I had a rude and lazy female employee cuss me out at the register in front of many other customers. Making remarks about my mother and coming out from behind the counter in a threatening manner. I will never shop here again and i am telling everyone who will listen not to shop here. This employee should be fired!

My check engine light was on so I stopped here to have them read the code. The employees are so lazy here at this store when I went inside and asked to have them check my engine light they asked me do I know how to hook the code reader up. The employee handed me the code reader And said to just plug it in and bring it back inside after it beeps 3 times.... mind you it was summer time and 90 degrees outside that day... Every other autozone that I've been to has done all of that for me this is the only store that has ever done this to me, actually both times I had the engine light checked.. Poor customer service at this store in LaPlata MD

Cheryl was amazon. Had an issue with my order. She reach out to the vendor and followed through from start to finish to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction and representated Autozone quality and serveice in the greatest possible light. I will be doing all my auto part shopping with La plata Autozone going forward. Great job Cheryl and team!

Sales Mgr on duty is rude & unnecessarily sarcastic. I ve never been to an AutoZone that had no empathy for customer, offer solutions until encountering this location, Assistance was not even offered with helping me out the door with my purchase I literally had to ask for help and I was the only customer in the store at the time.At least the item I needed was in stock. I d avoid this location if possible.

First off the service is friendly and fast. The gentleman Mr.francis has helped me numerous times but this morning he replaced my battery and showed me what the corosian does to it and I am grateful

Truthfully... if it wasn t for the kindness and professionalism that Donnie showed, I would have left to go to another location. The young lady upfront (Kidd) had an attitude because of the customer before me. Whatever he did to her I received the end of the stick from her. I understand how customer service works and how some of the public can be rude but don t take that out on me. She was uncalled for. Again! Thank you Donnie

Don't bother! I called and was told by an associate that this store carried no drill license brackets. Apparently, they don't. I wouldn't have wasted my time going if the employees were trained correctly to look at inventory. Once I arrived, the employee only cared to make a sale - any sale. I will never return

I went there yesterday 7-11-18 having one of the worst days ever dealing with kia service all day just to find out that my 3 yr old car is out of warranty somehow. Ronald S. the manager greeted as I came in and completely changed my day around! He was extremely helpful and his amazing upbeat attitude and conversation was exactly what I needed after dealing with people that had no interest in helping me the entire day and completely changed my outlook. He helped find a battery saved me some money and installed it for me! Ronald you are a superstar buddy I cant thank you enough! Customer service at best!

Idk her name but the woman who works here is completely Lazy, if something involves her having to take a few extra steps or do any extra physical movement she will huff and puff and make up somthing to try to get out of it. If she put as much effort into work as she did trying to get out of doing any she might be able to get out of minimum wage one day

It's a convenient store for a quick stop shop when no other options are available. I was looking for a part that needed replacement as soon as possible, unfortunately it was not available in the store so I was assisted by the staff to order it online. Although the item number and photo on the website were the correct piece, the wrong part was placed in the box once I picked it up from the store. I was cordially assisted again by the staff to replace the part, the same mistake occured again. I ended up giving up on that process and looking for the part elsewhere. Despite the professionalism that the staff is providing to assist every customer respectively, the online part shop obviously lack attention to details.

Needed to change the light bulb on my Cadillac CTS. I ask the sales associate for help and he told me they usually don t help with that if it s a difficult task to change the car light bulb but they did it anyway. It took 3 sales associates of the store to help me change my light bulb and they went above and beyond to help me. I greatly appreciate them for there service and I want to thank them by leaving this awesome review. Highly recommend Autozone Laplata!!

Cheryl is very rude. She sold me a battery, and no one was there to put it on and she told me to just look at my battery to figure out how to put it on. No other solutions, like come back at a certain time and someone can help you. Just figure it out. She was very rude from when I first walked in the store. I will never go back to this store.

Manager Tim (Has Lips Tattooed On His Neck) Is rude and Violent. I was there 7-2-2019 The Manager Tim was Flipping Out on a customer he was Threatening & Cursing at the Customer, I had My Child with me! I am Very Disappointed In This AutoZone. My child was crying and terrified. Ridiculous Management & Something needs to be done about this ASAP!!

Doesn't loan tools out anymore. This used to be my go-to place AutoZone; not all of the staff are knowledgeable (I once talked to an employee who didn't know what a torque wrench was), but they were nice and helpful. Since they don't do loaner tools anymore I just go to the one in White Plains.

My friend got a battery and the cashier wouldn't leave her alone. She wanted to find the battery her self but he essentially forced her to wait while he looks on his computer. He kept belittling her by calling her "little lady" assuming she doesn't know anything about cars (She does). Then he kept insisting on helping get it to her car despite her constant rejections and saying "You sure it weighs more then you"Dude was acting very sexist and weird.

I been going to this Autozone since it opened years ago. Always great customer service and the employees are helpful in helping to find parts and to install minor parts.

Walked in the door was not asked to be helped. After standing in line for about 10 minutes still both cashier's never acknowledged me so I left the store. They lost a sale. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!

The District heights Auto zone is a very shady place. I went in looking for R34 freon for my AC I was told they were out of stock, I saw some on a cart behind the counter on one of the lower shelf's. I was told by the employee that those were for his car. I asked if he had purchased them yet he told me he was buying them later. I had to go to a different Auto zone to buy it.

Poor costomer service I when there today 07/24/19 at 2:15 pm I was trying pay for items waiting on line I am Hispanic guy later an white guy walking from outside and she asked him if he needed help but Innored me the cashier was a black lady.bad persons working in La Plata autozone.

This is my AutoZone that I go to. Nothing super special about it except the people in there are very attentive they install batteries in my car. And we're very helpful.

Great location! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in to swap a battery and was out with a new battery installed in 15 minutes, thanks to mike!
