don't recommend this autozone to go and buying

I only post reviews when I have a stellar experience or unfortunately in this case a mind boggling poor experience.Came here after jump starting my car. Asked for the OBD code to be read since the check engine light came on after jumping the car. Was told the OBD reader wasn t working and I had to get it done somewhere else. I asked to get my battery checked, was told my battery didn t have a charge. I asked if they could charge my battery and was told they could if I removed the battery. I asked if they could remove the battery, they said no. Don t know if that s normal or not?The worker then walked back inside leaving me with a car that couldn t start. Probably nitpicking here but I had to go back inside to ask if they could jump my car. The worker asked if I needed anything else after jumping the car in a negative attitude. Asked the manager if they could change the battery? Was told no we only have two workers here right now (its 8am on Monday morning and I m the only customer). To be fair the worker told me they couldn t remove the battery so I should ve known.The worker jumped my car. Yay! Been here to pick up parts in the past with no problems but never coming back.Reading back I believe it could ve been normal but the part I couldn t understand was the unwillingness to help . I felt like a gnat that was bugging the employees (again it s 8am on Monday so maybe that s why)

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door! I thought that my brake lights were out & the young man who helped me( can't remember his name) checked my car lights! Even though they were short staffed!! Thanks Auto Zone!!

The service in AutoZone needs a refresher. Too often the people working the register are also the same folks doing some of the service work. There should be someone working the register for those looking to buy items and leave and one to assist parts replacements, etc.

I bought a battery and even though it was raining cats and dogs. The employee installed my new battery in my vehicle. That is good customer service.

Helpful staff. I walked in looking for a fuse but instead of telling me where the fuse were, one of the staff was nice enough to look into my car model and identify the type of fuse I needed.
