This could have easily been a 3 star review, but Alison went so far out of her way to make a stressful situation end on a positive note. I won't go into great detail, but there have been back-to-back over bookings stemming from Mazda's remodel and all of their service being funnelled through Nissan's service department. I was visibly annoyed, but Alison, unprovokingly went above and beyond to make the best out of this difficult situation with everything she could possibly do in this situation. She surely didn't have to go as far as she did, but I commend her for actually being customer focused. Thank you again Alison and we, as you, hope that those in charge of scheduling can improve upon their efforts to prevent future mishaps. We also appreciate the offered suggestions that we can do in hopes of avoiding the unfortunate likelyhood of this happening again. Thank you once again Alison for consistently being sincere and the best possible front woman for Nissan Service!

This is Claire Batters she has been working in the service bay at Preston Nissan for a while now. I found her to be very helpful and interested in seeing the customer is taken good care of.

Contact service is terrible - tried to contact the service department regarding a question related to warranty. Listened to aggravating music, and promotion messages for over thirty minutes, finally got transferred to Service Dept. and a recording said to "Please Leave a Message!!"
