This was a stellar experience. Todd was my sales rep and Lori took care of my paperwork. Both were highly professional and friendly. I picked up a 1996 BMW R1100R to add to my garage (Bike #4). The next day my Dad (my transporter) went to pick up the bike and the staff made sure it was loaded onto the trailer for him. I will be back for sure. I recommend Bob's to anyone looking for a friendly experience and a shop filled with drool worthy bikes. - Thank you

Bought a new K1600B recently. My sales guy, George, was awesome. Super easy, no pressure and hassle free. Great service and immediately got me out test driving the bikes I was interested in.Also, worked with Drew (and a female - sorry can t remember her name but she was very helpful) in buying a helmet and Klim riding gear. They were outstanding and patient in getting me set up in the proper equipment based on my needs. Bob s is an outstanding shop.

Buying a bike from Bob s was the single best buying experience I ve ever had. I ve bought bikes and cars from many dealerships and none were as good as Bob s. Paul and the sales team were great. Super friendly very knowledgeable and they make you feel special for choosing to do business with them. The parts and accessories folks were great too when I had purchase a new helmet. I would strongly recommend Bob s to anyone in the market for a motorcycle!

If you are in the market for a motorcycle I would recommend taking a trip to see the folks at Bob's BMW. The process for purchasing the bike is next level. Everyone in the organization was helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. They have a great selection of inventory both new and used as well as parts, service, gear, and accessories onsite. Thanks to Jim and Lorrie for helping with my selection and purchase options. What a great organization!

I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service provided by Dustin in the service department. Not only did he fit me into their busy schedule last minute, the service department went above and beyond making sure my ride was taken care under warranty. Bob's will be the place for my next ride, that is for sure! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road so quickly. I was able to make my trip the blue ridge and the ride was epic! Bob's is the best!

Bob's motorcycles is without a doubt the only place to go for your BMW motorcycle needs.Customer service is second to none.What I enjoy most is you know your bike is getting fixed correctly the first time. You would be hard pressed to find an owner like Bob who literally knows EVERYTHING about BMW motorcycles. His passion for BMW and motorcycles is evident in everything he does. Sales staff are attentive and will sale you a motorcycle or just spend time with you talking bikes. Zero attitudes at Bobs.I've been to BMW motorcycle dealers all across the country....no one even comes close to Bob's.There are a few and far between shops like Bob's anymore.....be it a BMW motorcycle from the 1920's like the beautiful R32 or a modern classic like the R18....and everything in between....they can fix it or get parts for it..... I would suggest everyone getting over to Bob's BMW motorcycle museum....and you will realize....these folks really know their BMW motorcycles...."MAKE LIFE A RIDE!".

I worked with Paul to purchase my new BMW motorcycle and he was fantastic. Let me test ride and made sure I was comfortable. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend speaking with Paul if you're in the market for a new motorcycle.

I live in Atlanta and have been shopping online and by phone for a number of years and my experiences have always been exceptional! My go-to expert is Drew Alexander. He is my "Yoda" for all things BMW regarding BMW parts, accessories, and bikes. He is SUPER knowledgeable and if he is uncertain about something he calls me back with the details. He just helped me outfit a full set of Vario cases and all the necessary hardware on my '23 BMW R1250 GS at a good price. Not only that, he also pointed out an additional 10% discount through BMWMoA! I enthusiastically recommend Bobs BMW whether it is for parts, service, or new/used bike purchases. Great service, very responsive, quick shipping, and they know their products. They also stand behind everything that they sell with satisfaction and price guarantees.

George was my sales rep and was great to work with, he was super patient and helpful when I came in trying to figure out what bike I wanted (not knowing what I wanted beyond not wanting a sport bike). I ended up not getting a bike from Bob's due to a deal I couldn't pass up but I will be going to Bobs for my bikes service because of the quality of service I got from George and Team!

I recently had a great experience with Todd at Bob's Motorcycles, where I traded my bike towards a 2020 BMW S1000R. The staff provided outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in, explaining every part of the process and valuation. The buying process itself went smoothly and I appreciated them giving me a test ride to familiarize myself and ask questions before I fully committed to the purchase.I would strongly recommend Bob's Motorcycles to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used motorcycle. Having bought bikes from 4 dealerships, I can say that Bob's excels at being more than the typical dealership experience. I very much appreciated the emphasis on building a lasting relationship. Between my own experience and watching the interactions of staff with people coming in and out, I formed a very positive impression of quality of the dealership and have no issues recommending them to anyone interested.

After 18 years, Bob's still delivers me service that inspires confidence in my 1980s/1990s K-bikes. I bought my first motorcycle here, which I still own and have serviced at Bob's, because they took the time to give the time of day to someone new to motorcycling. BMW makes amazing machines, but Bob helps you find the right one and keep it on the road to make amazing experiences. You can get motorcycles in a lot of places, but there aren't many that remember you after years of being away for military service, who keep the records on your motorcycle like a doctor's office, and who have the master technicians as certified by both the manufacturer and the street. Whether you've been riding for a day or a decade, if you're looking for your place in the motorcycling world, take the time to come by. You might just find a motorcycle, or if you're like me, you'll find people who will help you get the right one and stay riding for the long run.

I was worried about a service for an older Ducati I bought from a private party. The price for a big service was extremely reasonable. The work was done with perfection. Ian in the service department kept in contact with me and was easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Bob s!

The only thing better then the service at Bob's is the people. Ian and Dustin in service, and Tony, Trai, and Drew behind the counter make me feel like I am walking in to a gathering of old friends every time I walk in the door. Hell, I go there some days for no other reason than to sit on bikes while talking to the gang about upcoming and former riding adventures. I love this place, and you will too!

My first visit to Bobs. George, my salesman, and Todd, the manager. Both were very nice. What I really liked was George's honesty. I find that to be very rare these days. Todd, his sense of humor and his knowledge of the motorcycles. I never felt pushed, hurried, or pressured to do anything. That speaks volume about these two.

As usual, outstanding service from Bob s. I ve been bringing my bikes over to Bob s BMW since the 80s. I ve always received outstanding service. I d recommend bringing any make of motorcycle to Bob s BMW for service. This last service was for my BMW K 1600 GTL bought from Bob s. Bike runs perfect and will for many years due to Bob s outstanding service team.

Nothing but great thing to say about Bobs Motorcycle! Had a great experience purchasing my new 2023 S1000RR. They gave me an accurate timeline and kept me well informed on when I can expect the bike to come in.Kyle, Chris and Todd were great to work with. Kyle even helped me with putting on my phone mount that I didn't purchase from them so I can navigate home from the dealership. He also explained all the bike features in detail.

Yesterday, my wife and I drove the extra miles to buy my first motorcycle from Bob s BMW and I couldn t have had a better experience. It was worth it! From Todd my on point salesman, who answered all my calls and questions liked we had been friends for 30 years to Chris the finance ninja, who walked us through the process step by step and Christopher (Unfortunately a Liverpool fan) and Trai who who helped me get gear that will keep me safe and riding. The family feel at Bob s made my first motorcycle purchase fantastic not a battle of wills. I m looking forward to many more meetings like the one I had yesterday! Thank you Bob s BMW!

Service is top notch. I took my bike one day before my appointment because I had some commitments the day of the appointment so I wanted just to drop it off in advance.To my surprise, they got it done in less than 3 hours the same day. Juli from the service department was very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous.It was my first time at this location and I am definitely coming back!In addition, the girl (couldn t get the name) at the parts counter was super helpful looking up for a replacement flair.I m impressed all around. Can t talk about sales because I didn t have any exposure.

The battery on my 1600 died from disuse. Bob's changed the battery though I had no appointment and provided a solution going forward, a drip charger. A productive morning visit to Bob's.

I just got my second motorcycle form Bob's. As always the team was amazing. I called up and spoke with Kyle to get some pricing information and other details for a few bikes I saw online.Kyle was very informative and helpful. By the end of our conversation I was filling out the financing application. About an hour later I was approved. Kyle asked when I wanted to get the motorcycle, I was planning to do it the next day (Saturday), but I was informed they would be busy and it would likely take a while on Saturday. I decided to pick it up the same day instead.In less than 12 hours I shopped, financed, and drove the bike home.During the financing portion, Lorrie worked very diligently to process the application and informed me about additional items like the prepaid service (spectacular value), the tire road Hazzard insurance (great value and I needed it on my previous bike. Paid for it self), and the Gap insurance (everyone should always say yes when financing).Not only was Lorrie very good at her job, she was a joy to interact with. She is very light harted and personable. Hope she processes your purchase/loan. Highly recommended.Overall, Bob's is filled with friendly knowledgeable people. I have never had a bad experience there. Also the following riders are great. When you go up on a Saturday morning for no appointment services, everyone is chatty and friendly.Before buying a bike somewhere else, at least look at the deals they have to offer, and if you can, go in person.

My K1200LT got a flat rear tire riding up I-95 to New York leaving me stranded in northern Maryland for hours. After calling several bike shops I finally found Bob's and my day improved from that point.By the time my bike arrived on the tow truck they were almost closing for the night but Drew, Ian and the team had everything ready and waiting for me, setting to work on my motorcycle like a pit crew!I rarely write reviews but the service, professionalism and practical advice from the guys at this shop left an impression on me that needs paying forward (they even recommended a tow company that won't leave you stuck on the roadside for 4 hours). While they're not the closest location to me, Bob's is worth the ride to Jessup and I'll be back for future repairs. Five Stars

Very glad to recommend Bob s Motorcycles in Jessup, Maryland. I have purchased several BMW bikes from Bob s over the years, but today purchased a new 2023 RnineT, and I could not be happier with the experience.I had been looking for a difficult to find, limited edition bike that seemed to be unavailable, anywhere. Having searched nationwide for this specific bike, and not finding it, I was resigned that it was not-to-be. I m thrilled, though, that after inquiring on Bob s web site, to my surprise they reached out to me with the outstanding news that they had exactly the bike I was looking for. With a no-nonsense approach, they worked cost, finance, and shipping details by phone, and today I was able to buy the bike in an incredibly smooth and pleasant transaction. I actually have moved to Arizona, and Bob s is even handling shipping the bike from Maryland to me.Bottom line is that the whole experience of buying a bike here is top notch. The people are outstanding. They are professional in what they do, and every aspect of the purchase was handled with perfection. I especially want to thank General Manager Blair Tyler, Sales Advisor Jim Eagan, Chris Sewell in Finance, and everyone else that I dealt with today.If you are looking for a new (or previously owned) BMW, or Ducatti, you can t find a better place to buy it than Bob s.
