Service was good until I had to return the wrong part, for the second time. Despite at least 6 conversations, they have never refunded my monies. It was more expensive for them to field my multiple phone calls, repeatedly promise to get back to me and repeatedly fail to call me back, than simply refunding me. It boils down to theft. They have my money. I don't have anything from them other than frustration.Will never purchase anything from them again.

So far so good! Reached out yesterday after they closed looking for support, heard back from them first thing this morning. Completed my purchase shortly after and had a tracking number within an hour. Incredible customer service. If I have any issues when the parts arrive I'll update, but I'm feeling pretty darn good with my experience thus far! Thanks ATV PC!

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you read any reviews at all read this one!The parts this company are selling are not machined correctly and do not fit. They have never actually installed the parts themselves. They are just Mass ordering these parts from China that are very very very poorly designed you won't even be able to use it.Burning your money into thin air would be equivalent to ordering a part from here. If you'd like a nice paperweight and something to trip over in the garage then this is the perfect place to spend your hard earned money!

Ordered a part from them on Wednesday and it arrived Friday morning the same week. Part was perfect and very fast service. I'm in the UK and ATV is USA so insane service. Thanks

I ordered a set of rear axles for my ranger. No problem, fit perfect. Ordered a set for the front, wrong axles. Send back at my expense. Got in touch with them, gave them vin # , all info for utv, wrong axles! Took several attempts to get them returned, took several attempts to get a refund. Finally had to go thru credit card company to get resolved and they shorted me $64!!! I would definitely not recommend these folks to anyone. BUYER BEWARE...

My experience has been ok until I had to have the 3rd part I ordered warrantied. As with most places you must pay shipping each way to have your part warrantied. I was asking is there was a different way around the $100 shipping I would have to pay. Was looking for possible other ways than returning the whole axle. A replacement joint instead of a whole axle. I basically get a have a nice day you are abusing the product and it's not meant for that. In my opinion their product are not worth the money. Take your business elsewhere.

Can t physically show up and purchase anything. Their showroom is closed and the men working the forklift refer you to call the number on the front door. Hours on google and the front door are a farce. This is just a distributor not an actual. I wanted to speak to a human face to face. I ll go somewhere else as this business appears to be only online or via phone.

This was the first and likely the only purchase from ATV Parts Connection. The complete axle was supposedly completely assembled and ready to install . Two days later the oil came pouring out the rear-endwhere the shaft slipped out.After disassembly ,which is no picnic on a 3010 Mule .I discovered that the snap -ring on the inside was marked but uncut. I had to take the axle to a reputable machine shop to have the problem rectifiedI know every place has mess ups. But on the first trial is enough for me

Best ATV parts experience in a LONG time. As a retired veteran after 24 years of active duty service, I was always in a perfectionist environment so it is hard for me not to expect quality support and great respect and friendly customer. Decided to rebuild my front end on my 1999 Point olaris 500 Sportsman and found ATV Parts connection. ROGER and the staff were extremely helpful with both quality parts and technical expertise. Their axles are TOP quality....they actually had two options to choose from and I have a 20 year old machine. Axles, bearongs, ball joints, tie rod end kit, bushing kit and quality brake pads all in stock!!! Highly recommend this business...extremely satisfied. Thanks Roger and all of ATV Parts Connection staff!!!

Got 4 monster axles one was defective and they will not replace it! Funny how I can replace 3 and they said I messed up one don t wast your time are money!

This is by far the absolute worst place you could possibly go to to buy any part. Ordered the front left and right axles for a Honda Foreman 450 4x4. They sent the wrong axles and when I called to have the right ones sent, and had to ask to speak to the owner because the first person I spoke to was rude and completely disrespectful, and then the owner gets on the phone, and apparently they are trained in terrible customer service because he hung up on me because he tried to blame me for his buisness's screw up and not to mention that the man had the audacity to ask me for my vin number of my 4-wheeler, which has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with sending the right part from his buisness. So when I told him I don't think so on giving him my vin #. He hung up. This place is a rip off and they will screw you over. You have been warned.

I would not recomend this parts dealer there parts dont always fit what the headlines say they will fit and if you need to return parts its like pulling teeth they will claim they sent you the right ones and not want to refund your money or send you a return label. Overall bad experience with a bad business

I ve purchased more than one utility terrain vehicle (UTV) axle from this company before and when I sent one back for warranty after 3 months at my own expense they led me on for 2 weeks and finally told me they couldn t warranty it because I didn t maintain it properly.
