First off, I want to express extreme gratitude for the entire team at this Caliber Collision location. I was a victim of car theft by the notorious "KIA Boys" but thankfully they didn't completely total my vehicle and I was able to retrieve it. I was very lucky. Shout out to Samsung for their air tags.Secondly I want to specifically thank Torrance and Rolando for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. Torrance was very punctual and right in time with his perfect and precise communication through out the repairs of my car. Also I'm VERY happy with the body work that was done by Rolando and his team to make my baby look beautiful again.The best part of it was them supplying me with these new keys. My old key was very old didn't have buttons. I had to lock my car the old fashioned way with turning the key in the door. Because of these wonderful people, I will never lose my car in parking lot again and can ward off cold hearted marauders that try to mess with my car again with the panic button.Thank you thank you thank you!!!Also thank you to the wonderful light skinned woman with long braids who got me all checked in when I first came there. (I'm so sorry, her name escapes me but if she sees this, she know who I'm talking about. Y'all be good to her.)I hope I don't have to bring my car back there lolz but if I ever need any work done on my vehicle I know exactly where I'm bringing it. Thank you again everyone. Keep being amazing .

This is the Best Repair shop in the WORLD!!!! I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready the next day!!!! I never seen a repair shop work so fast!!! The customer service at this shop is amazing!!!! I want to give a special thank you to Tony and Rolando for getting my car back to me so fast!!!! Thanks again for the outstanding service!!!!

Someone hit the back of my car and it had to stay here for about 1/2 months. I enjoyed the experience especially working with Tony! He was the best! He had such good energy and amazing customer service. They took care of me and my vehicle. I really appreciate it and would recommend this place to everyone.

Superior customer service from the time I dropped off vehicle, to the point when vehicle was ready for pick-up. Caliber staff kept me informed about progress via text messages. That communication worked well. The repairs look great and were completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend the services of Caliber - Hyattsville!

Great, seamless experience from the initial call to getting my car back to me. Everyone one was nice & very professional. The supervisor, Al, was great with his frequent communication regarding the estimates on price & how long it would take to finish the job. The job was completed & no one would be the wiser to know what damage was incurred. I would patronize this business again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Snagged a deer in my Subaru Outback, breaking the headlight, bumper and fender. Caliber was great when dropping off the car, easy inspection, kept us updated throughout the process, and finished everything within 2 weeks. Super nice and efficient and really all around easy to work with. Headlight and bumper look great as well.

My experience was wonderful. My car was involved in a collision and I was referred to Caliber. While I was here I was helped by Tony Cotton. He was exceptional. Might I add The customer service is excellent. I d definitely go back if ever needed

Pros: very friendly and solid person at the front desk and the car repairs appear to be perfect.Cons: they cleaned the inside of the car in the front as well as the outside and in the process TOSSED OR STOLE my sunglasses and several dollars worth of change, as well as several receipts. I thought they took my gloves too but those had been haphazardly tossed in the back. When you're paying thousands out of pocket this is not what you expect. So if you use them expect a very nice repair but empty your car of anything you don't want to lose.

Took my Audi here after a minor damage to front left panel (scratches and a significant dent). Repair and paint was done quicker than expected and looks good as new. Communication of updates from the rep Tony were frequent enough that I never felt the need to call to check in.

I had to bring my car in to repair a cracked window and buckled window molding and panel dent from an attempted break-in of my Ford Bronco sport. I had to wait a few days for the appointment but drop off was so easy. I got updates regularly to me (and my insurance company) via text and my car was ready 4 days earlier than anticipated. Torrance was so helpful and friendly...I hope I don't need another repair but i would definitely be back here for future service.

We are very happy and extremely satisfied with the work, detail and the care that was put into getting our truck repaired and back to us within a timely fashion using the Auto Repair Xpress service. I was concerned about our signage on the side of the truck but the repair tech took the time to use a heat gum to remove and to store it safely until the repair was done and put it back on the door of the truck. Tony kept us informed as to the status of the repair on our truck. I would highly recommend and suggest if you have a repair Caliber Collision in Hyattsville is the best! This review is way overdue. When I first arrived, I didn't have a great first impression. Even though I was annoyed by the woman at the front desk that was dismissive because she couldn't find my information. I really can not blame them because my name and info was wrong in the system because of the insurance company that was fixing my car. I had to contact the insurance person and good thing I kept their information. But once that got resolved, everything went smooth. Great communication from Torrance Barnhardt. I was updated on every step. Also, Rolando the mechanic did a fantastic job. My car looked like a brand new car.

I really thought this auto repair shop was outstanding. Their communication was excellent, with proactive status reports via text throughout the process of my car's repair -- and a great app that allows you to check on the status of the work, and also about the insurance payments. My case manager Tony Cotton did a great job, and also stayed open late so I could pick up my car after hours! My car appeared to be very well repaired, and was spotless upon delivery. They even replaced my battery after it appeared that it had failed during the time my car was there. I definitely recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

The team did an excellent job from communication to repairs. I worked with Tony who detailed the next the step and car. Tony and Ro made the car look like it came off the show lot. True to his word, the car was made readily available the same day it was taken in. Much appreciation to Ro, Tony, and team.

Great great great experience. From the friendly front desk assistant(s) all the way to the body tech (Alex) who did an amazing job on my car repair. My associate (Torrance) was super helpful with updates and answering any questions I had. He took his time on making observations on my car to inform the tech on what needs to be done. I was updated throughout the whole process of my car s repair procedure. Overall great staff! Every single person.

This is the best collision shop I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in very unprecedented times. I was referred here by my insurance company for vehicle repairs after a car accident. The establishment was very clean and all of the staff were kind and friendly and turned what was a stressful scenario into a positive one. The C/S Representative Torrance Barnhardt was very thorough in explaining everything in its entirety to me about what would be done to my vehicle and kept me updated every 2 days on the status of my vehicle and my car was even done 4 days early! The technician Alex that worked on my vehicle did an outstanding job. My vehicle looks just as it did when I purchased it from the dealer, paint and all. I m beyond pleased, thank you for turning my rough new year around, I genuinely appreciate it.Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent! Torrance was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process from start to finish and answered all of my questions. I appreciated receiving text alerts of the progress that was being made on my vehicle, and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
