BEWARE! I've been in this store twice in the past couple of weeks, for off-the-shelf items, on two different aisles. In both cases, at the register the price was dramatically higher than the shelf label. I guess one tolerates this for a must-have-now item, but Advance Auto is just a couple of blocks away.

I am very thankful for the incredible customer care by the Manager Mr. Thomas, of AutoZone 9412 Severn Rd Lanham ND. He help me to change the tag light of my car. Awesome job changing my car battery!I had a lot of corrosion and rust on my battery. First, I went to a different Autozone location and the workers gave up after a few attempts. I finally went to the Lanham location and the workers were patient and knowledgeable in removing my difficult battery. So grateful! Definitely recommend this location. Thanks Jomoi and E!

This Auto Zone lies to you on phone gives you a price says they have it quoted price of 58.99 get there and tell you 70.00 each this place will get anymore of my families business. They are worst on customer service guess I go back to Advance Auto.

I went to this Autozone today. The customer service was very poor. I have never been to this store before where people. Thinks that they are superior to you. The Hispanic guy looke at me like he did not want to help me. He changed the battery with an attitude.

I don't normally write reviews but I absolutely love this location! I came in the other day with battery issues. A manager by the name of Benjamin changed my battery for me- he displayed such EXCELLENT customer service & rapport! The process didn't take nearly as long as I anticipated & although the store was fairly busy, I wasn't treated as though my issue was a burden, & I really appreciate that! The entire store is awesome...if I could give them 10 stars, I would!

They are super helpful. My battery went dead and they got me a new one and installed it (even though the person who normally handles that wasn't there) and I was out of there in less than an hour. They have knowledgeable staff, a bunch of kind-hearted mechanics hanging out in front (I've had people change my headlight bulb, do a transmission flush, and install new sway bar links without any problems), and their prices are reasonable. I was about to buy something I didn't need for my car and one of the cashiers told me not to waste my money and gave me some free solutions for the cold weather issues I've been having with my car. Where else does that happen?! I will always be a customer here.

I been going to this store for a while, I have gotten used to old faces that have worked there for a while. David and Chris are extremely helpful. They will try to help you as much as possible. Chris especially deserves a promotion as he is the always in good happy mood.There have been cases where i have run into the rude employees but you have to make sure that you let them know that they are rude. If you don't they will continue to be like they are.Overall a good place to buy car parts.

Horrible phone service puts you on hold for 1 person ahead of me for 20 minutes and forgets about you. You call on another line they answer and you tell them you were on hold for 20 minutes and they say sorry and admit they forgot about you and ask you to hold again. Not getting my business.. I understand you can be busy but jesus christ.. you really gonna put someone on hold after wasting 20 minutes of their time on hold. All I needed to know was if they had assorted nuts and rivets this time. Small purchase loss now big purchase loss later

Went for dead battery, they offered to try to charge it...went back 2 he's later, picked it up as was told it was charged... . Got home, no charge. Went back & was told it wasn't charged prior, so wasted 2-3 hours plus mileage due to bad info. Still had to buy new battery with no discount offered for their error.

Employees were so helpful. I went in to get oil and check engine light check. Employee figured out that me gas cover wasn t on all the way which solved me issue. Prices are reasonable as well.

On this particular visit immediate help was available (not always the case). The employee directed me to correct location for my product. Assistance was also given in making the final selection.

I just called to purchase a $300 part, the manager was rude as hell. I suspect that, because he does NOT own the store and his check is guaranteed, he does not care if his rude attitude costs the store sales, or repeat business. Oh well...they will never see another dime of my money!

This is about the Poorest of Autozone location around here. Staffing the most Rude and stupid Workers. You can NEVER call to check on something and actually get a decent staff who can talk to You professionally or with knowledge. Either they Just hang up before they speak or they just pick up say "Thank You for calling Autozone" and then You're on automatic hold forever, when You call back same thing. Then if You make the mistake Of going to the store, Its like a nightmare, their staffs don't even care, they just do whatever they feel like, with no interest in helping You with whatever You went there for. I don't even know if they have a Manager, when I asked for a Manager, She was worse than the other employees, I won't even go there anymore. I Would rate 0 Stars if I could.
