Our condo association, Gables at Columbia has been under a full service contract with Brightview for years. Once again, they have failed to deliver service as promised and as contracted to do so. It is the end of April and our community has yet to have any maintenance at all performed even once this spring. Grass is over 1' tall in many areas and bare patches of dirt and mud are everywhere due to their failure to seed and perform the most basic turf maintenance. Cannot wait until their contract is terminated!

@BrightView We have been pleading for service The Gables in Columbia. We are under contract with your company and have had no service this season. Our grass is 9"-12" tall throughout the community, several promises have been made, and nothing has been mowed. #DisgruntledCustomer

Brightview Landscaping are the worst landscapers in Columbia.....They don't show up to mow (Governor's Grant townhomes); they don't come for weeks...they don't pickup their weed clippings, they don't blow the sidewalks/entrances off...(see photos below)....I would NOT recommend this company to any development.....Update: the last time they came out was Thursday, May 2nd and since we have had tons of rain, I don't think it matters to them how high our grass grows bc they will mow when they re good and ready! I don t understand why other Landscaping companies are right there mowing and we get nothing! I hate this company and wish we never employed them!Our townhomes are literally the worst looking development around the Columbia area! We r the most expensive homes around the mall area and our landscaping looks like we r the worst of the neighborhood! I cannot even give them any kind of rating! Horrible!Update: 05/17/19: Since I can make signs, I will put a sign up saying: This is Brightview Landscaping: This is what they don t do! Do not Hire them!Thank God our development is having a meeting on Wednesday, May 22nd to get rid of them! I feel sorry for any owners who are trying to sell their home here bc our development is disgraceful!

Brightview services the community, where I live, at Montgomery Run. They are here once a week (unless it's bone dry and there hasn't been much growth) and do a fantastic job manicuring the lawns, keeping up with tree trimming, weed killing, mulching, etc. Very hard workers and spend a good portion of their day here, even in the brutal heat. Appreciate them also leaf blowing my patio as they finish up :)

Get a different Landscaping company These people will destroy your property without any care or remorse.

Brightview does the landscaping at the office complex where I work. They recently started a landscape renovation project, and took out many bushes and trimmed alot of trees. Nothing wrong with that. But then in the almost empty parking lot they setup their chipper station 3' from the hood of my car, and completely covered my car in wood dust and tree sap, when there were plenty of other places in the parking lot to do this work without impacting anyone. Totally unprofessional.
