Websters is the only place I take my car. They are 100% percent honest and have never tried to sell me something I didn t need. They ve even talked me out of doing work that I thought I needed. A few years ago a different shop told me I needed 900 dollars worth of brake work. Carl and John fixed everything for less than 300. I've been going to Websters for the 30 years I've been in Harford County . You won't find anyone more knowledgeable and professional than this father and son team . Carl has solved my car issues at times and not even charged me because it was programming error on my part or something he thought was insignificant . Carl's son John is his clone in the shop and is equally impressive with his approach to solving your problems . It's comforting to find a fair and honest place to confidently do business . Excellent small business auto repair. Honest and quick repairs. Carl goes out of his way to make sure your repair is done in the most economical way. This is important to everyone, but as a senior woman on a fixed income and with no car repair experience, it is invaluable.

Carl blamed damage to my car from his carwash in Fallston on sun wear and age! As if we were not in the car and heard what happened. He offered to GLUE the part back on after being condescending and insulting. He yelled, "unbelievable" as we were starting the car to leave. The auto body shop said that the damage was done by carwash. Would never deal with someone who can not handle mishaps in a mature manner

Carl and his son John have been my family's mechanics for the last 21 years. They are the only mechanics I implicitly trust with my truck. I cant recommend them enough to friends and neighbors.

I've been going to these guys for years. They are knowledgable and efficient. This father/son duo run their business like a well oiled machine, which is much like how my car runs because of their expertise. Highly recommend!
