I brought my ID4 for a bumper replacement after the hit and run accident. Florencia shop owner was very helpful to repair my vehicle to the original state. She was easy to communicate and handled everything with the insurance. After some hidden damages were found, she filed additional claim and processed it without much of involvement. Overall great service!

I had a very pleasant experience taking my car to Duramax Body Shop in Kensington. I needed my car done in a specific time frame due to work, I communicated with Jesus one of the associates my issue. Duramax was able to meet my needs and had it done even before I expected. My car looks brand new, I would highly recommend you coming here!Service: Body & Trim

Very talented and friendly body shop. I ve used them 3 times over the years on a Jaguar (metallic black) Mercedes (white that was easy) and Maserati GT (Oceana blue). Great experience. In between first quote and actual appointment date I managed to get a 2nd scratch that also needed to be repaired. Duramax managed to get everything completed while we were on vacation. Fabulous results. Reasonably priced. They totally worked with us to coordinate car pick-up because they would be closed when we needed the car back. They may be tough to reach by phone but they revert quickly to text messaging and then are able to call you right back. I was dreading the process of being without a car and then managing pick-up etc. So - the fact that all this happened while we were out of town and then being able to pick the car back up exactly when we needed it was the cherry on top. One of the best car repair experiences I've had yet! Their parking situation is a bit squirrely but.. if you can find a space then they'll totally take care of you!

I am absolutely impressed beyond all expectations! The staff and the owner of Duramax body shop did an immaculate job on our work van. Our vehicle doors take quiet a bit of abuse and to fully replace the entire door, replace door motors and do paint in such a short time then what we had anticipated. We are absolutely ecstatic and signing fleet contract with them. I highly recommend this business for any other company with vehicles needing repairs!

I would like to warmly recommend Duramax body shop, located in Kensington. It happened to me that I needed to set up repairs on Saturday and luckily, this place was open. First I met Roberto and later Florencia, who both were very professional, honest and confident with smile on the face. They found the best solution where low price met with very good quality and safety. They also cared about my family being without car, preordering the parts, so my repair took just three business days! They were very reliable and stayed behind their words, so I felt very comfortable with peace in my mind, getting results beyond my expectations. They took great care of us and fixed up my wife s Camry after a collision. It looks brand new and they have wonderful customer service. They even took the car back after the initial work to fix something else that wasn t fully caused by the accident. Stellar body shop, happy to have them right around the corner. Honesty- honesty- honesty.Excelent and reliable service in a surprisingly reasonable prices!I m always positively surprised with their prices.They always explain if and how urgent is the problem. Many times they recommended us to wait until part has to be replaced.We use this place for all 3 cars we own.I usually don t review businesses-unless they are very very good or very bad.

I have been taking both my personal cars and company vehicles to Durmax for several years now. The body work / paint department does an amazing job at a reasonable price. Really good service. Whenever I had a problem with my car they were able to figure it out and let me know. The owner is really nice and cares about the people that come in. Pricing is reasonable. Overall Duramax Bodyshop is a realiable place to go to

I highly recommend this shop to everybody needs service on their vehicle. The owner and the staff are absolutely amazing at what they do.I just recently had my van door fully replaced. It literally looks like nothing ever happened to the car I absolutely love it and I will continue going to the shop.

I am from New Jersey so It s always hard to find a decent mechanic that is trust worthy. I was recommended this place by a friend and it did not disappoint. They fixed up my muffler the same day I brought it in (I brought in my car at 8:00 am and picked it up around 5:00 pm) and the staff were very nice and when I called a few times to get an update on the car they were nice every single time I called. Will definitely be returning.

It is one of the best places. Most helpful and very knowledgeable. Never pricy taking all the time to help.8/9/22: i must say I never have seen such a great place. Florencia is always nice and respectful always trying to help and never trying to do you wrong. It is so great to have a place you can trust, specially when you need your car fixed up. Florencia went above and beyond to do to make everything right for my mother and I. She took care of us like we were 1st class clients. They ripped me off big time! They stole my brand new battery and my catalytic converter and left the premises before I could even put the key in the car.They also changed the price and charged me DOUBLE at the last minute if I wanted to get my car back from them.
