This is my second time getting work done from them. Both experiences were pleasant, and they communicated what step the car was at and gave me a pretty decent time frame for it. So far, everything has been great with them. No complaints. Also, the explained what exactly needed to be done, the reasons behind it, and how long it roughly takes to complete it.

Having to deal with an auto body shop is never fun, but when you have to deal with it these are your people. The overall work was great - I had to go back for an idiot light reset and they got me in right away. They were kind and efficient and I'd definitely go back (but really hoping I don't have to).

People were courteous, professional, and fast (educated and fast bilingual ladies at the front desk)the department manager not so sure,,when I got my car back she was more like here are your keys and goodbye.I didn't have a chance to test drive and see how the repairs were,,front passenger tire makes a lot of noise when driving and the ac does not work.I called about 5 days ago and front desk ladies are expecting me in the next week or so.

My girlfriend , her insurance company told her to go to this auto repair shop and they did not fix her call the way it should have been fixed from the accident that she had the first time. Then she had to take it back a second time now she s going back for a third time stay Away from this auto repair shop their work is no good at all. Thank you.

My vehicle was taken here after a collision in April. After multiple times of being told my car was being worked on(and it wasn t, first date of notification in writing that it was being actively worked on was 5/23 and then told weekly it was just starting), lack of communication until I began to push, excuse after excuse, 1500 in rental fees outside of my policy due to their lack of timliness- we finally got our vehicle back after 2 months. However- I m missing my front license plate, a metal clip was left out when placing the bumper back on so it s not aligned properly and I can see the metal, the passenger seatbelt was left unattached, and one of the specialty sensor s randomly works but not consistently. There is no excuse for a vehicle to be returned with this many issues. I didn t even realize my plate was missing until I was traveling and in a parking lot. Will they fix these issues? Sure. But this has been the worst experience I ve had when dealing with repairs to my car.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I came to get work done on my vehicle after an accident. My previous insurance (GEICO) recommended this place to me. Long story short, these THIEVES charged me for a front alignment they never repaired/replaced. Christy Sweet is the "manager" i worked with. Her father is the owner of the shop. I'm telling you this info as a warning to stay away them and this establishment. I DO NOT recommended this place.Service: Body & Trim

From the recommendation of Geico, my Hummer was taken to E & J Auto Body. From Ashley at the front desk to Christi, the Geico Adjuster, my experience was great! The young man (whose name escapes me) that completed the initial estimate was professional and fun to work with. The automatic text messages although inaccurate was nice to receive. On June 1st, I called to get the status of my truck. I was on hold for a long time. But, Ashley came back with the information I asked for. Today, June 3rd, I picked up my Hummer and, was disappointed. Not towards E & J but, because my brush guard had been discontinued and that the body shop had put a replacement guard on my truck. It is not the body shops fault that the part is discontinued. It would have been appreciated if I was called and informed of the guard the shop had ordered to put on my truck. I more than likely would have said, No Thank You!. I must say, when Christi saw my disappointment, she not only worked to smooth the matter, but she went above and beyond to make sure I left E & J Auto Body as close to satisfied as possible. Not only did Christi take my disappointment seriously, she was professional and very apologetic. She let me know that customer satisfaction is key!This was my first time at E & J Auto Body. The professionalism and great customer service I received will definitely bring me back as well as recommend E & J Auto Body.Thank you again Christi and everyone else I worked with at E & J Auto Body!Service: Body & Trim

It's sad that one must know insurance jargon in order to get a fair deal.This company company repaired my car. I remember looking at the front end of the car wondering why something looked different. A year later, my sister told me my front, right light was out. I went to the car dealership. It was at that time the service provider explained that this company put the wrong light on. I called my insurance company who then told me the dealership used after market parts, etc. Conversations regarding repair ensued between the insurance company and E&J. I sent pics of the front end of the car. The appropriate front light looks like a beautiful cat eye. The light they put in was square and the casing around it was scratched up. It took almost a month for everyone: the insurance company and E&J to get on one accord with me. I had to follow up with both businesses far too many times to be healthy. In the end, E & J did a fabulous job, but the road to get there was painful.

I am beyond happy about the way my vehicle turned out. The entire experience was easy wonderful! Everyone was professional and so nice. It only took them four days to complete the repairs. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out. I would recommend this place to ANYONE! I was even able to receive my rental car at the location.

Excellent service and very friendly workers. I brought in my Honda Accord for repair after a hit and run accident and they fixed it within about two weeks. When I came to pick it up there was a minor issue and the worker Alex was extremely nice about it. His boss came out and said they would order a new fender from the dealer, which they did within a couple of days. Overall a very positive experience for me.

I have brought my car to E&J for repairs after two minor accidents and I have been very happy with the service and results. The geico express option is very convenient. They do an excellent job of keeping you updated on the progress of the repairs. They also have CSR rental reps available on site so getting your rental is very easy. Last, I had a piece of loose trim on my door not caused by the accident and they were kind enough to fix that for me as well. Really exceptional customer service!

Horrible. This company had my vehicle for a week after it was vandalized and has caused more damage to it by storing it completely improperly. The wheels were stolen off the 2018 vehicle and the auto body shop just left the car out on milk crates while waiting for the insurance adjuster. Let me say that again, the entire body of the vehicle was held up by milk crates for a week, causing more damage to the frame of the vehicle. How can I ever trust a company to repair a vehicle if their service is so unprofessional? The total lack of care doesn't end there. A photo of the damage was taken, most likely by an employee, and posted on an online forum as a joke. I'm humiliated and frustrated to no end. I just need to get to work and I need my car to function properly. They literally don't care about your car, it's just the cheap place insurance is willing to pay for.On top of all of that, their customer service is awful. The woman who answered the phone just said it wasn't her fault or her problem. Do not go here. Tell your friends not to go here. And the poster that mentioned something about it being a bunch of MAGA hat wearing bigots, well I can tell you they certainly gave me that vibe as well and they were quick to speak to me in an extremely patronizing manner. Will be filing a complaint with the Maryland business bureau.

Poor customer service, didn t seem to want to work with me all. First customer of the day was there prior to them opening. Left my license at home was wiling to drive less then ten minutes and come back. I was told that if the next customer arrived for their appointment they would have to work with them, first which is understandable. It wasn t until I called my insurance company that I was told my appointment was canceled, and that I would need to reschedule. I feel like the two young ladies who I spoke with were very indirect and not helpful at all. Oh and they are really improperly storing cars like other reviews said.I seen a black Camaro with the tire removed being held up by yellow crates. Glad I will not be leaving my car here!

The staff here was so kind to me and my children. My oldest kept asking tons of questions regarding the repairs and the staff just answered without any issues. The staff also assisted me in transferring the car seats out of my truck when I dropped it off and picked it up. The staff didn't have to do that they just could have left me to rangle two kids and car seats alone. But I really appreciated all of E&J Auto Body Inc staff support.

Slower than other body shops in the DMV area. My sedan needed minor repair on the passenger side. Should've been done in 2-3 days max, but they kept my car for 7 days. When I went to go pick the car up since it was "ready", it really wasn't and further repair needed; hey kept my car for a couple more days (just for a weather-strip on passenger-side door!). Repair work was good, but timing was slow and poor. Dealt with other body-shops before who are MUCH faster and perform with same quality if not better.

Everything in one. GEICO , the repairs and the rental.Enterprise was quick fast and documents from my insurance information were transfered easily.The people are nice and professional.My car looked like new inside and outside after my repair was complete.They are also very honest and let you know upfront that sometimes the painting may slightly not match. Although in my case all matches.100% recommend it.

Not a fan! I used them as recommended by my auto insurance (GEICO) for body repairs. I had damage to the side fender and fog light on my passenger side. When they returned my vehicle to me the fog lights and tail lights did not work and they tried to tell me it was b/c I had aftermarket headlights. All of my lights were working prior to me dropping my car off with them, however they NOR Geico would cover. I ended up taking my vehicle to another body shop and paying $500 out of pocket to have my fog lights and tail lights repairs after their negligence. I also let GEICO have it for suggesting them as a body shop only to return my vehicle to me in subpar condition.Service: Body & Trim

They took good care of Lilly (my car). E & J Auto Body is top notch! I made a recommendation to my plumber from John C. Flood, Mr. Eric (my A1 plumber). I told him Ms. Christine runs a tight ship and her shop does great work. Thanks to Mr. Jose for always taking pride in his work their! I'm winning in service repair!

Jason at E&J Auto Body was fantastic. He kept me posted with every step of the way. I chose E&J because out of the 5 quote I received E&J saw damage other places did not see. The work was THE BEST! I highly recommend.

The customer service was lacking. We called several times to get updates but were told the only person that could give an update was on a lunch break. They also left broken glass in the car. The work seems fine but I would not recommend them.

Before I begin my review, please keep in mind I am SUPER @n@l about caring for my car. I took my car to this location because a deer jumped in front of my car out of no where. The damages were not THAT bad. Broken headlight, and the driver side fender buckled. Since my insurance is Geico, this shop is a Geico Express location, in which you can have the Geico adjuster look at the car and quote an estimate, leave the car at that shop for the repairs, AND you can rent a car there too from Enterprise. Since this location was the closest to my job, I chose to go there only to get a estimate. While I was waiting on the adjuster to come out and look at my car, I decided to smoke a cigarette. The shop had pulled up a SUV (black) in which I over heard they pretty much repaired the entire passenger side of it. The SUV looked as if it was just driven out from the dealership. I was like okay, not bad . After the adjuster finished doing the walk through on my vehicle, I decided to chance it because of the convenience of being close to my job, the body shop being there, & car rental location. Well let me tell you, I am so glad I chanced it!!! When they called me that my car was ready, I was anxious and nervous. How does the car look?.... Did they do a good job?.... Does the paint job look good?.... . When they drove my car out to me I was AMAZED!!! My car also looked as if nothing happened to it. Again, I am @n@l with my car. I stared at it from afar, I got really close to it, I looked at it from an angle, then the other angle, pulled on the bumper, fender, headlight to make sure everything was on tight, I checked really good to make sure the fender, bumper, hood all were lined up evenly, I mean, I didn t find one thing wrong. I must point out that my car is a pearl white color. That color can be more challenging than the regular to get a perfect coat of paint (Google it). To top it off, they give a lifetime guarantee on their work. NOT MANY SHOPS DO THAT THESE DAYS!!!! I cannot stress this enough, THEIR WORK IS AMAZING!!!! I 1,000,000 times recommend them!!!! Thank you E J for an amazing job!!!

I recommend this place to nobody. My car get hit overnight parked and was taken to this shop. Not only did they return my car still unfixed they stole my tire locks and replaced them with used old one, stole my snow cleaner, and returned it dirty on empty when I know i had 3/4 of gas in taken. Worse shop I ever been too.

3500 dollars worth of work. Had my car 14 days. Still had to take it to another place for my car to get repaired. Cost an additional 615.00
