They repaired my car and did an amazing job. Very family oriented and professional they took their time explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take.Ms. Lucy was a pleasure to work with she was always pleasant and even offered help if we needed a ride. She kept me informed through the entire process. They have gained a customer for life by just their willingness to make things perfect.

Thank you Page and the team at Gayan s Auto Body. You did an amazing job restoring my beautiful (brand new) BMW after I scuffed her up a bit. Literally looks as good as new. Paint is perfect!! The care you took to deliver quality work, excellent customer service and in a timely fashion is uncommon today. I appreciate and highly recommend your business! He was very helpful on a very hot day. He arrived quickly and was able to jump my car battery, so we could make it to get a new battery installed before closing. Praise the Lord we did not need to be towed. He made sure we made it to the shop.Service: Battery serviceService: Battery service

Hugest mistake ever !!! Stay away !! My car was totaled due to an accident . The police officer didn t ask where I wanted to towed too. Martins is our only choice . Move forward to next day. The Bulldog manager told me I couldn t get anything out of my car until the tow bill was paid.I had an officer from State Police barracks even attempt since it s the law since it was an accident not some Tow call .No way it said. Next day left the insurance company on hold for over 30 minutes. Is this how you conduct business????? It s a shame that the company is still in business.Luckily today our items were allowed out since the GREED got payment from insurance company.Don t know how the previous reviews got posted ? Do yourself a huge favor, please tell officer where you want it. By far the absolute worst if you want to call it customer service.Only reason to give one star was to post this !!!!

The best service I've ever experienced as far as car towing. I drive a 2021 Subaru Outback and because my car couldn't get off the emergency break, I couldn't get a simple flatbed to do the tow. I called Gayan's and explained the situation and that I was on gravel, and they went back to their shop and brought the appropriate equipment over. They arrived within the hour, just as promised. I believe my driver's name was Donny. He was awesome! He attempted to give my car a jump to see if the tow was even necessary. After troubleshooting some more, he got right to work rigging my car up. Even explained to me what the process was. Brought my car to Waldorf from Indian Head with no issues. Definitely going to trust them with any auto body work as well.Service: Car towing

I had an awesome experience with Gayan s! I was in constant contact with Courtney, who was pleasant to work with, and always so polite on the phone. I also worked with Jeff at the beginning of my repairs and when I came to pick up. He was very helpful, polite and let me know that hes happy to help me should I have any questions regarding my repairs. I would hope I wouldn t need to, but would be happy to work with them again. Thanks a lot!

I was only in here for about 2 minutes and after one small conversation with an employee, I knew I would never step foot in this shop again. The condescending treatment I received in those two minutes was surprising. I won't pay money to a place that has such poor customer service. Not when there are plenty of other auto body shops in the area that will perform great service on my vehicle and treat me respectfully.Update in response to Gayans reply: Yes, I was able to have Charles County Auto Body take a look at the door latch and it turns out it's part of a recall and I will be able to get it fixed tomorrow at the Ford dealership. The problem was with the customer service displayed. Your version of offering me an appointment went like this: "you can't just show up here and wait, you have to drop it off." in the most condescending tone that the employee could muster. I was immediately put off by the attitude displayed by staff. It was not that I was asking your business to magically fix my door the minute I asked. I was merely trying to figure out what my course of action should be to get it fixed. I am very happy I went with Charles County Auto Body after I was turned away from your business too. They had excellent customer service and were able to point me in the right direction to resolve the issue I was having. I happily paid for their service and will continue to be their customer for any future issues I may have. Treat people with a little more respect than you showed me today and perhaps your rating would be higher.

I took my car to Gayans for minor repairs to my car. The work was done in one day and the main man Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly! In fact the whole staff was the same way!! The shop was clean and organized and my favorite part was Tito, the owners puppy!!! He is a super sweet yellow lab puppy and I was in heaven waiting for my ride!!! When I came to pick my car up I opened the door to get in and realized that it was completely detailed and super clean!! I was so shocked that I had to walk back inside and thank them all again for such great customer service!! My car looks amazing!!!! I would recommend the shop to anybody!!

I can t say how grateful I am to have them come. After being stood up for 3 hours by another company they came in less than 30 mins!! Super friendly and super fast! And he used a flatbed which is preferred by anyone who needs a tow!
