Lee was fantastic! Gave me the unit that I needed as opposed to what I thought I needed. He was correct. He provided great customer service with a smile. He was the best part of my day while moving out. Ask for him as he was honest and had integrity!!!

dirty and dusty roads with clutter. there has to be a public dumpster! life storage always asked for feedback but don't fix the issue. price hikes get out of hand. has to be disclosed at time of purchase. Shutters are clunky, some just pop off on the outdoor ones. CAN WE GET BETTER LIGHTS AT NIGHT??? PRICE HIKES ARE OKAY IF YOU HAVE A PROPER FACILITY!

If you want a storage where clutter and rocks don't get cleaned up, the gate stays propped open all night (sometimes), they clean out gutters into your unit, they increase prices to ridiculous prices, this is for you! Other than that, business as usual.

the constant price hikes are very annoying. from $84 when i rented to $268. seems terrifying to stay for a long period.

It is located conveniently from the airport, it would have been helpful to have access to the dumpster to clean out our storage unit.

Julie and Ken are amazing! They are exceptional in the areas of customer service, understanding, and consideration. They both have gone above and beyond in assisting me and I can't thank them enough. They provided solutions to a situation I experienced. Julie was very understanding and worked with me a few weeks ago and Ken did the same over the last two weeks. Ken even understood the gravity of the situation and stayed a few minutes after closing to help me. Even though exceptions could not always be made, they still did as much as they could! This team is outstanding! I recommend them and this location for all storage needs! If corporate is reading this, please do everything possible to advance these two. They take good care of customers and manage a good storage facility.

The manager and other employees were very nice. The only issue I had was that Unit 352 has a leak in the ceiling and it cause damage to some of my furniture. It is a good thing I had insurance. The unit was a climate control unit. It was inside of the building.
