I recently visited Best Autocare for an oil change, and I was incredibly impressed by their exceptional service. The team was extremely friendly, addressing my questions and concerns with genuine care. They completed the oil change quickly and efficiently, showcasing their expertise and skill. What impressed me even more was the thoughtful touch of offering refreshments while I waited. It added to the overall comfort and satisfaction of the experience. I highly recommend them for their fast oil change, and the extra attention they provide to their customers. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. I brought my Tesla in for a MD state inspection. Gabriel (the owner) and his mechanic were extremely kind and accommodating. Other shops either refused to do Tesla inspections or were too booked so close to the holidays. I was in and out within a couple of hours. I am eternally greatful. I highly recommend this shop for new Tesla owners who find it hard to get their inspections done. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

Recently brought my 2017 Honda HRV in for a state inspection. Spoke and met with Gabriel, the owner. Hands down, excellent customer service, professionalism and an eye for detail. I mentioned I had some some additional work to be done and he took the time to provide a rough estimate, lead time for parts as well as, anticipated wait time for repairs. I will definitely be making an appointment in the next few weeks.

Just brought my Tesla Model 3 here for a MD safety inspection. The owner (Gabriel) is very warm and friendly, and he was able to get me in within the hour. I called about 10 other places this morning and only one other said they were able to do safety inspections on Teslas, but they didn t have any availability for the next 2wks. Very pleased with the quality of service at this place!

Never back again, unprofessional, lost lug nuts, broken parts, let my tire maladjusted. Not feel safe.this work.I don't you but. Check your car after any repair, there. Be safe.

The quality of care from Gabriel was exceptional. Very attentive and respectful of your time. He kept me informed of accurate wait time while explaining to another woman the issue with her vehicle. Communicates well from beginning to end with fantastic customer service from a reliable and knowledgeable technician/mechanic. Great place to get MD motorcycle inspection done.

"Gabe is the best mechanic I've ever worked with." So said a neighbor who's a retired master mechanic himself. For a decade now Gabe, owner of Best Auto Care, has kept our aging cars (Subaru, Honda) humming. He's a problem solver who won't stop until he's figured it out -- and thought of an affordable way to fix it. Dependable, thorough, a great communicator.

I came here to get a Maryland inspection for a motorcycle and had a great experience. Gabriel was friendly and communicative throughout the process, and the inspection took less time than he said it would. I got the impression that the people here genuinely care about cars (and motorcycles!), rather than just making money. I would not hesitate to come back.

It s called Best Auto Care for a reason. I had a really great experience with the owner Gabrille he did a great job and he was reasonably priced. Now this is my favorite auto shop.
