Told me I could pick up my car at noon. I m currently still sitting here at 2pm waiting for them to finish my car. It was dropped off over a week ago, and the parts were delivered on Friday. It is now Thursday the following week. I never received any communication from them about if my car was ready and had to reach out to remind them. They never reached out and told me they would need longer than expected. Very frustrating experience, though they did a good job with the repairs. Customer service wise they did not do a good job, repair wise everything looks good.

My 2011 Mazda Miata MX-5 was looking a bit shabby, so I hired this MAACO shop to perform some minor body work and give her a new paint job. The estimate they gave me was very reasonable and they finished the job in less than a week. When I picked up my car, it looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line! They matched the original paint perfectly and it looked just like when I had bought it eleven years ago. I can definitely recommend this paint and body shop!

Old man finds excellent bargain all over paint job for his old car. Once upon a time he painted a station wagon with his brothers. Knows what it feels like to prep and paint an automobile. Ignore how the office is organized or what seems like disarray in the shop. The folks running the business are friendly, courteous, serious-minded about their work, communicative about what has to be done and why, how long it will take and cost and when to expect to get the work done and when to expect to pick up the vehicle. They performed exactly as promised for the quoted price - no extra charges. Their follow-up service to replace expected collaterally damaged plastic roof rack parts was spot-on. Visited and solicited bids from three competing comparably sized shops for $5,000.00, $3,500.00 and $2,100.00. Accepted Maaco Jessup's low bid price as most reasonable for the cost of materials and labor required to do a decent job. It is not, nor was it expected to be, a new car showroom finish but it certainly exceeds the quality of workmanship done by any other collision or auto body repair shop used in the past. Thinking about asking for quote to fix all the paint chips and paint scratches on my wife's car rather than attempting to do-it-myself with Toyota Touch-Up paint. They're hard-working people doing a great job - give'em a shot!Service: Painting

They did a great job on my 1980 Monte Carlo definitely would recommend these guys they are a great value and do a great job. The guys here even swept off my seats when they where done. They also made sure to paint my entire door and not just the door jams and outer door. DON T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! After spending more than $2,000 for vehicle to be painted, numerous areas started to show old paint in less than a year. After bringing my car during advertised business hours, I was told the only person who can assist was not due in for another hour. Completely ridiculous as their entire business is based upon auto collision repair and painting! Bottom line, neither the paint job nor customer service are worth patronizing this place.Service: Painting

The staff at this location is friendly, and Heidi kept me informed every step of the way when parts price came in a little higher then first quoted. The job that I asked them to do came out perfectly, right down to replacing the rubber around the windows and a great paint job! I took my 2022 Honda CRV there for an estimate. There was a small ding that was less than an inch in diameter. Aside from the fact that they wanted $600 and spent less than 2 seconds looking at the ding, the young lady who conducted the estimate was like - Yeah yeah we have to replace the entire roof and repaint. I laughed.I scheduled my estimate for 10:00am. I walked in around 9:45am and I could barely get in the door because the main office was littered with boxes and car parts. The gentleman who greeted me said the young lady who does the estimates was on her way. About 10:15am I saw an SUV speeding into the parking lot and she got out, walked right past me and sat down at the front desk.I kindly waited for her to finish several phone calls, while rolling her eyes after she got off the phone with the customers. She made remarks out-loud like, that was a stupid question. So after another 20 mins of waiting, she finally said how can I help you? I said hi, I scheduled an appointment for an estimate online. She said um okay. After she followed me to my car, she literally spent 2 secs looking at the ding and said oh no the whole roof needs to be replaced.I followed her back in and she asked for my vehicle info. The tone of her voice was so nasty and rude, I was embarrassed for her coworker and felt very uncomfortable. I kindly took the estimate paper copy and left.This young lady is clearly not cut out for customer service. I will make it my mission to warn everyone I know not to conduct business there. Base on my knowledge when I see a dent I know automatically the hours for that dent. The gentleman NIBBY28 I specifically said we can repair it but we will need to paint the roof completely, you laughed about it I didn't tell you a joke but it's fine. Now for the wait time I got to the shop at 10:02 seconds I did open the door and I said how can I help you? You came outside we saw the damage and went inside the shop I did the estimate and gave it to you, took me 5 five minutes to do the estimate(10:08am) once again you laughed about it and the price for the estimate was $566 I give a 15%off. We have cameras inside shop and outside the shop. I don't know why the bad reviews since I didn't do anything wrong we open at 10am I got there 10:02 right on time you came early and I apologize for that. And I did review our cameras to check the exact time and see if I did something wrong. I know that we can not please everyone. But to have the time to write a bad review at least write the exact time and what really happened. (We have lot of part in the waiting area but we need those parts. Also we don't have a place to keep them)

I took my car in for spot repair a lil more than a year ago, and I received TERRIBLE SERVICE. They were transition to new management at the time, obviously overwhelmed, so I showed patience. It took them three times to paint the car as quoted. Each time I would come to the store only to find shotty work or worse, that they took the clear coat off my door handles (They were only supposed to work on the hood and fender, why my door handles were sanded, I don t know). Eventually, the got it. But now $1k and 1yr latter my paint is already starting to peel. I pray this business, the people it supports does better in the future and does better by its customers. Amen

Although the place may look a little haphazard and cluttered, they did do a great job for me. My car is nearly 20 years old and they made it look nearly new again. The color match was great; will see in a few years how well the new paint holds up, but looks great now. Not even any overspray. Will be returning for a final buff and polish when the paint is better cured so it should look even better.Service: Painting

The lady at the front desk has a horrible attitude moreover the quality of their work is well below average. This has to be the worst Maaco in the country. Their first step towards improvement is replacing the lady at the front with someone who has good customer service skills, someone polite. The current lady there should be at the back office, not dealing with customers. She's extremely rude. She does not have the personality for that job.

Worst service ever had. Over the past three and a half years I've taken my car back and forth to the shop. From old to new management I've had been treated kindly until I had to bring up their mistakes. Last year I was told not to come back because I pointed out that I had some weird substance on my windows. Turns out they tried to fix the window of some type of epoxy. Now this year try to get it fixed myself but no other body shot would touch my vehicle because of their mistake. I highly don't recommend going to the shop it has been nothing but hey between going to corporate and owners to try to get this rectified.Service: Body & Trim

Their website and a call in showed the close at 5pm. I got there 4:20 and the lady at the front desk said it would take her 10 minutes to complete an estimate and she did not have the time. I was shocked but took that as a good sign that I may have been lucky not to work with them. She did not care about the time it took me to get to them. I am glad to be taking you car elsewhere. She even had the guts to tell me to return tomorrow. How ignorant?

Had a person call me after getting an online quote and set up an appointment for 10am on Saturday only to have a guy who didn t know any English tell me they weren t open despite the hours listed on the door saying open at 10am. Terrible way to run a business.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I had minor scratches I wanted painted on different areas of my car. Also, replace a trim piece. First, they were very nice and quick; but the job quality was poor. Over spray and wrong color. My car was blue. Now, it s almost purple where they painted. And at night, for some reason, the difference is more noticeable.So, I won t go there again and neither should you.Luck for me this was a warranty covered job so I can have somebody else fix this mess.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mako did an excellent job of body work on my right front fender. They did some repair because there were scratches and a very slight cut. The car looks perfect now. In addition to the paint and repair, they must have also vacuumed the interior which was a really nice unexpected surprise. Place is very busy and disorganized they did a good job they said they were going to use metal instead of fiberglass on a couple rust spots on my van they overcharged for a lot of stuff and you supposedly are getting better paint that way buyer beware I think it looks good they messy inside just tore my truck apart inside they forgot molding license tag and some other little things here and there they used double-sided tape that's not going to work you got to use JB weld. Overall they were okay the van looks okay pretty good for the color I picked but they could be a little more customer service friendly I know they concentrate on insurance this was all out of my pocket that's a different kind of customer for them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

While the actual work done was great, the communication at this location is severely lacking. Starting with me getting an appointment for 8am (when they open). We arrived but no one at the front desk area was there and we were told would have to wait 30 minutes. Managed to get someone on the phone through the employees who were there that told us we could leave the key. I called back later to them to confirm they had my keys/car, and they responded that they were wondering who s car that was and then they couldn t find my key (what?!), they did find it 10 minutes later. Car was finally done but they hadn t blended it like I was told and had to then leave my car for an additional week. Called multiple times on the day I was told it would be done to confirm it would be ready end of day. Showed up to find out it wasn t done and had to wait. Then told actually they should hold onto it for a whole day more. They also proceeded to lie and say they called me multiple times and left me updates via voice mail. Seeing as I received a call after the initial paint that my car was done and this day I highly doubt I missed any calls. Do not go here unless you want the most unprofessional people who will not communicate and/or lie to your face.Service: Painting
