Important things to know: 1. ALWAYS CALL ahead and tell them about your situation and find out who needs to go, what you need to bring, and whether you can do those things on the day/time you plan to go. Eg, you can t get personal items out of the car on weekends even though they are open. Ask them how far back your car is - it may take time for them to move cars to get access to yours so calling ahead and having them find your car an hour before you arrive at the lot can save you time; 2) If your insurance is paying the impound fees make sure to have your insurance call them ahead, otherwise you cannot get access to your car; 3) If it was towed by police, call the police to find out what forms you need to get access to your car. Some can be emailed to you, some you have to go in person to police station to get, sometimes you need different forms from multiple different police stations; 4) Bring your ID, exact cash (they don t make change; 3% charge on credit cards and the credit card may have to be in the name of the owner of the car), the car key, and any forms from the police station if police towed your car (like if it was stolen)

Worst Tow Truck Ever! I got my car back with my brakes sounding so loud , like it's grinding together while Rollin!Of course They said it wasnt them but then who was it then? Cus my vehicle was left in their care. They want to throw in my face that it's an old car smh... They talking bout we have pictures of ur car and I asked how can someone see the damage they created under my car ! I just gave them 265 plus now I have to put more into the damage under my car from however they drove my vehicle disorderly. I'm over this tow truck company. Change their name to FDTT Company (Finesses, destroy tow truck)! Time for experience careful genuine workers

I ve never seen this level of unprofessional. The negligence of the tow truck drivers is unbelievable. The tow truck driver failed to put my key in my car and took it home with him. Instead of telling the truth about the location of my vehicle, the tow truck driver told the staff my key was tossed in the driver seat I was very skeptical because why would you give such a general description of where you put a person s car key. Anyway after multiple calls to the tow truck driver, the staff finally got him to admit the truth. I was searching around and rummaging in my car for over an hour due to a grown man s negligence. All in all, worst experience. I couldn t recommend their services any less.

Vehicle was towed by the company couple of years past. Contacted them to get a copy of documentation. After spending a few moments on phone with staff and finding the information I needed, was told to call back and talk to manager. Upon doing that was told, "Can help ya". Customer service seems to be a low to non existence concept once they "hook up" car. Un-amenable staffers, and poor overall Customer Service

The state police called this company to tow my car. First the tow driver was very rude and showed no compassion to my situation. All he wanted was money just to tow my car. Call to get my car and everyone there was so rude and unprofessional. They were very expensive and wanted $175 on top of $275 to take mu car to the shop. Went to pick up ky car and there was 1 particular man who I spoke to on the phone who continued to be rude and even told me he doesn t care about the reviews he got when I mentioned that I will be writing one. Please do not have this company tow your car. You will regret it

Very unprofessional, there is no one available to answer the phone. I m trying to get my car and can t because the phone keeps ringing. I m confused about whether or not if customer service ever runs across their mind. Clearly they ll keep my car to charge me for more storage. This is ridiculous and Forest Heights police should stop using there services. It s robbery I just paid for a release from the police only to not be able to get my car.Service: Vehicle transport

This company towed my truck, when I picked it up, I couldn t Drive It because they broke my drive shaft and Yoke to the transmission. My vehicle had no issues before they towed and of course they weren t responsible. It didn t end there....my tool box was missing and my tablet I needed for work....geese. Be careful with this company, just picked up my truck and had to pay $1,108 worth of repairs.

Very polite receptionist. The atmosphere was certainly good, considering the high traffic volume they encountered while I was there. I have nothing bad to say about this business.

My car was driving good not making no noise or nothing, it got impounded and the towtruck driver thought I had a problem with him because I was asking questions about the fee which is expensive normal tow companies charge $175 then $50 a day for storage they charge $215 and the storage fee $50 every 18 hrs not 24hrs and that s just highway robbery but long story short I pick my car up the battery was dead they had to jump it and once I drove off I notice something not right because my car was making knocking noises coming from my driver side tire I called them to tell them the problem, they told me call the next day for management so I called the next day and they was just rude and acting like they know they driver can t make a mistake and its not they problem they even told me bring it to them instead of them giving me a tow back for they driver mistake know they really don t care or going try to get some more money out me this is the worst towing company in Maryland period
