I had a Marvelous time. Now I had been working with them for weeks looking for a vehicle. Anytime one would come in I would get a call to come look and see if I liked it. Finally I found the trailhawk which was on the showroom floor and the F-150 both had low mileage, nice and clean maybe little teeny small mishaps but they're willing to fix. Customer service was amazing when you purchase a vehicle you get to spin the wheel of fortune for a gift. I believe this is due to Black Friday week but not sure if that's an everyday amusement, but it was fun I got to spin the wheel twice. I brought coffee and donuts, overall we had a very enjoyable day. At one point at the end of the day I think I felt a little rushed but there was a lot going on so that is to be expected but it was a fun rush it wasn't like a pressure but had to pick up my son from school I ended up with two great vehicles that I'm going to love for a long time Thank you to Everyone at the Laplata Ford Dealership. And I say Everyone, because they all work as a team and they all worked together nicely

My car battery died on a Friday afternoon. I was able to promptly purchase a replacement battery to allow me to continue driving thru the coming weekend. The folks in the parts section were wonderful.

I was very pleased with the service yesterday on my 2014 Nissan Rogue . You think of them as your family because that's the way you're being treated .The staff there are very friendly love them . from Harry & Patricia .
