I bought a 5.4 3 value and I change the oil every 3000. The engine failed after 49000 miles. I had it for 3.7 years and put about 12600 a year on it. They wouldn't even give me any satisfion at all, no discount on a new engine no fixing it. They actually hung up on me because I was upset. Don't buy the 5.4 and especially Don't buy it from them. There rude and they don't think after spending over 5000 Just for the engine that someone is going to be angry. Stay away from them and there shity warranty. If they had zero rating that's what it would be -0-

I have installed hundreds of Jasper products. Great company and business partner. They stand behind their product with an incredible warranty. Have we ever had a bump in the road? Yes, but very very few, and we always to cook care of our end user - the customer.

I have installed Jasper Engines & Transmissions products for 15 years. Great company with quality products, excellent service and an incredible warranty. I have also visited the Indiana manufacturing facilities and saw first hand remanufacturing processes. Jasper Engines & Transmissions is the way to go.

Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased a 5.7 Hemi motor for my 2005 jeep grand cherokee costing well over $6,000. At 800 miles the first motor blew (no oil pressure), another 1,200 miles another one, then another motor after one head was leaking so bad they just replaced the entire thing. Now a year and 3 months into my latest motor and the water pump is shot, that was part of the motor and full accessory package i purchased. Nothing NO HELP. Posted on their FB page and they commented so it looked like they wanted to help and then they blocked me from commenting and messaging them even though they asked for my contact information just to look good for the public eye. You will see in the screen shot attached that i cannot comment and they blocked me on the messenger as well. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!

I am a shop owner with over 30 years experience. It is the only engine I recommend because of the warranty and service. They have been selling 1000's of different product for many many decades now. Ask any quality shop what they think and you will hear say "Quality and they stand behind their product". With any negative review there is another side.

Ford cd4e transmission blew up, got a new one from jasper. A year later it blew up, got a new one, this one shift like crazy, slams, shifts in and out of gears randomly and locks in overdrive. I'm upset and want to know why they can't tune it right. Now it's slipping and makes a growling noise when I start moving
