I read that someone used the chat to request a quote and I did the same. The response was in a quickly manner and the service given was also great. The price was unbeatable. Totally recommended.

I called on Saturday to get a quote for glass. They said 270. I told them I would come on Tuesday because of the holiday and they were closing early. I called Tuesday to make my appointment and all of a sudden the price climbed up to 320?!. I told the lady that s not what they quoted me and she started yelling and getting very aggressive and angry with me saying I don t know who told you that this is the price that s all I could do. Do you want it done or not. i m not sure if they are over quoting some people so that they could pocket some of the money but it s fishy and I wouldn t recommend going here.

Nothing less than an EXTRAORDINARY service. Got in touch with them in the morning of July 3rd, they were able to send someone to my place to fix my absolutely shattered windshield (which gave me a glass shower every time I tried to move the car) right before 3:00 PM and got everything set an hour later.Superb job, knowledgeable technician and I will go visit them the next Tuesday to get my rear door window's regulator fixed (and maybe get them all tinted, why not?). I'll be forever thankful for Mr. Boja, Mr. Reza, and all the Auto Glass Outlet crew.Outstanding!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Best autoglass company in the DMV. They helped me get my very hard to find Maserati window replaced ASAP. They are amazing with their customer service I came in on a Saturday literally 15min after they closed, they located my glass with the dealer, prepaid it and offered to install first thing on Monday, considering my urgency they got me connected with another shop close by who did the work on Sunday. Amazing customer service to say the least!!!!

The first front windshield they installed was low quality with obvious distortion, nauseating while driving. I don't blame the installers from not noticing, but it was glaringly obvious from inside the car. I'll give them one star for coming back to look at it and replacing it within a week or two.The second windshield was fine, but the rubber strip at the top was partially ripped off while going through the car wash two weeks after installation causing a leak on that side. However, I was told by a different company that the leak was from not enough urethane used during installation, essentially improper installation. The strip coming off a little shouldn't have mattered.I paid for the installation on site, but they said that I had to go to their location for warrantee work. This is for a minivan and I have 4 kids to drop off and pick up daily, so logistically this wasn't ideal. Reza, the manager, offered to have them come back and fix it, but after weeks and weeks of calls and broken promises, no one has come back and I have given up on them. Now, I have to call another company to come and reinstall it.I usually 4 star a company even when things go wrong as long as they make it right, but this company has wasted so much of my time.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation

We were visiting Hyattsville in the midst of her lung cancer treatments in Ohio so she could see our new grandchild. Windshield cracked on the way to Maryland. We had it replaced at Auto Glass Warehouse. The tape they used peeled away paint on the railings on both sides of the windshield. We have pictures, received estimates for repair, spoke with the manager Ehsan Sard, sent emails, and have now called 8 times to try to find a resolution with no result yet. So, poor repair, and terrible customer service or responsiveness. We have been patiently trying to resolve this for more than 2 weeks remotely and finally today decided to let the Better Business Know, our insurance company State Farm, and now other consumers. Very frustrating to be treated in this way. Ironically, we picked them as a local company not nat'l chain, and with a good rating. And now regret it.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Tried to use Scamlite, they were booked for 7 days and wanted $400. Excellent experience here! They were quick with repairing a small crack I had in my windshield. It only took about 20 minutes from arrival to departure. Plus, it was only $65. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. All in all, an excellent experience.

They did a wonderful job replacing my rear windshield! The price was way cheaper than everywhere else and the process could not have been easier. I called, got my quote, was able to get a next-day appointment, and the the whole thing took about 30 minutes when the installers came out.. The installers were punctual, professional, and friendly. I am so happy that I called Auto Glass Outlet and will go to them for any glass repair needs in the future. Highly recommend this company!!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Sunday morning my windshield cracked. 9 am Monday I went to their website and found a chat option. Got a better quote than the glass company that has all the commercials. Was told to come in today before 4 pm. Once I arrived my windshield was done in under an hour. For 1/3 less than everyone else. Fast service, best price. I had cracked windshield on my Semi truck. Called several locations and went to safelite. They couldn t repair it offer me a replacement for $1,000 with tax and wait 5 days. Called Auto glass outlet and they had my windshield in stock! Quote was $495! I came 40 after a called and they finished it in an hour! WOWThank you guys!!!

Called in at about 10 AM, gave my vehicle details and they said they could replace my windshield same day. Sure enough I arrived about 145 PM and by 230 PM had a brand new windshield-for half the price I was quoted by other companies.Super personable people to work with, and Branch was polite and friendly throughout the entire process. Will definitely be recommending this place to others!

They were excellent! My car was broken into Tuesday afternoon and I got a call from the police. I was searching around for s place and found them. I wish I knew the hours were earlier than published on Google. I suggested an edit because they open as early as 7:30 am. The staff was friendly and very professional. I was out in less than 1 hour and they even cleaned out the excess glass out of my vehicle that the vacuum from the gas station couldn't get. Don't believe the bad reviews because this is by far the best price and service. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Well my experience was not bad , made an appointment for Friday but they gave me a call let me aware they were backed up and would come the next morning first thing if ok with me. And it was they were quick and helpful once they arrived no issues through email contact very helpful . And unbeatable price !

I used this company a year ago and was satisfied. When I tried to utilize them again for a vandalism rear windshield I was told I can set an appointment for someone to come out at 1. I said I'll call back to call my bank. When I called back I was told that person was gone and got hung up on when I questioned him about what I was told.I immediately call back and ask is that how you treat your customers and he said I don't want your business and hung up again... Scheduled to have windshield replaced two weeks in advanced. No phone call after not showing. I texted and they stated they couldn t come due to a technician having an issue. If you are even thinking about using this company, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!Updated - to their reply? I have text messages to prove that they scheduled for Saturday 1/22 as I stated the vehicle wasn t available on Friday. See screenshot. As you can tell, they are horrible at customer service. Came in for a leaky windshield repair. I called several other shops before them, but no one would touch it, saying they would only replace the glass. Finally, another glass company recommend these guys. Well, they fixed it in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. So far so good!

If you are looking for something that is highly cost efficient, I 10/10 reccomend. It is a little sketchy as far as the payment goes. So be prepared to go to the location with cash or card just to avoid giving out your security code over the phone. Never that. But all in all the mobile service was free and they popped my windshield on in 30 minutes or less so im hella satisfied.
