They installed my equipment incorrectly and tried to change me again to fix it. They told me they couldn't fix it without changing me and what they were willing to do was not according to the set up manual. I am extremely disappointed because this is not the way professional installers are supposed to treat their customers. Now I will have to pay again to have the job done correctly.

Honestly I made business with them. Honest price to be honest. So no complaints and love their comprehensive knowledge in the legal part of the tints.Would highly recommend anyone in the area to work with them

If I could give 10 stars I would. It s hard getting any part of your car checked out as a female. Here I felt comfortable safe and respected. The guys did not try to fast talk me or sell me anything extra. I had left a place nearby who said I needed rewiring and came here, was out in 15 mins because I only needed some fuses replaced. The shop is clean and has a seated waiting area.

Excellent! This is a great shop. Due to all the car theft, I needed to get an alarm system. Great customer service, explained what he was doing and demonstrated when I picked my up! Great job! Highly recommended

Seems like they cater to fellow Hispanics and treat others less than. Don't like to honor warranty either. Told me to go find it, thank God I still had it. Let them tell it it wasn't in computer and they dont remember it.

DO NOT GO HERE they wired my radio directly to my battery and i was charged over 680 for one 12" sub and amplifier after looking around it actually cost half that price plus the tint has white marks....literally everything i had them do to my car there was something wrong

I had a great experience getting the tints on my car done here.The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and were able to accommodate me within a few days. I waited on site and am extremely satisfied with the quality and look of the work. The offer a wide range of car services including audio and security. EV chargers are also available on their site. I can see why this place consistently comes highly recommended!

Love this place fixed my subwoofer countless times thank you so much great customer service and always have availability or squeeze you in before they close. There is no better shop then safe N sound.

I brought my car here going on 3 times now. Speakers work for about a month then just all of a sudden stop working. I would not recommend. They will charge even after the warranty and try and make you purchase more items from them

I couldn't be happier with the work performed by Ed and his team. They don't spend a lot of time sitting around while your vehicle is in the bay. I would recommend their services for small to medium electronics repairs and/or upgrades. I shall return!

Highly recommend! Maria and her team are aces! I had my stereo installed in 2018. Recently (2022) the speakers started cutting in & out when I hit bumps in the road. I called early Saturday morning and they took me right away. After a short wait, they had it fixed and I was on my way. They also did excellent tint work on my wife's car. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future.

Came here on may 25th to get a radio installed on my car and hopefully these reviews i been leaving saves someone from going through the same thing i did but they hooked my radio up directly to my car's battery and then denied it so if they get done"fast" you might want to check your car before leaving i had to go through my bank to get my money back because i was definitely not going to let them touch my car again...even the tints i got had white marks will put pics later.

Came to get my radio checked. Ended up leaving with a new alarm and backup camera. Great customer service, these people will take good care of you like they did to me. I will be bringing all of my cars here in the future.

Was just up there today (July 15th) with my Grand Prix. I had someone install a double din from another place I won t name. My car battery kept dying I didn t know why. The owner and her son was so polite the son I think he said he s 18 he has a good head on his shoulders. But back to my car. They showed me the horrible wiring job the other place did on top of that I couldn t figure out why my washer fluid wasn t working the other place hooked a wire to my washer fluid line & broke it smh. Well Safe-N-Sound re wired everything properly. My double din is working properly and the subs sound really good. I received complements on my way back to work. Long story short they will get you right. I m very happy with the system. My old amp went out so I brought a kicker amp from them also that they were testing on my car to make sure my subs was good. The kicker amp well kicks lol. Thank you for you excellent quality of work. 5 stars

I had a wiring problem on all my lights on my GMC Denali. These guys fixed them all in no time, Great job fixing my tail lights and headlights as well. Thank you so much you ll see me again

Took my old tint and and put new quality tint good people, would highly recommend.Edit it version- the tint is ok months down the line but I ve realized they scratch the life out of the window or tint it didn t show the first few days but then after it showed so not bad but I would be weary about that

They need to get their front desk girls trained right because one gave me a price to get windows tint off my car so I made an appointment to get hem taken off and when I got there after they did it they tried to charge me a different price. And then instead of the manager handling it professionally she started accusing me of trying to get things done free etc and then banned me from going there again. If your employee tells customers a price that is what is expected come on now common sense but as I see that manger has none! I gladly will take my business elsewhere they are not the only tinting place in Maryland.

Well, I am here now and so far the service has been excellent. Arturo has answered all my questions. He was polite and friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greated. He waited patiently for me to decide on which item I was purchasing. Another gentleman started working on my car immediately. The place looks clean and welcoming. And they open before the time posted on the door, so that was a plus for me.

I go there for window tinted. They did it terrible. They ask me to come after five day. When i go back again after 5 days they take keys ask me to wait. I wait there for more than 1 hour they didn t touch my car. I asked them i am getting late. After that they schedule me for another day and when i go back again second time they did the same and didn t resolve. First time when i go for reverse gear camera they install it wrongly. when i ask them to do it proper way, they fix the camera and then they charge me again.Its a horrible place please don t go . Waste of time amd money. Specially if u want to go for window tinting and camera installation. Please don t waste your time and money here.

I recently had my car windows tinted absolutely loved it. Friendly service, and great job this is the 3rd time I've had car windows tinted and Safe & Sound always come through. For the job they did the job was fairly priced..

Don t dare take your car here for any LED lighting application. I had gone back over 5 times because of their glitchy work. The under glow light would not turn off on the driver s side. They tried to do a short cut and replace only one side of the LED lighting and there was a compatibility issue. The lighting was not the same thereafter. It would no longer present a slow steady LED gl but instead would just do fast erratic flashes. The driver sside undercarriage LED still would not turn off. Finally, after scheduling an appointment to troubleshoot, they tried to tell my to come back another day. After going back and forth they clumsily offered to install new under carriage LED lighting for a charge of $450 bucks citing the warranty on my LED system was expired. This after I took my car in over and over because the lighting was never installed correctly. I was so frustrated I just ended up paying $60 for them just to remove the LED under carriage lighting so I did not have to deal with them anymore. RUN, RUN, they are terrible!

They told me that they did work on my vehicle clearly did not provide any actual work they ve requested that I leave my vehicle for about an hour my mistake for leaving and thinking that they would actually do the work. They claimed to have taken out the dash completely yet there s no signs of them actually doing work inside the vehicle none of the clips and fasteners were opened as I just checked. They told me it would be $65 if they could not fix it and 85 if they do in fact fix it they were choirs pre-payment in full and refused to acknowledge that there is a difference. I wouldn t recommend this company

They wired my Halo lights same day no appointment needed! I went back the next day and had them install my ambient floor lighting would highly recommend this family run business. Very friendly fast and efficient service!
