Gary is amazing and provided top notch support for my car. I had problems with my car not starting or running properly which resulted in having to get it towed to Gary's shop. He was able to correctly diagnose technical issue with my car that was missed by another auto repair shop. He was thorough in explaining what was wrong and provided great service to fix the issue.Gary's expertise and experience really showed in my appointment with him.

Gary quickly fit my vehicle into his busy schedule. He did a thorough diagnosis of my aging vehicle, repaired the turn signal issue, returned my vehicle in record time, and his billing was fair. I informed Gary and his son Brian that I plan to use their company for my future automotive repairs.

This was my first experience with Allbrand. Recommended by a friend. Brian fully explained the issue related to the Toyota RAV4 battery tray recall. Installed a battery that safely accommodates the battery tray. Gary outlined the services performed that were consistent with the vehicle s mileage and age (i.e. transmission flush & serpentine belt). Very pleasant experience.

I have not had any major issues with my car. But have used them for inspection...got me in time my....winter special was a great deal. Very easy to work with on maintenance- usually quick appointments that are convenient for me.

Gary, Brian, and the team at Allbrand have always done great work on my cars, and have treated me with nothing but kindness, honesty, and professionalism. They have worked on two of my vehicles, ranging from basic maintenance to major repairs, and I have no intention on going anywhere else in the foreseeable future

Allbrand provided such great service to my Subaru. Took the time to properly diagnose the problem with my AC which had been out of commission since last summer. The fact that this place has 222 reviews and a 5.0 is a testament to how great they are. I've taken three vehicles there and now my dads, he will only go here from now on, Mom is next. There is no place better to have your car, truck, or in my case 30+ year old van to be worked on, they are simply the best.

Allbrand auto service did an amazing job on my brake repair. After other auto services quoted me high, I sought out their help for a second opinion. Not only did they schedule me within a day of my call, they were also able to do the complete repair within that day as well! I really loved the service.I had an oil leak and i was worried it s going to cost me a lot to get this fixed.Gary inspected and fixed it within an hour. Told me exactly what the issue was and fixed it with just oil and filter replacement.This was my first time here but I will be coming back again for all my car issues.

You simply can t beat the customer service at Allbrand. I have had Volvos for many years. As soon as my current car s warranty expired, my daughter told me to give Gary and Brian a call. She told me how pleased I would be - and pleased as punch as someone in our history books once said. Be sure to give Gary and/or Brian a call. Extremely friendly and honest. My car got done with a state inspection in an hour and fifteen. I was really worried they d list a bunch of things wrong with my car to profit off the inspection but it came back 100% clean. The staff was incredibly nice and even offered me a donut they d bought for the team since I was waiting alone. 10/10 can t recommend enoughService: Vehicle safety inspection

A pleasant experience. Had an appointment for MD safety inspection. Gary told me after looking at the windows that the tint will not pass. He recommended me to another establishment to remove the tint. I was able to take the vehicle in and removed the tint the same day. Although he was busy, Gary was gracious enough to fit me back that afternoon to do the inspection, which was a big relief to my schedule.I appreciate his honesty, time and professionalism!!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

All brand has been my choice for auto mechanic for 6 years. Every time I need service I am satisfied I got the best quality care possible. Brian does an excellent job and Gary goes above and beyond. He found a new issue with my car and researched on his own how many Fiats have had this issue. I left feeling that it was ok. There is no car they cant fix and I use them rather than a dealer because they are nice, fast, reliable and reasonable. Family business too. I have taken my car multiple times to Gary and his team at Allbrand Auto and I trust them completely. I have an ornery old BMW 3 series that has had multiple failures / shut downs in the middle of busy highways unexpectedly (most recently, a fuel pump failure). Gary, every time, took my car into his shop in a timely fashion, accurately diagnosed the problems, and provided solutions. Not only that, but he made sure that all parts that contributed to the problem were working and protected from future damage. He is the ONLY person who has ever gotten all the lights off my dashboard. He is meticulous and holds his work to a high standard. There is no one else in the area I trust more to make the right, safe decisions and to be honest and fair about pricing. I have been to my fair share of shops in this area and Rockville, and this by far is the best one, would recommend strongly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

All Brand auto is great and Gary and Brian are wonderful knowledgeable people. They do high quality work at a fair price. They only do work that is truly necessary and don t add on marginal stuff. They always take the time to explain what needs to be done and why and best of all, they are like family. While the service at Allbrand is great, my favorite thing about going to Gary and his team is ability to explain the car's issues like I'm a golden retriever. He's always thorough by showing me pictures, explaining why the issue is happening, and even tells me when I should avoid making a costly fix because of the age of my car. He recently told me to avoid investing $2k into my car for minor sound issues when I'm planning on selling the car in two years anyway. Gary has always been honest with me and texts pictures of all the replacement parts he's made (brake pads, filters, spark plugs, tire patches, etc).
