I have high praise for the work done on my car by Phil and his staff - very honest and fair in their pricing. Customer care is exceptional and the team is focus on getting the job done right the first time. I highly recommend Phil and have taken all of my cars there for service without any problems. Good to have a neighborhood mechanic who knows their craft.

I needed my car winterized and I didn't have time to go to my regular mechanic in PG County, close to DC. I took a chance with my beloved 2008 Volvo XC90 and took her to the Meineke Car Care Center near my house. I was more than pleased with the customer care and with the work done. James was very courteous and kind. They took care of my car in the time they said they would and I've had no problems since. James even noticed how well maintained my vehicle is. I owe that to my regular mechanic, Cesar Cabrera. I will definitely use their service again.

This was my first experience with Meineke in La Plata and I must admit that I am more than pleased with their service! Phil was upfront with explaining my muffler issues and pricing. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this place!

Customer service was decent, not the best. Kept leaving the shop to do other things that postponed repair which didn t bother me at 1st. Had my car for over a week to fix wiring and my vehicle drove the same with the same problems off the lot and I was charged still. Even with the discount it was more an inconvenience to me in general. Rented vehicles for 2 weeks which totaled little over 1k. Not saying they can t do better but shouldn t be at my expense. They did make suggestions that were really good but still had issues driving off the lot as if I never came for diagnosing and told me it drives better. Car stopped running on me in about 2 days after. Now I have a new car note that I didn t want. Thank U?! I guess

The staff at the Meineke in LaPlata, Maryland were very courteous and very informative about the issues regarding my vehicle. They kept me informed during the entire repair process and had my truck ready and fully repaired on the promised day. I Truly Intend To Use Them Again For Future Repairs!!!

Meineke in Laplata is the best! I purchased 2 front tires from another local tire center who sent me on my way with two rear tires ready to blow - but told me everything looked good! I went to Meineke to get the front end aligned (because the other centers alignment machine was down) and thats when we discovered the dangerous condition of the rear tires. Meineke replaced the rear tires, installed shocks and aligned the front end. However, while driving I was feeling a constant vibration under the car- took it back to Meineke- the manager test drove it and discovered the 2 front tires(purchased from SouthernTire in LaPlata) had been balanced incorrectly- Meineke fixed the issue for a very minimal amount and gained a new customer- HUGE thanks to the crew at Meineke in LaPlata for restoring my smooth ride and mitigating the safety risks with the rear tires!!! Definitely recommend them!

Late writing this review. Back in 2021 I had experienced a coolant leak that I couldn t diagnose myself. Called found out that one of the techs was a VW guy already felt confident that they would take care of my car. Dropped it off super friendly staff. Called me back to tell me I had actually fixed the issue myself before bringing the car in.However they still took apart components of my turbo charger cleaned and dried my engine of remaining coolant. Charged me absolutely nothing I was honestly in awe. Great place great people the ratings are a true reflection of your service. Thank you!

I broke down 6 hours from home and they worked me in right away. Meineke team was fair, helpful, thorough, and efficient towards getting me fixed. They repaired a front wheel bearing and installed new rotors & brakes. Everything exceeded my expectations and I appreciated their help!

I have used Meineke in the past and the guys have always been able to get in me fast. My car broke down and I got it towed to Meineke causing me to be late for work. They immediately got the car in the shop, found the issue and fixed it within the hour. Very quick, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced!

Ask for them to perform an oil change and rotate tires. When I came to pick up my truck I asked the technician did I need brakes and he replied no. That I had about another 2 or 3 oil changes before the brakes needed to be charged. Walk around my truck notice that the tires was not rotated the guy inside the shop stated the the lift was broke so the tires wasn t rotated. So my question is how do you know if I need brakes or not .Service: Oil change

My car wasn't leaking oil at all until I came there an got my oil change this past Saturday but I came back and talk to them they show me what it was great customer service,they will be fixing the problem tomorrow morning 3/2/24

Top notch work with excellent customer service! Needed an under carriage panel reinstalled amongst other related issues they brought to my attention after inspecting. They also made a minor tweak to my rear exhaust that got rid an annoying rattling sound. All done at a more than fair price.

We were driving home today from Virginia to NJ and our air conditioner stopped working, and battery light came on. We stopped into this location about 20 minutes before closing, and the three mechanics in the shop all came over to help us and make sure we were safe to stay on the road for the 4 hours we still had to drive. All I hope for was for them to ensure we were safe, but they were quickly able to diagnose the problems and even got our air back working in a short amount of time. They stayed about 30 minutes past closing to help us and were extremely kind and reassuring. I was so grateful to feel safe to continue our trip! The name on our receipt was J Wentz and two other men helped as well. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Best Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Shop in Charles County, MD period. I've taken my car for maintenance and repairs almost everywhere in Charles County from dealerships to medium and small shops. I always would have to return several times to these shops to have the repairs done correctly or had to just go somewhere else for service. For the last 2 years, I have not had one single issue with this shop. All cars were repaired correctly once and never returned for the same issue. It is now my go-to for service and repairs when needed.
