Hello !! The las week I have problems whit my car tired and I go to pep Boys university bulevar ( langley park) and they help my a lot I was completely impresionante the attention for costumer and Olson mr zemichael help me to get the best price in old my service in that they I did oil change, alaigmet and tired replace ofcurse. !! Please. Is you need help whit your car go to to pep Boys langley park and ask for mr zemichael he is the man !!!

They apparently have a hard time getting mechanics and technicians who are willing to work on Sundays. I had one appointment some months ago that I had to cancel because they had nobody to do any work that day. At the most recent appointment for an oil change, a technician finally arrived about a half hour after my appointment time and did the work adequately. It took a total of 2 hours before it was done. This seems a bit long for an oil change where I was the first appointment. Just a normal oil change. The staff was courteous and the job did get done but it seemed to be not 100% certain that it would when I arrived for the appointment.

Brought in my car to have a tire checked out due to slow leak. This is by far the best PepBoys service shop in the MD/DC area. Great customer service, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Just as importantly, honest in their assessments. Highly recommend the shop!

Friendly staff has some fast and easy service. If you re looking For tire services I d recommend this place out of all the other places I ve been to. My overall cost was 26 dollars To put my tire in the rim. Special shoutout to Kofi and Moses!

Zemichael, Jose, and Alba have been nothing but wonderful! If you need anything fixed on your car, they order really fast and also service is great every time. I ve replaced 2 tires here and will continue coming back! Thank you again for your exceptional service!! :)

No plastic or protection was laid down on mat/carpets. When I received my car, black dirt/grease was all over the floor of my light colored mats/carpet. Extra time and money was spent in order to clean the car.

I came all the way to this Pep Boys location in the rain, and THE STORE Section IS CLOSED. ONLY THE SERVICE CENTER IS OPEN. What a bummer. They should update this important information.

If you value your time... do not go here. You can have an appointment and you will still wait 3.5-4 hours for tire installation and mounting. The told me 1-2 hours. Front desk will not communicate with you and if you do not mention it to them your keys might just sit there. Pricing for tires was good but it comes at a cost. The cost is your time. Will not come back.

Absolutely fraud. Do not come here. I scheduled tire alignment (bought lifetime service package), came, waited several hours. They came back with a list of critical repairs (change front axle, quick struts, ...and something else) that totaled $2400, but said that most critical repairs would be about $400-500. The didn't do the alignment because they said I needed to do the repairs first. They said I'd think it over.Coincidentally, my engine lights turned on a couple days later (turned out to be a tension belt problem) and I took it to a very well reputed mechanic shop and asked them to also look over those items above. They said there's absolutely nothing wrong down in that area.If you know Langley Park, you know the local denizens are largely below median income. If they're trying to scam me, I'm sure they're scamming a lot of those who really need every last dime but don't know any better and fear what a broken down car would cost their family.

As others have said, made an appointment for a slow time. A basic oil change took half a day. They put the wrong weight oil in, although my vehicle is a a common stock make and model and the manufacturer-suggested weight is common. When I brought it back in to fix it, the technician who did the job came up front and began to get confrontational with the manager in front of me. To their credit, they did the job for "free". After leaving I was missing one lug nut from each wheel. Now I'm at a third place for that. In all, the peppy oil change cost over $200 more than it should and 16 hours of leave from work. Thankfully my personal time has no value and I enjoy getting poor work from aggressive and petty tradesmen on my vacation. In fact, I'm making a special trip back for the holidays. It feels just like going home!

The wait time was about 30mins which is pretty average to what I usually wait for at any another repair shop. The oil service took another 45mins. I received a list of recommendations which I declined at the visit due to an appointment I needed to go to. Overall the customer service was decent but Zemicheal was a big help through out my visit here. He was patient and explained why I needed the repairs.

I am a young female that was visiting MD for school. I came in for a standard oil change and air in my tires cause my tire pressure was low during the time of my appointment. They recommended an additional Tune-Up and Tire Change that was totaling over $2,000. I denied the additional. I visited another Pepboys, who said since I have a Honda Civic tune ups are <$200. The tires do not need the more expensive snow tires that was previously recommended. Cutting my price in more than half of what this Pepboys recommended. If you want people with INTEGRITY. Do not trust this Pepboys. I have wonderful experiences with other Pepboys but am specifically disappointed in this location.

I'm a veteran and Pep Boys provides a discount for vets, which is why I chose their business. I purchased four tires online with a discount. Upon conclusion of the installation I presented my Vet card and requested a veteran's discount. The rep denied it due to the discount provided with the purchase. I didn't find any info regarding this exception on the website, so I was disappointed.Other than that, the online ordering process was quick and easy as was the installation.

The price for my 4tires was good. It s that I scheduled an appointment for Friday at 11:30 I get there and the guy tells me I will have to wait 3 hours and I wasn t going to do that. So I rescheduled for Sunday at 10:30 and they tell me it will be 4 hours. They really should watch the scheduling because this is the reason for appointments.

Made an appointment to change my 4 tires for these new ones I bought. The change of tires was supposed to cost $67. I suspect that they chipped my wheel locker cause it was fine before but they tried to charge me an extra $400 just for that when it's a cheap fix. I went to Sam's tires in Beltsville and they took them off no issue. Sams tires charged me 140 ($25per tire and $10 per wheel locker).

I was helped on checking to my appointment and check out for my appointment by Kelvin who had excellent customer service skills. I witnessed this during the scheduled hour I waited in the lobby for my brake fluid to be changed. he managed multiple customers who appeared to be frantic on a Saturday morning that their car wasn't finished, even though they presented without appointments.although I can understand their frustration, I do not think it's reasonable to bring your car in on a Saturday morning and then complain that it's not ready when you want it to be. in fact, this was my second trip to this pepboys. just a few days prior I had called the shop and they said that if I came now it should be fine. it turned out that wasn't the case, because their business picked up in the 30 minutes. it took me to drive there. however, there's a lovely Spanish bakery within walking distance on the same side of the street, and when I finished there and realized that my car wouldn't be ready until 3 hours later, I politely requested my car keys and instead scheduled appointment. it was a very pleasant experience.

I visited this location 1/10/24 to my surprise, I was treated fairly and out from my oil change appointment in respectable time I must say.The staff here will surely get repeat visit with the visit in mind. Thanks guys

Three in a row! My last 3 services done by Pepboys were excellent. I had 4 tires installed just a few days ago. Kofi, the representative was very professional and friendly in making sure I received the best service.Thank you, Pepboys! I will be returning in the future.

Worst experience ever. Avoid this Pep Boys. We had an appointment at 9:00am on June 16th for tire replacement. The representative said it ll take about 3 hours, but it took almost 6 hours, and look at the picture of one new tire that was flat the next day! We were supposed to go to Niagara Falls with whole brand new tires, and we had to cancel the trip.

Total nightmare, I bought 2 front tires from Tirerack and had Pep boys install them. I also had a 4 wheel Alignment and a coolant leak fixed. Nearly $2000 in work. Within ten days one of those Goodyear Tires exploded on the highway. Having to drive on the rim to get off the highway. My Ford Escape's the engine started to leak coolant again and the alignment was shot. The Engine Light immediately come on. The job was obviously shotty, rushed and overpriced. There are other places in the area to take your car. I am taking legal action against PepBoys and Tirerack because their shotty work and dangerous products not only nearly got me and other motorists killed. Throw in another $2000 in repairs for a new tire, rim, towing, and the coolant still leaks. This place scares me. Stay away.

So I usually hate big name repair places like Pep Boys. HOWEVER, this location changed my opinion. It was a Sunday, my boyfriend and I had stopped for gas and while filling up, he noticed our front drivers side tire was about to pop. Every place i tried was either closed, didn't have our tire or was so ridiculously priced, that it made the situation seem almost hopeless. I finally scrolled down, found pep boys and took my shot.First of all, the young lady on the phone was the epiphany of customer service. She was able to quote me a great price on a brand new tire and when I expressed that we were actually in a bit of a hurry, she booked an appointment for us to come in as soon as we could get there safely.The location was a little out of the way, however, when we got there, the same young lady that had been on the phone got us in right away. All in all we were done in what felt like 5 minutes.The gentleman that changed our tire even took the time to let us know that we had about another week or so before the passenger side would go as well.If you're looking for a great tire place, that's affordable, fast and courteous? This is it!Thanks for everything guys!

I'm extremely appalled at the lackluster service at this location. Made an appointment for an oil change at 6:00 p.m. and was told that the car would be done at 7:30. The car wasn't touched until 7:45 p.m just in time for it to be ready at 8:00 p.m. Definitely missed the mark on this one.
