AutoZone's customer service is abysmal. I've spent a small fortune with them because I work on cars, and they even deliver parts for me. However, their recent behavior is inexcusable. I was put on hold for an eternity, only to be hung up on! It's clear they have no respect for loyal customers. Save yourself the headache and go to Parts Authority instead. They actually value their customers.

The employee Melissa was very good. She reviewed my options for a battery with me, and patiently dealt with a mal functioning register,.She then installed the battery for us

There is no employee who is happy to serve the customer, especially the women are very rude. I am a long time customer. They love gossiping with each other more than handling customers.Worst place

Manuel Alvarez was so helpful and really went above and beyond to help me with my battery and my wipers. He was so professional and really gave the best customer service. You are lucky to have him at your store.

A lady name maryam sold me a part knowing is was a used brokering part my intuition told me to check the box and I did and found out they were hoping I ll take it home and if I return after a longer time they would have not returned it what the employees do is they work with illegal mechanics outside they return the old stuff back to auto zone with the box and cover. split the money and sale the part to someone emigrant and poor people that don t have enough knowledge if you ever bay a part from this store and end up not working you was scammed

had a horrible experience at this location there was an employee black lady see had a African accent she was literary kicking everybody out by 9:30 but this autozone close at 10 she was telling everyone that she been there all day an she was tired so when she try kicking me out i told her is 9:45 and she kept on telling me she had to clean the place up to get out i told her i don't care an i stayed but i felt like she was staking to get out the store very uncomfortable feeling. this lady have no right to close early because she's tired you lazy

One of the associate (didn t got his name) was very rude and unprofessional claiming he has been watching me and making a scene as if I am there to steal while I was looking for the break lights at the shelf and in reality at the same moment I requested for break light to my car after providing the make and model of my car and was given the wrong break light twice within the same time I was in store. He even played as if he is tough and recommended I should go after him lol. What s even interesting is right after he done disrespecting me he went after the next lady that requested for the manager and claim she shouldn t show him attitude. I recommend sending this specific employee to some training or lawsuit will be inevitable for profiling.

Customer service personnel could do better, I was not acknowledged while waiting long that someone would be with me soon. The young men that were working the counters and parts were professional but on the slow side. The lady manager/clerk had an attitude with everyone, you could feel, hear and see the negativity in body language and tone.Appearance: Off East West Highway & Riggs Road, be aware: the construction of roads on this section of town is deplorable. RAGGED!!! Thanks be to the Langley Park association that is providing extremely slow service to the community.The store, however, was well positioned and clean, good amount of parking spaces. Plenty items duly stocked.They had an item I needed in stock [16in hubcaps]. Prices are comparable with other parts stores in area. Dollar tree and a Hispanic grocery store in shopping strip, other eclectic stores in area.Overall experience: the lady manager/clerk who finally acknowledged me and said that the diagnostics tool was broken which measures codes on vehicles. I dont know if I felt that was the truth, it seemed like she just didn't want to check my car. Very cool exchange. I went across the street to Pep Boys were the customer service was a bit better, but the wait was longer to check my car.I decided not to buy the hubcaps at AutoZone. And, I will not be visiting this location again.

I was stranded and needed a battery installed and this autozone location would not help me. They hung up on me when I asked for help. I would definitely not recommend this store.

Very bad experience, the manager laughed at me in front of everyone just because I wasn t pronouncing the name of the piece correctly.Last time I went there, I needed a check engine and was in line where you make the payment and when I got there, again the manager was there and he told me that I had to be in the next line, so I stood in the other line, a long line had to wait about 20 minutes in lane and when the guy attended me told me that he can t go out to check my vehicle because the had a long line to attend, I don t understand why the waste your time like that, and who your going to talk to about it, the manager was part of it, very disappointing.

George was very rude and unprofessional. Let him know we d be arriving just a minute before closing and if he could pull the product we needed to the front for a faster check out. He said no no no, the door locks at 10 I can t help you after that I even offered to pay over the phone to make it a speedier process and he continued with his rude no no nos Even though we could have made it in time I made a U turn so quick and went to the nearest Walmart instead. I didn t even want to walk in with that type of energy. Please don t support this poor customer service

This was my first time at this location,I came in to look for some hubcaps Saturday morning, store was well-stocked and clean and customer service was excellent I wish I would have gotten the two young ladies name they were so nice to me and the customers keep up the good work

Generally, great, relative quick service provided at this location. How some people say "... made me upset the way they treated me." voids the fact that that store is almost ALWAYS BUSY so I and others rather appreciate the apparent "bureaucracy" or order in place that helps things flowing. Considering that this location has more staff then most places, maybe because of its location and high volume of customers from the many times I've been to this location, I am satisfied at the level of attention I receive and observe from the staff whenever I come in to buy parts or whatever from the shelves. While the experience of each person is different, along with their emotional reaction to apparent "old time latino country" atmosphere, the large amount of positive reviews and tale of my own positive experiences at this location compared to other AutoZone's nearby that don't even have the same high volume of customers made me want to write this review. I still go to this store, even during the COVID pandemic because of the quality of service I receive at this store.P.S. kudos to the relative young staff at this location they either are really into cars or have been trained relatively well by management! The way they help some customers identify pieces that are not common or rarely bought and able to name the said pieces in both english and spanish really interests me. Again GREAT STAFF at this location, and MOST reviews seem to gear towards the same opinion.

Always buys my battery from this location. Today I had issue with my battery that was still on warranty. The staff was so helpful and made never want to elsewhere. They of course swapped my battery with a new one as the policy states they ought to.Thanks for the exceptional service.

The gentleman with the dreds (working 3/6 around 7:30 pm) truly hates his job. He rolled his eyes so many times I m surprised he wasn t dizzy. He was so unhelpful we felt uncomfortable and left the store without buying anything.Management should think about how much business this employee is losing their store and consider hiring people who are, at the very least, 1% helpful.

For many people this might feel like a plus, most employees are latinos, but for me that I am latino, it made me upset the way they treated me. I felt I traveled in time and went back to those places in latinos countries were bureaucracy was first. One person couldn t help me because that computer was only for paying and not ordering parts. I was waiting in line but they took care of another customer just because they knew him, it didn t matter that some of us were waiting. Lastly, when someone finally was taking care of me, the phone rang and stopped doing what I had asked for and started searching for something in the computer for someone on the phone. I pointed out that it was offensive to me that they were taking care of a phone call and not me that I was in-person... their response was that it was the company s policy to ignore the in-person shopper and take care of the phone . like I said old time Latino country.

The worst customer service for the lady named JENNY... She needs a lot of training with regards to giving services to your customers. As far as I know, customers have the right to ask questions about the product being bought from your store. If you can t answer our queries, then, be honest about it. This JENNY, has little to no knowledge about what I needed to know. That s why she answered rudely to hide her ignorance. She is no good for the store because her customer service is awful!

Place has two line system one to purchase and another for parts. No staff member not even the manager makes effort to let consumers know. Not even a sign. You could literally stand in line three times if your not aware of this horrible purchasing system. Resulting in an inefficient customer purchasing experience. Staff can care less if there is any order in the line structure with people creating lines of their own.

The four stars is earned by employee Myriam Ceballos that for many years since I have been using the store has been an outstanding employee with excellent manners and always with a welcome smile reason why I come back to the store to shop again. Please give her a reward as an appreciation for her outstanding job and loyalty to Auto Zone.

Seriously disappointed with this storeCall in to find out value of an item and am instantly told hold ma am I have customers waiting Are they so short staff they can neglect customers on the phone as well?And to be so dismissive. I didn t get off hold for 6 minutes.Comes back to ask and then repeats earlier statement.You can see why people take business to competitor

I used to go to this place and staff would be very helpful. However I have been so displeased with this place the last two times I probably won't be coming back. For one they can't have a simple book for bulbs to look up your vehicle, nor for wipers. Second, they suggested that I had a certain issue with my car and they were not even close, that made me get a second opinion. Third, they are so overwhelming busy plan to stay for 15+ minutes in line. I'll continue to go to another AutoZone or an advance Auto parts down the road.

Friendly staff that has my online order ready when I got to the store. I was able to get in and out quickly so I could get on with my alternator replacement.

I was driving to work the other day and I lost both of my windshield wipers while on 495. I was towed to a different store but they were not open yet or willing to help me. I drove over to this Autozone and I am glad that I did. All of the associates that opened on 12/1/15, were amazing. There was some difficulty in placing on the windshield wipers that I needed but they figured it out. They were able to help me get on my way to work without having to be towed to a dealership. They took the time to try different products on my car in the pouring rain. For someone who drives an hour and a half one way to work and who got stranded, I really appreciate their great customer service. They truly went above and beyond that cold, rainy morning.
