The young man that attended the counter was very knowledgeable, empathetic and personable. My car needs some future work. This team member explained this clearly with estimated expenses as well as being understanding of how this news might affect someone on a fixed income. This makes me feel good about bringing my business to Preston Nissan.

Bought a car from Queen Kay and she was absolutely wonderful! We stopped in late one evening and talked about a specific vehicle, that we did not end up buying. Came back the next day and with her help, ended up finding the perfect fit. She was fun and kind, but most importantly, she was super patient, knowledgeable and skilled at her job. We felt like we could trust her and did not feel like she was trying to get one over on us at all. Highly, highly recommend her!!

The entire staff was so helpful, truly an amazing team. Even the different buildings for various manufacturers all work together and support each other. Brittany was fantastic and so sweet, the GM worked with me, not only with my credit in the rebuilding stage, but also did everything he could to still get me the specific vehicle I wanted within my chosen budget. Never felt pressured, nobody tried to upsell me and they were all very kind and attentive. Even in the finance stage, the agent was so friendly, thorough, and had real conversations with me. So relatable and comfortable. I have never had such a pleasant experience, and I will probably only use Preston from now on. Love their lifetime engine guarantee for as long as I own the car, I got a cute little Preston frog stuffy for choosing them. Even staff that weren't part of my transaction would come and check in on me and ask if I needed anything like food or drinks. Phenomenal. This was like a unicorn dealership and it really helped me get over some past traumas I've had from other places over the years. Thank you all so much!!!

JD the salesman was great! He did not pressure me but instead answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He was well spoken and very patient with me during the process. The finance man was also very helpful in getting me financed with zero down and zero trade especially just coming off of a bankruptcy. He explained in detail all the warranty and payment options, etc. I was very impressed with how JD at Preston was able to zero in on what vehicle I needed even though it was not what I went there looking for. He was attentive and listened to me when I told him my desire for a particular color and other needs. I would highly recommend JD and Preston to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

We were in and out of the sales area very quickly. No haggle on my trade value. The Financial department was wonderful.We have never had a car company not try and sell us extras or things we did not want. The payment was exact amount that was quoted. The total purchase was not over one hour. After getting home we found the next day the suv had some scratches on the back tail area. They are setting up a appointment to fix it. Very pleasant experience.

Even tho I had to wait a little while the people were very nice and helpful to all my questions I had. They even gave me a better deal but I stuck to the car I wanted. (Queen Kay) was awesome and very understanding

From the time I was in contact with Noah, he was readily available to me and answered all my questions from the onset until the final transaction was completed.... in a timely manner! His professionalism was exceptional!I enjoy the entire experience I had with him from day 1! Noah has made the transaction seem seamless and less stressful than most sales representatives I've dealt with in the past (at other car dealerships).As I told Noah this morning, I have previously purchased a Nissan NV 200 from Preston Nissan in 2018. I highly recommend John Labelle! He made my car buying process so easy. He was not your typical car salesman. John was super nice, honest, gave his opinion when asked and was not pushy. I drove home in my new car and couldn't be happier! My husband and I will definitely be back for out next vehicle.

Just purchased a 2023 Nissan Rouge on 12/15/23. I started looking in September when I stopped in as I was going by. A very nice salesman, Nick Farrow came out to great me. I let him know I wasn t ready yet but was looking. He was very kind, courteous and helpful but most importantly not at all pushy. We stayed in touch via text and I went back another time and test drove 3 different vehicles. Nick took his time familiarizing me with each model I drove. And again I did not feel at all pressured. I let him know that at my sons insistence I was trying out other vehicles at another dealership. When I was ready I sent him a text letting him know I was ready, what I could afford and gave him other parameters. Within minutes he came back with information I needed. Even though I had already decided I wanted to give Nick my business I did the same with the other dealership and they were not willing to do the same. I stopped in at the other dealership and immediately felt pressured. I knew I definitely wanted to purchase from Nick, I felt he was very open and honest and I must say he is the only car salesman I have ever dealt with that I fully trusted.My buying experience was great. Andrew Risher helped with the pricing and monthly payment part and he as well was very easy to work with.I am now and will always be a customer of Preston Automotive and will recommend to others. Experience definitely a 10 out of 10!!!

My lease was up on my Nissan Rogue, and it was time to lease another vehicle. I got in touch with Mike Alexis who put me in contact with Steve at Preston Nissan. My whole process was handled over text messages, phone calls and emails. Easiest process I have ever encountered. My work schedule made it difficult to make it to the dealership, so they brought my new Rogue to me at work and took my old Rogue with them. Preston Nissan is by far the best dealership to deal with in the area, if you need a vehicle they should be your first stop.

Buying my second nissan from Preston has been very disappointing. I have tried contacting the owner the manager and ANDREW RISHER not 1 return call. Andrew close the deal by throwing in gap coverage and in a switch and bait he charged me 1500 for it. I was promised a free oil change now the sales person says after I fill out a survey that would be emailed to me.. never received it. From now on I will drive a little further to find a dealer that won't rip me off the way Andrew did! Beware of who you are dealing with!!

From start to finish Preston Nissan provided the best buying experience possible. Noah showed us every car we could ask for in our price range, bought the vehicle and a few days later had a few concerns and wanted to get something different. Not only did they get us out of the vehicle but they saw to it we could test drive any car we wanted until we finally landed on the right one. Major shout out the the entire team.
