Excellent service. They service my broken window for an affordable price ($150 cheaper than other well known local services). I am happy I gave them a try. They are also very professional and communicate well with customers when an issue arises.

I was recommended to go here by my older brother to get my 2013 Honda Civic windshield replaced after an assault of rocks hit my windshield and cracked my windshield. I am glad to say that Auto Glass Now got me right! They have excellent service and if anything ever happens to my car again, they ll be my go to window repair shop. Plus there s a Tint/Audio shop next door so after you get your windows fixed you can get your windows tinted, or get the bass bumping in your car lol. Thanks to the guys that was in office and the technician who took care of my car. Keep up the great work and keep being awesome. ~Donta

Highly recommend, when it comes to these unscheduled maintenance tasks and the grueling feelings that come with finding a place and getting the job ultimately done, this place made it smooth and painless. From the ease of scheduling to the job itself, everything was completed in less than 24 hours well technically less if we remove the sleep time the night before lol. If you need a windshield replaced, reach out, I m sure you will be well taken care of as I was. Tend to never leave reviews but they earned it, and I didn t have to worry about getting scammed.

Do not bring your car to the Lanham location. I had my window replaced noticed it was off and called back. The guy said bring it back only to say I needed a regulator. He never took the panel off to see the issue but just said you need a Regulator. Why didn t he say that when I picked up the car!!! Not to mention he never cleaned out the broken glass. I had to get a Regulator but they put the window on wrong and stripped the bolt til I needed a new glass. The new tech needed to do the work so I got a new glass. I called to tell them what happened and all he could say is you voided your warranty. Why would I trust them and he never acknowledge the fact that the tech should have warned me and he never checked the window that was not aligned with the door frame when my husband pointed it out. Horrible work!

Great service experience!First I did an online search for places that could replace my windshield. I came across AutoGlassNow and loved their ad. They give a nod to all the businesses around them for maybe how to use your wait time. I loved that.I decided to go online to get a quote for a windshield replacement and within no time Maegan had gotten back to me via text message. I called and spoke directly to her and she was able to book my appointment and she gave me an accurate out-the-door quote (which was much less than I expected) for my Rav4. A++ to Maegan.I had booked an 8 o'clock appointment for the Lanham location and was greeted by Aaron Waters. Such a friendly and personable guy. I As I was waiting I heard him field a few phone calls and he was so professional but easy going at the same time. A++ to Aaron.Aaron looked up my information and it was all as it should be. The right part and quote. That tells me the communication between booking and on site locations is good. That is not always the case so A++ for that too.My windshield was replaced in an hour with my stickers and EZ pass put back into place. A++ for the installer. (Sorry I didn't get your name).Easiest thing I have ever had done from start to finish. If you are in need of a glass replaced on your car I highly recommend AutoGlassNow in Lanham.

They were super fast (glass ordered and installed within 3 hours of service inquiry), professional and accommodating. Very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them and will keep them on my list.

The staff and very friendly and cost to repair my front windshield was very reasonable compared to other places that I can assure anyone. More in Auto Glass takes less than an hour to get your job done, I will always take my car there whenever I had any Glass issues.

Best place to get auto glass. Prices can't be beat. Don't know how they are as low as they are but they are lime 50% cheaper than the rest. Have brought many times from them and never been disappointed.

From the initial phone call through to completion, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was really surprised at the level of customer service from start to finish. I got a good price on the windshield and each time I had to change the appointment, they were very accommodating. On the day of service, I was greeted by name and advised of he service and that it would take about an hour. Needless to say, it was quicker than that and everything was top shelf from beginning to end. I will recommend them highly for their service.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Told me it was going to to take 45 mins to an hour . Was out in 20! I was a victim of the Kia boys and hadn t had a back passenger window in months. Called around and found them for a great price. My car finally looks like it did when I bought it. Thank you! These dudes are awesome!

Beyond satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I called for an appointment until the time I walked in and was greeted by Danny. He was polite and kind. He also gave me updates on my vehicle as I waited. John, the technician did a fantastic job on my passenger window. Even when he ran into a slight issue while repairing it, he managed to complete the job accurately. I was particularly wowed by the customer service which is top notch. The young man is always smiling while attending to you yet giving you the most reliable information. Actually i visited them 4 times within two weeks to have my driver side mirror replaced. He told me where to purchase the mirror and return for installation. 2nd time, they had closed. No one on the clock to fix it. 3rd time? It was not the right mirror for my vehicle so I was advised on what to order. Final time, he slashed the installation price by 60% for being a persistent customer. He told me the installation would last 25 minutes but it actual lasted less than 10 minutes. I was fully satisfied and happy. The thing is, it wasn t just me, everyone who walked in that door had excellent customer service. I couldn t help but commend the young man for being a breath of fresh air in a world that has gone nuts. I would recommend them any day. AmLoving my new side mirror. I had cracked my windshield by accident and I didn't want to go thru my insurance company to have it replaced. I went online to search for affordable wi dow reacement shops and Auto Glass Now was one of the places that c ame up in the search query. I contacted Auto Glass Now for a quote (which was priced a couple of hundred below other quotes that I received); I decided to let them replace the windshield. The day of service, I arrived and was greeted professionally and politely by a staff member. The Glass was already delivered to their shop. They installed the glass the same day while I waited in the customer lounge... they worked very hard and really fast. I was exceptionally please by the fastness and quality of their work. I'd refer any and everyone to Auto Glass Now for your window repair needs. They're grreat!!!

Really happy with the service I had today. Very friendly staff, no trouble finding an appointment time, service only took an hour, and price was less than half the price of what Safelite quoted me to replace the front windshield and calibrate the ADAS safety system. They even remounted the EZPass transponder exactly where it was before. Lifetime warranty is also included. While waiting in the office I also witnessed some really great treatment of another customer who had been there before. I cannot put into words how HIGHLY SATISFIED I am with the service they all provided. Since I called to inquire about the price and to schedule an appointment they have been nothing but extremely professional AND kind. My mom's car was unfortunately shattered from a rock thrown up from a weed eater machine so we needed to get service ASAP and I was able to get an appointment for the following day first thing in the morning. I was greeted by a kind and warm smile and was addressed by my name, which it's weird to say but I appreciated that A LOT, it made me feel less anxious since I suffer from social anxiety. The gentleman that installed the windshield was so kind and professional as well. Service was quick and went above and beyond in what I came in for - the gentleman cleaned the shattered glass and made sure there were no pieces left which AGAIN I APPRECIATED that so much. I have never been to a business with such great customer service and high level of professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for your next auto glass repair/installation! Price was so affordable, too! I inquired at another shop and it was almost twice the price to get the windshield installed and their customer service was nonexistent. I have been here twice. First I came to replace my passenger side rear window and then I came to replace my broken regulator. Both times everyone was very professional, polite and kind. They were able to squeeze me in even though they were so busy and they were finished in a timely manner too. This place is AWESOME! !! I will never take my car anywhere else for window service. The price was way lower than what Safelite charges and the service is fantastic!
