The worst experience I've had at an oil change station EVER!Caused damages to my vehicle by screwing the oil filter cap over wires that controlled a crucial sensor in my car! And I had to go to a mechanic to have the wire and sensors replaced. When I went back to have them see what they did they refused to take responsibility. This is pure negligence by the oil technicians who work here.

I've been going here for over 20 years since it was Mobil, and i didn't feel the transition at all. They're still speedy, and the gentlemen are always so pleasant! They take the time to explain anything I need help with.

Awesome quick service! I've always wondered why it takes so long for an oil change at jiffy lube. If I had a setup like the oil change spots this should only take 10 minutes max. This place solidified my thought. They get you in and out quick. Don't waste your precious time anywhere else to get an oil change. This is where you need to come!

Quick service and everyone was friendly but they tried to upcharge me on other non-urgent services and the techs who worked on my Jetta didn't re-install my oil filter correctly, causing my car to lose oil on our first substantial road trip. Jettas are easy cars to work with for anyone work their salt.

I always dread having to get my oil changed because I always feel like I have to wait for so long and there always attempts to get me to pay more or convince me I need things. The staff here, especially Alex, Frank, and Raul were kind and efficient! I was very impressed that Alex always asked permission before doing anything such as opening the door or pushing any buttons. My oil level and filters were shown to me and I feel like I was kept in the loops the whole time which was nice. Also, being able to just stay in my car was so convenient! Things are a little pricey, but comparable to other similar garages in the area, so I think it s just the sticker shock of the east coast on someone from the Midwest.

Was the first time at that location. They performed an oil changed really quickly but didn't do many of the checks that are usually done at other locations: tire pressure, lights, reset maintenance light, etc.

Fast and friendly service. I don t think I was there for more than 20 minutes. If you re looking for a quick oil change, I definitely recommend this place - friendly staff- you can t go wrong here.

I don t normally post reviews especially negative ones. But after several less than satisfactory experiences, I feel compelled.This location used to be great when they were Mobile 1 and before they changed hands. Since then, the staff seems inexperienced and inattentive.The past two times I ve gone for a routine oil change, they were goofing off too much which made the services take longer.But the last time I went, yesterday, was what solidified for me that this is not a good location anymore. While driving home from work, I felt like my tire was going flat. I stopped since I needed an oil change as well. I asked if they could please check the tire pressure while they changed my oil. They made me pay first with a printout of my tire pressure before even checking. I reminded them to please check. I was trying to pay attention but never saw them check. When I asked at the end, the service tech said, Oh they were low but nothing to worry about! I asked how much they were low by? and he could not give me a clear answer. He also said he filled them to 40 Psi which seemed very high for my Honda Accord.Went to work this morning, and my tire blew out.I would avoid this location if you can and find somewhere else that will listen to your concerns.

An amazing experience! Very professional and efficient staff. Especially Nate. Nate checked to make sure all the fluids were topped off, checked brakes, air filter. Great experience at this place. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Easy in, easy out. Very quick service. They even gave a coloring book and crayons to us for my toddler to use while we waited! Prices were OK, made even better by a Groupon I found for 40% off, which was honored very easily. The service wait to get my SUV into the bay took over 2 hours. The service tech seemed distracted and took over 45 minutes to get the SUV out the bay. Overall time at this service center took 3 hours which only included changing a few filters & oil; mind boggling! I checked my oil level the next day and found it at the minimum level line, so I was down a quart (?). The tech must have not understood the simple dip stick lines?I would highly recommend waving as you drive by!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These people who work there or the place are scammers. Three days ago I went to change the oil in the car and they only put a little bit in it. And there is nothing left and the engine is fine, it has no oil leaks or leaks, how is it possible to pay $200.2 for none of that? They tried to scam me for a fuel system service on my prius and nearly ruined my engine. Everyone was telling the guy to not do it but he went ahead anyway. Thankfully someone was able to fix it. Never come to this location

Call to find out how much it cost to have tires rotated, only to find out when I got there they don't do it. Even though I've been quoted a price.Then they were out of coolant. What kind of place like this is out of coolant?!

I waited to post this to make all was well with my vehicle.These guys provided knowledgeable service, courteous and quick. My service was Transmission service, drain old liquid and replaced for around $200.00 in my 2014 model Toyota.

The WORST!!!!! Do yourself a favor and take your car to a more reputable place like your dealership. This was my FIRST and LAST time taking my car here. We went to get an oil change but ended up also changing our windshields and tag-light as well since we were traveling from Maryland to NYC (4 hours).Just to cut a long story short: apparently they drained the oil and didn t replace it. So my husband drove for 4 hours without any oil in our car with a toddler and 6 month old baby.It s absolutely IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!! And I plan on writing a letter to the boss. The employees do NOT pay attention to what they are doing which could result in serious or life-threatening errors.Service: Oil change

Very overpriced!!!! For an oil change synthetic OW20 cost $103.99. I was told just as expected that everything went up in price. The place was bought out, used to be an Exxon lube service which on the previous oil change used to cost about $80.00 for better oil or same. Also, $80.00 was still on the high end before Covid is was $65.00. Before I can even say no, they had already drained out the old oil. Then give you a label recommending next oil change after 3,000 miles. OW20 is no more than 10,000 and minimum 5,000 miles for replacement.This place is seriously price gouging. I could see it going out of business. I called Toyota and they told me that oil changes are $75.00. Don t waist your money, look else where. THE WORST PLACE,WITH THE WORST STAFF, after bad service to my vehicle, I called customer service to report oil on top of my car's engine, and a lot of smoke coming out of the engine due to the oil spilled in the engine, they made me return to the workshop, and go to the back of the building and they tried to hit me, they hit my vehicle and they took my phone, I called the police to get out of there, I have photo and video evidence! The worst!! Stay away!! Very expensive to begin with especially since you'll have to take your car to a shop to undo and repair damage. I when to change my oil of my car at this place and turned out the it was more expensive than I thought and change some packages and it turns out the they put the wrong one and they broke the part of the car i spoke with 2 of the managers and they said they were going to see the cameras and they would solve it and they did"t not when i arrived at the place the employees are not trained to work there , I do not recommended this place to check you car . They are not responsible fot what they broke or ruins to you car....
