I made an appointment AND talked to the workers before coming. They said someone would be able to do my alignment. After 50 mins of working with my car, someone came out and said they didn t have a qualified technician to do the alignment. Lastly, when the woman came out to give my key back, she explained that I couldn t be serviced and ended with but we won t change you .I felt that was a ridiculous and unprofessional way to end this interaction. Should I have thanked her at that point? What could they charge me for? They wasted my travel time, my wait time and possibly my alignment is worse than when I came in because they said the technician tried to do it but couldn t .

This place SUCKS. I brought my car in at the end of august to have two tires replaced, a service and a tire sensor replaced. At the time they didn t have a technician there to do an alignment so they told me I would have to bring my car back in for the alignment (how the heck are you a tire company with nobody to do alignment after getting tires replaced?!) After I paid almost $700 for my services my tire light was STILL on and the technician told me it would go off in a couple of days (it NEVER DID). Now fast forward to today, I bring my car to the dealership and I m informed that the tire sensor that I paid to be replaced at tires plus was NEVER replaced and in fact there is NO tire sensor at all!!! So now I have to pay for the tire sensor ALL OVER again. SMH!!! I will never go back to this establishment!

Make an appointment 1st if u can. They have good service if you get the right person. Most of the techs are pretty knowledgeable if not super friendly. One guy helped me figure out what tires would fit on my car right after one lady told me "most customers already know what sized tires they want". That's great...for most customers but I came here for help, lady. Just go in there and be about your business and it'll all work out fine.

My car would not start so I got it towed to Tires Plus.I was doubtful when I was told it was a wiring issue arcing. I knew the problem would come back and I would have to take it to the dealer. It's been more than a week & no problems. Tires Plus!!

They do a very thorough job and have good customer service.UPDATE: The day after getting my car back from Tires Plus, it broke down. I went in to get my tires looked at and a "diagnostic" which came out good, and less than 24 hours later, my car has even bigger problems. Not sure what they did during the "diagnostic" but I don't consider that a coincidence and won't be returning.

Went online to check if location had them..YES IN STOCK CONFIRMED OPOINTMENT...call a call to confirm...arrived early...person at counter said they sent me a email stating they didn't have them..he checked anyway...email i never received..even after i confirmed on phone...WASTED MY TIME WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THEM...IDIOTS!!

Please don t deal with this people. Andrew will do his best to earn your business, always helpful. But the rest of the front team members .They never have a technician available to work on your car.I changed all my tires and brakes and the car run worst than before. Asked for re-evaluation and it s a nightmare. Manager Rico have no customer service skill.I m not going back to this placeCheap but the will mess up your car.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

The manager Andrew provided top tier service. He was prompt with scheduling and provided detailed information on the products and services. The team installed my 4 tiers perfectly and made them nice and shiny. Will definitely return.

The reviews were worrisome but the other places for an oil change were closed or booked ! Man, all is well here . Juan was effective and efficient behind the counter . Brandon (Who prefers Bob) did a great job caring for my car and is super respectful. And the tall gentleman who has been there for years working in the back , I will call him Poppa Man - is wise and knows his stuff. They looked out and my car is running smooth. I ll be back here. Good work, nice vibes, respectful men. Efficient and effective.Service: Oil change

I would rather walk home than deal with this place again. I had to choose this location (40 minutes from my house) because I was told by staff here and other tires plus/Firestone stores that only certain stores can fit my Ram 2500 mega cab. I understand that. When I showed up for my appointment the service desk employee advised it would be a 3+ hour wait even with an appointment and was not even sure if they could perform the service due to the size of my truck. The service Tech was nice enough to take a look at the truck and advised it would fit. I made at appointment to come back Tuesday morning when they opened to avoid a 3+ hour wait. When I showed up for my second appointment, the "manager" Leo advised that his location was drop off only, and has been for a while. This information was never conveyed to me when scheduling my first or second appointment. He then advised that no tires plus or Firestone store could fit my truck as all the lift sizes for an alignment were the same. This is not what I was advised when I called 5 or so locations. Leo was very unprofessional and I do not recommend going to this location for any reason. Don't waste your time even giving them a chance.

My name is Ilani I brought my car to this location because I work near here on April 28, 2022, After pulling off from the establishment my car completely shut down!! I called into store and was told to bring car back, after getting 3 different stories I was told by the gentleman at register I needed to leave my car there until the morning & speak with Pablo the store manager, on April 29 I spoke with Pablo the store manager who admitted after speaking with him that they were at fault & he needed to put a claim in & I would here from someone within 3-5 days within that time frame I patiently waited until day 5 when I got no call & reached out to corporate, I left several messages on the claims person voice mail & when he finally called back he didn t let me talk he kept talking over me & than said someone will inspect my car within 10 days & i should here back on a verdict. Meanwhile I live in Montgomery county had to get a rental car which I m still paying weekly not knowing what s going on with my car. I ve had little to no communication from these people & when I do speak with them i am the one reaching out. I have 3 kids my car is my lively hood. From the establishment to the reps. At the corporate office I haven t gotten a straight answer. It s now May 19,2022 and still no answers! My car is still sitting at this establishment.

The guy at the counter called Leo is very rude and unprofessional. I booked appointments on Thursday for my car to be serviced on Saturday only for leon to call me an hour to my appointment that I have to do drop off and it will be ready in 4hrs. Who does that? I had to travel 10am that Saturday morning I got there 8am for my appointment only to repeat that trash and ask me to reschedule. He need to be fired cos many people are talking about him also that he is very unprofessional. Solomon and mike are both great mechanic. They are good at what they do. They just lost 7years customer cos am not going back to that store anymore because of Leo. I would rather do my oil change at gas station than to step my foot back there.

If I can give 0 stars I would April 28th my soster took her car to this establishment to get an oil change.. The car was in perfect conditions before handing it over to them Upon leaving the establishment her vehicle shuts down completely.. The manager took full responsibilty admitting that this was their fault.. It is now almost the end of May and her car is still sitting at this establishment. Leaving her with having to pay out of pocket for a rental car.. Several messages were left for the claims supervisor at Corporate.. still no answers DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

This was definitely a NEW ENVIRONMENT. Now , my very first time here was back in the late 90's. Every vehicle since has made it's way to this location. The staff was friendly and informative, I did not have to wait too long at all. And the wait didn't even bother me(had some tea, watch news and read some of my book) in the midst of my oil change. Then by that time I was ready. Just about 2 hrs..maybe a little less. Great price, great service and I will be going back.

I am always treated with the utmost respect & professionalism by Leo, Mike & Solomon. I have been coming here for service on my Lexuses for 15 years, even before they serviced the place. I have never had an experience that they could not or did not work through for me.They always, keep me posted on where they are with my repairs and Leo always explains & shows me what is needed if they find something additionally wrong..I am a firm believer that what you give out is what you get back. Keep up the "great" work guys.

I visited Tires Plus, on Sunday, October 30, 2022 for tires and an oil change and was helped by Juan Gonzalez. The shop in Hyattsville only had two tires of the brand that I wanted. Juan went above and beyond and located two more at the Riverdale shop. He picked up the tires on Monday morning and had them ready to be installed for me when I went back to the Hyattsville shop on Monday evening, after work. Juan demonstrated awesome customer service and made sure that I was satisfied with the work that had been done. I would highly recommend the Hyattsville Tires Plus location and ask for Juan!

Always professional. No long waits. They were having computer issues on my last visit and they still did the job, asked me to call later to make payment over the phone. When I called them the next day, they waived the amount due. Awesome people!

First and foremost I don't even write reviews, but today is a different story. Long of short I waited almost 2hrs for a $440 estimate for some stuff that could've easily been fixed. This place is a money grab, so if you don't mind the up-charge this is your place. A simple wheel alignment totally wasted my day thinking this would be a smooth process. Definitely won't be sending none of my folks here. Beware of the up charge and inefficiency.

My very first experience with Tire Plus and it was pretty good. I have no complaints. They helped me out in a pinch when my alternator was going bad. The fact that they were able to get me in the same day and I picked my car up the next after was phenomenal to me. AND they're open on Sundays! The young lady who helped at the front was very friendly. Overall, I'd recommend this location.
