recycled parts at a high quality low cost. Very helpful and knowledgeable on inventory. Friendly environment. They are definitely a big help when funds or parts are are to find. Stop pass and check them out. Might save a few bucks.

Came here to get my tires changed due to a tire blowout. The whole staff was very helpful to getting me on the road and agreed to help me mount an aggressive tire on. They were very careful with my rims (Apex Arc-8's) and were able to get the tires on with no damage to the rim. In addition, they had a 335 in the same color as mine on the lot and I was able to purchase a Space Grey fender from them which matched my car perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and will be back for continued business.

They do such a great job. The young guy Chase up there is a hard working devoted mechanic. I ve been using their services for 4 years now and I ve never complained. They are a great choice for (USED) parts!

Love this place, so glad to find it! Affordable and tested used auto parts. The best part is that you don't have to pull the part yourself like at a junkyard, they pull it for you and even bring it out to your car while you wait. I called ahead and the part was ready and waiting for me 15 minutes later when I arrived. The man who helped me was very nice (I don't know his name unfortunately).

Let me just say this..... Beltway Used Auto Parts saved the day for me. After calling around to at least 5 other parts places, I was referred to you all for my window. This window was hard as hell to find but Beltway came through. Had the only one in Md. Hats off to you all.

Love this place! It was my first time here but I was looking for a new windshield for my girlfriends 2014 Toyota Sienna. I must have called 50 places all up & down Maryland & into Delaware & Pa. This was the cheapest place hands down & they knew a guy that would come directly here to put the windshield in for us. In all, $185 for a new windshield & another $100 to install it, I felt like I was taking money from them it was so cheap haha. Seriously though, I'm a dialysis patient so I can't really afford a lot while being on disability. This was something I could do & again, since it was 1 stop shopping so to speak it really helped us out immensely.This might have been the first time I got a part from here but I'm now a faithful customer so I'll return every single time I need a part in the future. Beltway used auto parts is where you need to start anytime you need parts so make sure you check their wide variety of auto parts! I'm sure you won't be disappointed in selection or price!

"Great spot"I called in advance for part needed and they assured me it would be available within a hour, I arrived to get great costomer service, my part as promised and all for a great price. I actually installed the part on my own....... Within one week the part failed, I admit I was upset but I called back and the guy Ivan told me to "just bring it back" I went back they replaced my part with no problem....... I been dealing with this place since then......if you live in DC or somewhere close stop past....

I came here on 7/24 to replace my battery. I had my two sons with me. I was told I could get the battery cheaper if I left the old one. I asked for help to get it out and was told we are not a repair shop so I then asked if I could borrow a tool to get it out? Where they replied we don t lend out tools . One clerk just ignored me all together while another proceeded to go back and forth about what they do and don t do! Very rude while I hold my 9month old in 90degree heat! Make sure if you go bring your own tools or be out of luck like me. Thank God for good samaritans.

No to bad of a drive from Arlington VA, when is not rush hour! Friendly service but super slow to get my part. It took me 40 minutes to get my used part. They surely can improve service by giving a more detailed update on the process.

Honestly a great place. I came here to look for a rim, and while they didn't have it available because it is somewhat niche, they order it and it came the very next day. Great place for the area. Little pricy though.

Was looking for rear knuckles for my bmw. Which are really hard to find locally. I contacted them and they were able to have my part ready same day. Great customer service and great employees. Special shout-out to chase for being the one to help me with my car needs. Definitely would recommend to others.

Great prices, great customer service, and great communication. Asked for a tpms module from an e92 and at the time, they did not have any in stock. Chase said he would let me know when some came in. Shortly after speaking with him, I got a message that the part was in. First time here and definitely not the last time. If you need used parts for a great price, this place is the place to go. They are also very proffessional!

I called to find out about the availability of some parts, but the person who sits and answers the calls is rude and not well-mannered. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Stay away!

I had a wonderful experience. I had 4 NEW tires balanced and mounted on my Land Rover Discovery. Chase was very helpful and informative. He was great! Very friendly staff. Recommended

I have called here many of times for parts, and it seems like they always have to order a route to get the parts that I need various different cars and their prices sometimes are extravagant. It seems to me like they are just a middleman with not much in stock.

This is got to be the most expensive junkyard ever. They prices sometimes are higher then new parts at AutoZone. There are a lot better junkyards with cheaper prices than this one.

So this place seem awesome at first glance but they do straight lie I came in Thursday to purchase a used rim and tire I m told it will be in next day here comes next week and I finally get a call for my wheel once I arrive I wait for the folks inside to finish talking and eating lunch to have them tell me they didn t know they were supposed to put the wheel back on the car and start throwing prices for things that were explicitly stated was a part of the service and purchase. Paying for service is no problem but don t try to mislead for a quick buck.

Today was my first time coming to this location. As a woman I always get scammed overpriced by different mechanics. The customer service at Beltway used auto parts is amazing, honest, nice, very professional and they did not overprice their service and they referred me to a great mechanic that will not scam me being a woman. I am so grateful I found this place. They have amazing prices. I encourage anyone that needs Parts, used or new tires to go to this location. I truly encourage women to go here. Ask for Chase

Second Time Having A Horrible Experience Buying Garbage From This Place. This Time They Sold A Module That Clearly Has Water Damage, When Tape Was Removed and Once I Called Them About It A Few Minutes After, They Said Sold As Is No Warranty. Tim The Manager Was Not Even Willing To Help Find Another One Because They Most Likely Knew Selling This Was No Good. It's Crazy How A Place Like This Could Continue To Stay Open. Definitely Never Wasting My Time and Money Here Ever Again.

Horrible customer service! Stay away from this place ! if I could leave 0 stars i would . I purchased a transmission from them 1400$ less then 30 days still under warranty and the transmission is dysfunctional! The only way they cover your warranty is your receipt given ,In which I ve searched high and low. it s absolutely other ways to warranty and find my transaction inside of their system, yet I was told by 4 different reps that they wouldn t do anything to accommodate my loss!

I drove over 100 miles out of my way to buy an alternator that was bad! Paid the mechanic two different times to put it on and take it back off and they refused to give me a full refund, only store credit! The man that I spoke to said he was the manager he was the most arrogant unprofessional ****. He definitely shouldn t be dealing with customers! Don t waste your time or money ! This company should take into consideration how hard of time small businesses are going through! Don t support a company like this!!

I called to see if they had an amp for my car, spoke to a gentleman twice asked them to pull the part I was on my way to pick it up. Get there they charge my card then go pull the part. Turns out the part they claimed they had wasn't there. About an hour of my time wasted.

I m giving the Beltway Three stars. I was referred to them through another tire company because I had a flat. I called before coming and was told that the tire would be 40 without putting it on and 13 dollars to put it on. I reluctantly agreed because I had already gone to three different places which didn t have the size I needed. When I get there one of the cashiers charged me an additional $5.00 . I ended up paying $61.00 which to me was pushing it .. So basically I paid $45 for the used tire, $13 to put it on and they taxed me $2.50 for the service. I ve been places where the tire was $45 for service included. I could ve went to Walmart and paid an additional $20.00 for a brand new tire with Warranty. I feel overcharged for the price of a used tire. I won t be back.

Great guys. Went in with my boys wanting to find a few pieces they could disassemble to learn more about machines/cars. Guys at shop were super helpful and very generous. Will be heading back.

I don t write too many reviews but I will make an exception for Beltway Used Auto Parts. The owner is a wonderful person that goes out of his way to make sure I get my correct parts. In my business, parts are needed fast and in good working condition. Tim is great. I call him The Godfather of Used Parts . Because he makes sure that I get the parts on time and at a great price. Keep up the great work.

Went there a couple of times and I can say every time that I went it was nothing but professionalism. I ve never had a problem and my wait wasn t long. They get right on any problem that you might have or part that you might need. Prices are reasonable.
