Kevin and his team are excellent. Great guidance was given on which air filter needed to be replaced right now. My tire rotation was long overdue. They graciously inspected my tires as I was concerned that one had a slow leak. Thankfully they found a small nail and were able to remove and plug it. I have such peace of mind whenever I bring my car in!

This place wasted an hour of my time to not even provide me a service. I called them on a Sunday in hopes of scheduling an appointment and bringing my car in for a simple oil change. I was assured that I could just drive up and be taken care of in minutes. No further questions about what type of car I have or what type of service I would want, just a kind assurance that everything could be taken care of.When I get to the shop I m instructed to just leave my car and that a customer service attendant would help me. I wait in line, speak to the attendant and am told to wait until one of their workers has seen my car to suggest service. I m instructed to wait and assured everything will be taken care of.An hour later I have one of their workers walking me out of the store and telling me they don t have an oil filter for my car and am asked to either purchase my own filter at a local auto center or return later in the week. At no point during this entire interaction did anybody think to ask me what model car I had or what I was looking to do. At no point did anybody check to see if they could even take care of me if I took time out of my day to visit their shop. I hoped to give them every opportunity to turn me away and instead they decided to waste my time before showing me the door.It hope they make some changes with how they interact with customers. A quick question and 3 minute inventory lookup could have saved everyone a ton of frustration. If a shop misses something simple like that, I honestly don t know if I trust them working on my car.

We have gone here multiple times when we needed an oil change. This morning, I arrived at around 8:30 AM and was out the door in about twenty minutes. Kevin has been very hospitable and helpful every time I have been there. I will continue to return here.

Talk about misrepresentation. I went in for a simple pair of wiper blades. The price seemed reasonable so I went with the more expensive ones. Only to find out at the end that was the price for a single blade. They weren t even apologetic. Be sure to ask for the final price.

I've always been happy with the service at the Kensington, MD Jiffy Lube. Not this time. I asked for full synthetic (as the manufacturer recommends) and they put in regular oil. They checked my car in, but did not find my record, and therefore my service record is not updated. The service manager didn't think that was an issue, but I disagree because I count on JL to have my service record.I was never consulted on services (which honestly, I usually decline) but I do appreciate hearing their thoughts on what needs to be serviced.They were definitely off their game yesterday. I do appreciate the free car wash, so I'll probably use them again, but I certainly hope their service improves.Service: Oil change

Was quoted $15.99 for tire rotation. Way less than I expected. It rang up as $44. Manager did the best he could on the associates error and I paid $19.99. Appreciated they tried to make it right.

Isaiah and Jack were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.We very much appreciate their assistance with our vehicle and will always go back to the Kensington Jiffy Lube as long as they are there.

I love my community jiffy lube in Kensington maryland! It is not only fast and great service but I get a free car wash next door as well!! How can you beat that?!

Came in for a tire rotation. Broke off my lugnut strut. Said they would be able to fix (at no charge which was a good thing) the next day but I called every day and it took a week. Manager told me to come in when they opened at 8. Showed up at 8 and had to wait in the parking lot because they don't even open that early. What the heck.

I stop by to this Jiffy Lube branch this morning and it s a hot summer morning. However, the crews are still working their best and I got my topped off oil change, checked my tire air pressure and all fluids. I often come to this place and still received good customer service and got my oil change service. I will come back again thank you for the great service.Service: Oil change

To get to the entrance, drive to the back of the building where they will greet you. This location has a full range of services and they took care of everything I needed quickly and effectively. The staff were friendly and manager is honest and straightforward. If something wasn't required or there were better alternatives, it was provided without any pressure to anything in particular. The waiting area is nice and accommodating with bottled water, coffee, and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended!

THE GO-TO SPOT FOR AN HONEST OIL CHANGE! I rolled up to this spot on a Monday around 4pm. My car was immediately serviced while a drank free coffee, stuffed free bottles of water on my pants, and watch a hilarious and heartfelt Will Farrel and Kevin Hart movie that I didn't get to finish because the service was so genuinely jiffy. You won't be dissapointed!

You get a car wash with this jiffy lube !Plus they really fill up your oil to the top ! Then a whole lot more to the point it double of the amount of oil your car should have !

Love love love this location. I live in NJ and whenever I drive down to MD I always come here in here for my service. The staff is amazing and very polite. The lounge is so clean and very comfortable. Mike the supervisor and the whole team will take care of your car like it's their own. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Horrible service I had to take my car twice for an alignment and yet nor those two times was it fixed I had to take it across the boarder for them to do it again don't take your car here unless you want your money stolen

Overall, the service is alright. There are 4 service bays in 2 lanes. There were 3 cars in front of me, and eventually 2 because 1 car got frustrated and left. I waited for 1.5 hours to get in for an oil change. Not exactly in a "jiffy." Once my car was in, my oil change took 20 minutes. Overall, decent service, just slow. Make sure you have plenty of time if you plan on getting your car serviced there.

It is highly unfortunate that after 25+ years as a loyal customer at Jiffy Lube it has all been quashed in one, last, visit yesterday. I have brought all of my many vehicles to the Kensington location but yesterday's service, as well as customer attention, was well past rock bottom. NOT ONE WORD was spoken to me, even when "checking-out". I had a number of questions to ask regarding this first service to my recently purchased new vehicle but they could not get me out of there fast enough. Terrible, terrible service, customer service and cost. Will never return!

The oil change service was good but whoever drove my car left a bad smell, it looked like he hadn't bathed in a long time. I hope they can improve that because it wasn't pleasant to drive like that.

So at first my review was amazing, over 300 views and I was referred by Kevin who also asked me to put this review.** Coming back a second time because I referred my fianc� and the experience was HORRIBLE! From the customer service, to the wait, also they didn't vacum the floors as that's apart of their " complementary service". I stood by and watched the 5 cars before me who were also new get treated better than me as Kevin explained to them what was done to their cars. When it was our turn, he just gave us the coupon and dismissed us. No explanation of what was done, no receipt or sticker had to walk back for it since we went to the car wash next door. Overall, I was very unhappy for someone who had the top review for this business and brought in a referral. Neverr again! I'm no longer coming back to redo my oil change, I'm sticking with Valvoline right across the street because I had a better experience there when I first got my oiled changed with no problems and noone calling me outside of my gender either.

Too bad.. you used to have the option to sit in your car and wait to get your oil changed.. they don t allow this anymore. I am no longer interested in this jiffy lube location. The free car wash with oil change was a good deal. Not anymore, as I liked the option of sitting in my car while I got the oil changed

Got there at around 5:00PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Just needed an oil change, and yes I let them put in an air cabin filter. I was out in a little over an hour. Not bad. Oil Change shops will try to upsell you on something and maybe I could have done the cabin filter myself, but overall I'd go there again, as I have several times at this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
