Dale and everyone who I spoke with and had any interaction was great. Very professional and very reasonably priced. Communication and customer service is top notch. Definitely recommended for all your auto service needs!!

They are fantastic. New to area, needed Maryland inspection. They accommodated me bc of my crazy work schedule. Fast and friendly. Mike was informative. They re 100 % awesome in that shop - and 100% cool in used cars. I found my next car while waiting for the inspection.

If you're looking for an auto repair business that is honest, reliable, and family-owned, I 110% recommend G&M.I've always been weary of auto shops/dealers, but I was referred here by another business that I trust very much (because I had a steering issue they weren't able to address at their shop). G&M was quick to address my concerns, went above and beyond what I expected, priced everything very fairly, and had great communication the whole way. I can tell they genuinely care about their customers.This review is so long because I have a ton of good things to say about them, so I'll spare you some time and just end it with this statement..If you're searching for a repair place and are worried about getting taken advantage of, etc. - give these guys a chance because they'll earn your business, and you won't regret it.

I like to do things myself, I m pretty particular about how they get done. I started doing a tuneup on a Ford raptor with a 6.2 L and snapped the nut piece off of the spark plug. Come to find out that particular engine has an issue with the spark plugs, similar to the 5.4 L I called G and M to see what they could do to help me. We talked about a couple of different scenarios and the fixes it looked like we might have to pull the head off the engine to get it out. They were able to get the spark plug out without removing the head replaced the other 15 spark plugs, yes, the 6.2 L has 16 plugs, without any further issues. The turnaround was very quick, considering the job and the price was more than fair. I ve been doing business with them for over 20 years and do not have a single complaint. I ve recommended family and friends there as well.

My daughter bought her truck at Apple Ford in Columbia today. Besides cleaning it thoroughly and providing exceptional warranties, they made sure her gas tank was full. This was a great experience compared to purchasing my car at G&M a couple of years ago where they let me drive off the lot with a near-empty gas tank. I asked, but that costs money. I m a single mom with three children and still am disheartened since I pass the shop every day and I trusted as a fellow Christian I d be in good hands. I m glad to see some people have good experiences, but for me I ll get my next car up the road.

My Mom had been told she needed almost 2k in repairs at Preston Ford, she panicked and went to G & M and was treated fairly and with compassion and honesty. This was the first time I used G&M .I arrived early for my appointment but that wasn't a problem. I decided to look around and kill some time. Little did I know that I was going to take a walk back in Time. You see I didn't know there was a showroom with classic cars, the types that I had owned as a young man. Anyway, after daydreaming for a few minutes I made my way back over to the waiting room. That too was full of treasures from the past. The wait time, about an hour, turned out to be very interesting and flew by. There was also a young lady busy on her computer if your trying to work on the run. Oh.. I almost forgot. The oil change, filter and tire rotation went great. Best of All was the price. At least 50 dollars below new car dealerships.I know, I too was in the business of servicing automobiles..Services: Tires, Oil change

I had an awesome experience buying my new car here recently. I purchased a used minivan and couldn't be happier. The sales team is very friendly and never pushy. Such a relief compared to most car dealerships who get too salesy for my taste. I liked knowing I was supporting a locally owned business. I'd also highly recommend using G&M for their service department as well. Everyone on the service team was extremely helpful and friendly. 5 stars!

Bought a truck from here me being young a lot of dealerships threw me off saying I can t buy that vehicle. Found this place and talked to greg came up he showed me the truck told me all about it couple weeks after dealing with banks I was finally able to buy this truck and greg was just as excited as I was greg was very patient with me. Greg went above and beyond to get me this truck. Would not want to deal with anyone else. If your in the market for a vehicle personal or company contect greg you won t be disappointed

I needed a state I spe tion done on a vehicle I was purchasing. They agreed to compete it the next day. They kept me I formed along the way. There were no surprises. They called me when finished. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. They thanked me for using their services and asked me to return.

They are so wonderful! It s often hard to find a mechanic you can trust. They never try to up sell and always explain what actually does need to be done. Spoke to Dave on the phone to try to make an appointment - extremely rude & seems like I was bothering him because I had some questions about service. Like sorry I dont know about cars? There's a reason I am coming to fix it. Will not be coming back again.

I ve got two older cars with a lot of ailments and I ve loved bringing them to the Kingsville location for the past year. George III is very considerate and is really accommodating of my hectic schedule so that I can get my problems resolved quickly and with the highest care I ve ever had from a mechanic. I m very grateful and somehow even find myself looking forward to coming to the shop.

I bought 2007 Nissan Maxima from G & M Automotive in 2017. I can honestly say that it was the worst car buying experience since I've been on the road. Although, the sales person who help me was professional he was also deceitful. The automobile had numerous problems that didn't come to light until after I purchased the vehicle and drove it off the lot. This includes Md inspection items that should have been repaired before it was sold to me or any consumer. I took the car back to have the items repaired, especially items covered under warranty, but the shop manager and owner refused to fix the problems. I got the vehicle reinspected by Nissan Jones just up the road. After their professional evaluation of the car, they questioned how it ever passed inspection in the first place.I could share so much more, but, I'm not trying write a book. In summary, I took the owner to court in an attempt to recoup some of the money I have invested in repairing this vehicle. The case is still in court. To my fellow consumer, if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from G & M, I strongly recommend having a license mechanic inspect the vehicle before you purchase it or better yet do your vehicle purchase elsewhere.

I was referred to G&M from a friend at work, I was kinda skeptical about the place because I've never heard of them......I can tell you now that I know about G&M I'll never go anywhere else........100% Professional, I enjoyed my experience with G&M....Thank you

I guess it evens itself out. I gave them a good review in the past. But this time it could've been extremely costly. They say I need $3500 worth of work, because my transmission was failing. They said it wasn't worth fixing and I might as well get another car because it had 150,000 miles. My wife suggested I get a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. It ended up being a wheel bearing. Not too long ago G & M supposedly fixed my wheel bearings. So now only paying $600 at the dealership it's a lot cheaper than having to buy another car. I think George in the group are very nice, but this became very discouraging and I doubt I will return.

Very nice people, great service. Owner was there in morning while I waited for my car and came in, sat down and personally spoke to me for a few minutes. Very personable, friendly, and nice. I come from Middle River to this location in Kingsville. Will go back for other services needed and recommend to others.

Not bad really. G& M Auto. is a Christian repair facility and they do gooood work. I've dealt with them three times now and I'll go back. Plus they have some beautiful classics set up in thier showroom.
