I chose Caliber Collision because they were conveniently recommended by my insurance provider however when my insurance left me in a pickle, Caliber Collision came through for the win! They did everything in their power to answer my questions, negotiate with my provider, and communicate with me clearly and patiently. I worked with Mike (a complete GEM), who was an excellent communicator and wonderful to work with! He worked hard to get the parts my car needed and gave me a great price! Now, my car looks GREAT! My front end body work is flawless - and I have a lifetime warranty! I highly recommend Caliber Collision - they re the big boys who know how to get it done right!

My advisor, Alex, was great! He ensured the process was smooth from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer.I see why Caliber was recommended by the insurance company; the techs did a great job restoring my bumper.

Excellent car repair facility. Our 12 year old SUV looks good as new after a hit and run driver damaged the back end. The staff provided timely updates and were very helpful throughout the repair process. They completed and returned the car one day earlier than promised.

I chose Caliber Collision because they had great reviews and were located near my home. From the moment I walked in, the process was easy. They took pictures of my car, addressed my concerns, explained the insurance aspect, and provided information regarding a rental car. My car was expected to be finished within a week. Alex called me everyday with an update of where my car was in the process. Imagine my surprise when Alex called 4 days later to say my car was finished! I don t ever want to be in an accident again but Caliber Collision handled the experience with kindness and respect when it mattered most. Thank you!

My car would not start when I picked it up. When I called them they said they had to jump my car while at the shop. I never had this problem with my car and was never advised of this issue. Your shop drained my battery and I believe I'm sure for reimbursement

My 2019 Jeep Cherokee was keyed about a month or so ago as you can see in some of the pictures. I dropped my car off with caliber collision recently and they did an amazing job on the repairs and I was originally told it might take them two weeks to do the work but they completed the work in less than six days after I dropped it off. They're quick and efficient and did a great job. Thank you for making my vehicle whole again. I'd highly recommend them for a repair if your vehicle was damaged.

Granted I had minimal bumper damage and seemingly simple repairs Caliber was great to work with. I went through my insurance and they worked directly with them. They have a slightly cramped parking area because of their location but employees were very friendly and helpful with carefully pulling my car out for me. I communicated primarily with Bob and he was wonderful. Very clear about work to be done and timelines. They were able to get my car finished a day early and were mindful of the upcoming holiday. All around a friendly environment.

The level of dedication, professionalism, empathy, and above and beyond customer service in the employees at the Jessup, MD branch is rare and refreshing, and grateful doesn t even begin to describe how I feel.On my way home from Christmas celebrations, my sunroof glass shattered. In the midst of fighting with my insurance company to approve a rental car for me, I called Caliber in a panic almost in tears. I explained that I was fighting my insurance company in an effort to ensure that my car would be protected from the impending inclement weather. I live in a condo, so there is no garage or covered parking. I told my insurance company that it would be smarter to approve me to drop the car off because it would be a much larger problem if the snow/sleet/rain would leak into my car a problem they would have to fix. Caliber heard my concerns, and saved the day. They told me that I could drop my car off that day.I feel awful for not remembering the name of the wonderful young woman who works at the front desk; but she, Alex, my tech, and Ben, the GM, made sure that my car and by extension, me, were taken care of.Each step of the way, everyone was professional, friendly, supportive, empathetic, and efficient. Alex called me each time there was an update something my insurance company did not do. Alex even apologized for not having my car back sooner because he caught pneumonia. Who does that?!These people are unbelievably amazing. 1000/10. They truly embody the company s motto. They helped me get back to the rhythm of my life.

Awesome experience with this repair facility. The staff was super friendly and extremely easy to work with. The Service advisor, Natalia Tobar kept me informed throughout the process and made sure the car was taken care from start to finish. She spent the time inspecting all the replacement parts and re-ordering the correct parts when Progressive Insurance kept making mistakes ordering the wrong parts for the car. I appreciated the extra attention to detail to ensure the car was repaired to my satisfaction.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had Bob R. as my estimator. He did great at keeping me informed of what was happening with my car. The work was clean with no body gaps or other visible signs anything was wrong with the car. Would send anyone to this group.

The customer service is great. They dealt with me professionally from a customer service perspective. They had the truck picked up the first day and had it torn down. They put up with me for 7 weeks waiting on GM parts :) and they got it back together quickly when the parts came in. It was mostly a good experience, but the paint quality control could be improved. There were some dirt nibs in the paint and one small spot missing clear coat that was repaired. I m still not 100% happy with the paint, but I may never be as the truck only had 1,313 miles on it when someone hit me. There s a white residue [or primer] around the headlight. I m having the truck appraised soon by a certified appraiser, so we ll see what the appraiser says.Update: Appraiser found around $4k in diminished value due to the accident on a brand new vehicle, but didn t find any major defects.

I would like to give this place a higher review but i can't in good conscious falsely inflate the experience I have had. My car had been in a front collision on the drivers side Mem. day weekend. When I dropped it off they ensured everything would be taken care of and I should here back about dates when the car should be fixed. My first quote was for September 1st. Woof. 4 months, well luckily they were able to get the parts sooner and fast forward to July I was able to get my car. When I picked it up there was some gap issues with all the plastics in the front and the headlights. I was then told VW quality is bad and that is just how it is. Hmmm, wrong I have pics of my car when it was purchased brand new and that shows otherwise. Bummed about the quality, I took the car anyway since its been 52 days since I've had my car. I get home and notice the side marker light bulb is hanging inside the bumper. I called them the next day and told them i'd be bringing it back. Picked my car up today, the gaps look much better and things seem ok with the side marker light. But now the plastic trim around the wheel well is not attached to the fasteners. I have spent plenty of my summer wasting time and money dealing with this body shop. I don't recommend taking a car here unless its for minor paint and or small collision repair. Attention to detail was not even close to what I expected when I chose this place, which was based on the reviews on google maps. On top of all the fuss they lost the parts to my tow hook license plate holder. $45 buck out of my pocket but still, should I have to do this no. Front desk people were great.

Front desk person has no idea she's at work and makes no acknowledgement of customers as they enter. Service tech Mike lies about completed repairs and tries to intimidate customer's (which is actually funny because he's so dwarf like). The entire process was a waste of time and now I have to find another repair shop to have my car fixed.

Had some body work done along with a new windshield... they never bothered to clean the new windshield (fingerprints and smudges all over it).. they needs to buff an area on the roof getting thebl buffing compound all over the front of the car and didn't even clean off the excess very unprofessional .. I reported it to them and no one has reached out to me to correct it.

I would not recommend this place to fix your car after an accident. I bought our Subaru Legacy and had to come back for them to fix issues. The hit was the front left of the vehicle. The bends in the bumper were not all the way through, it stopped. See pictures. After keeping the car close to 3.5 weeks. They had lost a lug nut for one of my tires that had to be taken off to fix the car. Also: when I bought the car back for the bumper issue, they miraculously found an Axel issue with the car that needed to be fixed (out of pocket). The worst offense was they were going to charge me 5% 'betterment charge'. This charge is for the fact they're fixing your car to make it better. Hell No! I called my insurance and they said I was only responsible for my Deductible. The Agent ended up talking to this Shop. Caliber does have a good receptionist who gets back in time via text/email

The staff at the Jessup location was super helpful and friendly when it came to me dropping my car off for repairs. They were super flexible with my schedule and were readily available when I needed them to be. I was very pleased with the work that was done to my Kia Sportage. Mike communicated with me and sent me updates every step of the way as well. Would definitely recommend!
