The brand reports being able to tell you what error codes your car is giving.I stood there, ignored, until I walked up and stood directly in front of a guy who was just talking. Oh, it s broken I guess the auto repair place can t even have a functioning car repair device.Disappointing.

I m not sure when was the last time the district manager visit this store. How are you going to continue to serve the customer completely if replacing your battery tester is not a priority to Auto Zone. Thanks to one young male employee for assisting me with other needs.

My experience at the AutoZone on Queens Chapel Road in Hyattsville, Maryland, was disappointing. Despite ordering parts and expecting notifications, I was left waiting for a week without notice. Attempts to contact them were met with unprofessional behavior, like hang-ups and no responses. Sadly, others faced similar issues. This store's lack of accountability and customer service is disheartening. As a loyal customer, I anticipated better. This experience shattered my expectations. I advise avoiding the AutoZone on Queens Chapel Road due to subpar service and unresponsiveness. I hope sharing my negative encounter prompts the store to improve and prioritize customers.

The lady in the auto parts cashier area gavegreat customer service to all the customers.I came in for windshield wipers. Not only was she very knowledgeable about the products, she had another lady employeeinstall the windshield wipers for me. I was very happy. The lady in the auto parts department is kind, patient and demonstrates great customer service. I appreciate this because I retired froma customer service advocate position from a large company and in these time great service is so hard to find. A lot of people just want to get paid and lack in skills and are rude and have a don t care attitude. The lady s this location are real customerservice advocates.

Mark was very helpful and friendly! We ran into some difficulties with the register, but he remained calm and kept a smile. Thanks keep that spirit Mark, we need more young people like you. And manager Ms Denny was nothing short of pleasant far from Payne

This is one of the better locations. They re helpful and better customer service skills than the other locations. Before you go out there download the app and make sure that they have the part for your vehicle. It s not their fault you re not doing your due diligence to check inventory. They don t always have everything I need but they re always willing to work with me to get it. I still go to other AutoZone locations when I need things right away and they have it in stock.

Generally, a pretty decent store most of the time. Can be very friendly and is usually well stocked. They will look up parts at other stores if not in stock. We use this store when in the area. We like it.

Had a great experience today! Very friendly service and while checking out the Manager told me about a special going on that saved me $10 and then he installed my new windshield wiper blades free of charge. Friendly and helpful! Will definitely go back

Had to get my battery replaced after jumping it over 5 times in 3 days - called and the gentlemen here got me together in less than an hour! Grateful for a quick solution and pleasant experience!

I came with my dodge car to change my battery and was glad because I had a great customer service by the associate Andre C. I hope I got the name right. Best service. I used to go to the one closest to me at university and they never had good customer service, always had a don't care attitude but I am so glad I came here . Thanks again

I witness a theft occurring during my visit. I was astonish and shocked to see store employees put themselves in harm's way in an attempt to stop or catch the thief. He got away. The cameras should show the details. Very dangerous for staff to protect products with their lives. But, good staff presence of mid and alertness.

First I want to say the staff was warm and welcoming not to mention very professional. I chose the battery from the database it was in stock, the staff personnel grab the battery installed it and did the exchange with my old battery I was in and I was out beautiful!

I went to autozone to get a new battery for my car today. Alex C and the other young guy (didn t catch his name) that was helping me could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hate doing car maintenance but they made the whole experience of purchasing and installing a new battery almost pleasant. I will definitely be back!

I waited in line while one employee carried on a personal conversation about a mutual acquaintance with an "INTRESTED" dude, while the other employee (2 latinas in total) listened in. This was over 5 mins. and even when the eavesdropper finally asked if I needed help, she told me what I needed and continued to listen in on her coworker instead of helping me further...I got frustrated and went to Walmart and gave them my business.

The store is so organized. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and kind. And their spacious parking in the back of the store. I found everything I wanted for my car. This place is fantastic.

I went to this location to buy some parts and had the most unprofessional experience ever. I got there at 7:45 am the doors was lock. A young lady who claimed she was the manager was at the door cleaning the glass. She refused to open the door for me saying she was the only one in the store. I'm confused if you are a store that on the website and on the store doors says you open at a certain time then that is the time you should open. It is not the customers fault or problem if there is only one worker. Especially a manager whose job is to take one for the team. Who turns customers away because as she said she is afraid to get robbed. There are millions of people who would love a manager's position. Yet she let money leave the business because I had to go to another store in order to get my car fixed by a certain time. She needs to be fired!Thank YouNicarda J Mattheson

I went to Autozone today to replace a bad battery. The store manager, Alex, waited on me. He was fantastic! He came right out with me and tested my old battery. Since I had bought the battery from the same Autozone 2 years ago, Alex said don't worry I will replace it right now and for free. I was in-and-out of that place within 20 minutes with a brand new battery at no charge. That's what I call great customer service!

Very good personnel in store. I am handicapped and the Manager Luis assisted me with all of my purchases and even helped with showing me how to put fluids in my car. This Auto Zone will be my store from now on. Thank you Guys.

I want to pay compliments to the associate Michael for helping me purchasing gas cans and straps the other day and going as far to help me install them. Since me and my family are going back to Louisiana and didn't want the gas fumes choking Us in the car.

I had needed a battery to my Volkswagon Jetta 2.5SL. It had been along time since (2012) was the last time I had needed a battery. I live 15 mins away from this location in Hyvattsville MD. Before turning on New Hampshire my car turned off at the light and started right back up. My fianc�e had follow me to AutoZone just in case. He had give me a jump already. Volkswagon cars are good on maintenance except when I my light come on and I go to my glove compartment and turn light off. The guy was so kind and very nice when he put my battery in it took no time at all for him to replace my battery. Turn in old battery you get $22 off your bill. Had to pay $200 but oh well. Keep up great JOB!.

I Shopped at Auto Zone in Hyattsville, Md. I needed a lugg wrench. They had the dimensions I needed. I went on line first and knew they would have it. The employee let me go outside to make sure it would fit before I purchased it! Great way to do business.

Well I have been buying auto parts from this place since I have been moved to the area. The one thing I was asking for the staff in return was to allowing me to recycle my oil waste after I changed oil for my car. Guess what? After I bought the oil here and brought the oil waste back, every times they would said the tank is full. So please explain to me why am I buying oil from you and had to go somewhere else to recycle them. Well I guess you don t need my money, so I will go somewhere else.

They tried to help and that's what I like about them. Unlike what 'Iced Tea' says; When your 'Check Engine' light comes on your screwed. .. Not so. If it comes on Go to Autozone first and ask them to put it in their computer. Its been a big help for me hopefully you too.

I wish to make you aware of the excellent service provided by Mr. Milvio Castillo when I visited your store at 5422 Queens Chapel Road in Hyattsville Maryland on July 30, 2017.He is one of the most polite and courteous young men I have ever met. And, besides being bilingual which is an asset in any customer service environment, he also seems to know the job and the products in the store like the back of his hand. He went above and beyond to assist me that day and I really appreciate it. Auto Zone is extremely fortunate to have him as an employee and should consider him as a model for future hires.
