Tee was amazing. I just moved back to the states, and have not found the right person to work with until I found Easterns, and they hooked me up with a good deal for having a complex credit situation. And it was fast, but smooth. Definitely recommend.

Accompanied my son to purchase a vehicle. Our sales representative Louis was very efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly FRIENDLY and welcoming! The Sales Manager Pablo went above and beyond to make sure my son got the best financing. Very pleased with the end results! Great TEAMWORK

I purchased my vehicle on August 28th, 2023. Drove my past vehicle here with hopes that it would make it here without breaking down lol Mike & Luis were extremely helpful and REALISTIC with me considering my situation. They asked me what I wanted and I got exactly that customer service was superb!!!! They really worked with me and Mike is just an outstanding manager if you come here ask for him. I see there are some bad reviews but don t let that deter you from shopping here just ask for Mike he will not sugar coat anything and will give you the real deal. I did not at all expect to be driving off the lot with anything that day I got rid of my Kia and got into a nice reliable Buick Verano and even the manager drives a Buick lol this experience was BEYOND sales service I felt like family. I didn t feel pressured etc nothing just honesty and good vibes. I will refer anyone to this specific location and again THANKS EASTERNS OF HYATTSVILLE <3

I had a very pleasant experience at Eastern Motors over at the Hyattsville location. They had friendly staff who really cares about their customers. Louis Velis did a wonderful job on helping me find a vehicle that best suited me and I would highly recommend to my friends and family! 10/10 experience!

They were efficient. They really cared about helping choose what's best for you. They wouldn't let me leave without placing me in a vehicle. Mr. Louis was very thorough. Mr. Ali was crunching those numbers and working hard with the finance company. I am so grateful. I can't remember the other gentleman's name. Please forgive me. Hello Everyone! Ikno you re looking for a car and if that s the problem don t look no longer! I m sure that This dealership in Hyattsville Maryland can definitely deliver. I worked with an Agent Named Sean Harvey & he made sure I left with what I wanted. I definitely appreciate his honesty & attention to detail. I would buy another car if I could Lls. He didn t notice but my favorite color is blue idk how but I definitely got a blue car! Honda HRV. if I could post a Picture I would because I m so happy! I beg you to go to another location and most of all by pass Mr. Mike Robinson as your salesman. Don't be fooled like me by all of the plaques on his desk. He's good until you have a problem after purchase. You then become nobody. I'm disappointed and passed PISSED...oh and LADIES don't come alone. I've heard him call his other customers B's and he's touchy... BEWARE OF THE WHOLE DEALERSHIP. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
