this is the second time I have bought a new car from Preston, both times I have had Greg Rohman as my sales person and he is always spectacular and on point. both times it has been painless and no wasted time just sitting at the dealership waiting. I knew what I wanted, we started the process over the phone, I arrived the next day at 130 pm and left by 315pm in my new car. outstanding service from Greg and the folks at Preston Hyundai.

In July 2021 i bought a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi from the preston autoplex(Preston Mazda), the truck had about 125k miles on it, i paid $30,000 for this truck, November 2021 the truck blows the motor due to MDS issues, March 2021 i get it back (Runs horrible, never got a loaner vehicle) i drove the truck for a couple months AFTER getting the misfire they left fixed by a shop and finding they left two plugs one being on the back of my motor unplugged, in october 2022 the motor preston put it lost compression on cylinder 8, two different shops both told me it was the fault of the block (Used motor) preston put in. it s been over a year and im still paying for a truck that doesn t drive, i haven t seen the truck in months, and it s taken my credit score down every month.I ve reached out to preston at least 5-10 times, each time being told i d be called back or contacted, or something could be worked out, i spent weeks, to months waiting and calling getting no where being told deals could be made just to drive there and be told everything on the phone i was told means nothing. I even was told they would take no responsibility for the motor they installed even with proof the motor they put in was NOT put in correctly and was proven to have had a crack in the block long before i got itmiles as of 2023 was 148k less than 25k miles was drive on two separate motors, synthetic oil changes done on time everytime.

Terrible management, service and illegally conducts business!!!!!! They sold me a truck with no mufflers. It somehow passed inspection when they ran it through at the time they sold it to me (2 years ago), yet it failed this July due to having no mufflers. The law states it is illegal to sale a vehicle to a consumer without mufflers. Being a single woman with no knowledge of the mechanics of vehicles, I would not have known as I trusted this dealership! They not only illegally sold me this truck but also lied about repairs previously to this incident. I even traded in a paid off (newer) vehicle I had purchased from them to buy this truck as I started a non profit rescue for farm animals (needing a truck). I have had no response from the CEO and told by the current manager it is not their responsibility as he wasn t the manger at that time. BUT, the former owner of this truck was an employee on site at the facility the day I bought the truck as was his dad who was one of the mangers. So, they could easily verify the former owner altered this truck! I have provided every place that has done typical wear and tear repairs on this truck. They are calling me a liar and getting away with conducting illegal business!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

My salesperson Jacob and his team did an amazing job of answering all my questions and getting me the perfect truck. I live 4 hours away in New Jersey and they delivered the vehicle free of charge very next day!!! This dealership plays no games. Probably only spend 15 minutes of my time getting approved and signing all paperwork over the phone. They even gave me top dollar for my trading. Definitely recommend them

We weren't planning on buying a new car until we fixed our credit. But life happens & husband's car broke down. Darcy Cooper our sales consultant was caring, determined, & personable. He involved his Sales manager in Mazda dept to assist us cause we had nothing to offer. I did not catch his name but he also was patient & determined. Then they even worked harder & involved Keith Bigger another Sales Manager. They all worked as a team to get us were we needed & into a reliable vehicle due to them knowing my husband had to drive from Denton Md to Washington Dc. To work everyday. Went to Hertritch in Easton earlier & did not get same warm feeling. They stated they can't do better on payment & that's just the way it is. We couldn't afford that & only dealt with our sales consultant & his manager at Hertrich, so they just let us leave. The manager never even left his desk to say anything to us. So we went to Preston & left with a 2017 Nissan Sentra with heated seats, back up camera, navigation, Gap insurance, Wi-Fi and a payment $70 less a month than Hertritch offered. Here are pics below.

Sam was friendly and attentive and we worked everything over the phone and email, 2 days later I picked the car up. F and I was very friendly not pushy at all this was the smoothest transaction I have ever had. Great operation and super staff.

Parrish and Junior went above and beyond to get a smoke smell out of a newly purchased car. The car was in better condition (interior and exterior) than when it was freshly detailed in DE at the time of purchase. Thank you, gentlemen, for having an amazing work ethic even when you won t ever meet the customer.

I would describe my experience as realizing that, I had a kid with the wrong person.I m the beginning, when I purchased my vehicle everything was good. However, things quickly went downhill a few years later when I had to return to have my car serviced due to a recall with the engine. I felt like at my most vulnerable moment Diana the manager of the Hyundai Service Dept. took advantage of me. They had my car for an entire month. I had to constantly call to get updates on my vehicle as no one was reaching out to me. I ve kept a ledger of all the excuses I received on why my car was still in the shop. After the first two weeks I was informed the hold up was that Diana, who I had spoken with several times and she informed me that she was in charge of handling my claim; never signed the paperwork to submit for the recall. When I finally get my car back, I noticed my car shook a little bit and sounded like I was driving on a rumble strip. I made someone aware, but nothing ever came of it so, I just took it that this must be due to the new engine being placed in the car. After driving on it for a bit and noticing there were no changes to the shaking and sounds of me driving on rumble strips I went to another auto shop to have them take a look to see what was going on. Lo and behold I was informed when they replaced the engine in my car a piece got damaged. I immediately contacted Diana & to no surprise, I ve never heard anything back. So, I filed a claim with Hyundai & I m currently in the process of pursuing legal action to have the matter addressed.In closing, I recommend everyone to do their research before purchasing a vehicle. They will promise you the world in the beginning, but once that ink drys you will see quickly who you're dealing with.

My experience was very good. Arriving, Preston Ford pulled my appointment up, took my keys and expressed we'll take care of it. Approximately 30 minutes I was informed the car was done. Oil change and inspection was timely. Awesome service. Thanks

More is the best car sales man I ever met. He has a heart of gold; understanding and will not con you like most sales people do. Everyone at the dealership were so kind. Treated me like family I came all the way from Cincinnati Ohio to buy my car that tells you how awesome he is and the dealership. Thank you so much

I bought my Mazda 6 fro Preston Mazda. It was a very smooth and quick process, however, my car did not come with the floor mats. After being promised they would send them to me, I waited patiently. That's been 6 weeks ago, still no floor mats. Called several times and left messages with my sales person and manager. Still no return call. Their follow-up customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm hoping they read this and take some kind of action, I shouldn't have to purchase my own floor mats after spending so much money on a vehicle.

I purchased my 2016 Ford Fusion two weeks ago. I absolutely love it!! The sales staff and finance people were great!! They are truly like one big happy family! And definitely made me feel like part of that family! That could be why I've purchased my last five vehicles from them!! I would recommend the sales team to all of my friends and family. Preston Ford was a pleasure to work with compared to most dealers. I had spoken to Neil Murray and he was quick and answered all my questions. Great salesman no pressure or bully tactics plus very professional. I live 6 hours from the dealer but they had the exact mustang GT with the options I had wanted. I had asked them if they could give me a trade in value on my truck without making the 12 hour round trip just to see what they would give me.They asked me to send photos of the truck so I did and within a few hours they gave me a price on trade that was 2-3k higher than the other dealerships that I had to drive in to get an appraisal on.Once we settled on the price and agreed to a deal they told me that they could deliver it right to my location at no cost! This was just icing on top of a great deal as it saved me a very very long day of driving.Gary delivered the car to the address provided we signed a few papers and within 5 minutes he was driving back to the dealer with my trade and I had the keys of my new car in my hand ready to drive.Overall just a great experience working with the dealer as they gave me a very fair price on the trade and were one of the cheapest price on the mustang I could find within a 750 mile radius of me.

My experience at Preston Ford was awesome. George really went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted for the price I wanted! Definitely worth the 3 and 1/2 hour drive! They didn't waste my time, car was ready to view upon my arrival. Definitely would recommend this dealer to any one interested in an honest car buying experience.

Had a great "car-buying" experience over the Memorial Day holiday. I found the car I wanted online and went to the dealership. With every dealership, there will be the back-and-forth negotiations, but in the end I was very pleased and satisfied. I'm sure anyone there can help you, but I recommend asking for Brian Holiday. He was very helpful and pleasant to negotiate with. Love my Fiesta!

Wow, I have bought several new cars over the years and it always seems to be a grind. However, dealing with Preston was very easy. The entire process from finding the F-150 online and then requesting info, receiving a very reasonable quote, valuing my trade and financing options to the final purchase of the vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was very forthright and were not pushy making for a nice relaxed and speedy transaction. Highly recommend trying this dealership.

Awesome experience with Matt Sparks, I debated for weeks about getting a car. Matt convinced me to come in on his day off. I absolutely needed car but didn't think I could afford it. But they worked with me and I'm excited about my new car. I love it. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase at Preston Ford you guys are great and everyone was so nice!!!!

They were very helpful in finding me a vehicle that met my requirements. Kelly was a lot of fun and very professional and I really enjoyed dealing with her. They found my vehicle in a NJ dealership and brought it down.My only complaint was a miscommunication about the price because my bottom line included the rebates and I was under the impression that the price was the price, and THEN I would get the rebates.Went for my first service and they were wonderful and efficient!

I had a very good experience at Preston Ford in Denton Billy Neal did an excellent job servicing and putting new tires on my Mustang. They also did two recalls while I was there saving me from making another trip. I live over an hour away and I would recommend them to anyone. They are very friendly and helpful.

Great experience! Our sales manager, Stephen, was courteous, engaging and made the entire experience efficient and fast. We also received wonderful personal attention from Dave Wilson Sr., owner of Preston Autoplex. We love our 2014 Fusion SE and the financing options that Preston offered were the best out of all the dealerships we looked at. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Preston.

I had a wonderful experience at Preston Ford. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. No sales pressure at all and the sales process was easy and explained in lay mans terms. My sales man was Neal Sr. He was very patient with me and did not mind taking his time and was very knowledgeable about the car. Thank you Neal for all your help and patience. The fiance director was very helpful and took his time explaining the contract and was very helpful with rebates to save me money. I am a true Ford fan for life with this dealership. I purchased a new Ford F-150 Super Crew truck from Preston Ford in Denton, MD. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan was our sales person and he was so friendly and very knowledgeable about this vehicle. My wife and I felt very much at ease and were not pressured at all. We got our questions answered and also laughed a lot. We live in Lewes, DE and it was worth for us to travel to Denton, MD to get a better price than dealerships closer to us.

Just had my first service on my 2015 F250 Diesel Pickup ( a great truck). Preston was efficient, fast, skilled, and and courteous. The truck was taken in quickly and the service/ oil change was completed. All the benefits of Presto-for-Life kicked in and the truck was returned,,,serviced, clean, and ready to go.I love my truck and I appreciate how well Preston takes care of it for me!

Although the service department was very accommodating in seeing me and quite expeditiously in fixing an electronic power steering problem, it was the sales team that disappointed me and kept me from giving the whole team a 5 star rating. While waiting for my car to be diagnosed, neither the sales person or the sales manager got out of their seat to say hello and shake my hand (sales 101), even after I went out onto the sales floor and mentioned that I was looking for another car. The whole experience was something I wasn't expecting especially after being treated exceptionally well during the original purchase. I never bought a Ford before and it's unlikely I will in the future.

I have been dealing with Preston for about 8 years. I have always received excellent service there. My recent visit was for an oil change. As I was leaving, I mentioned that I had recently hit a large pothole, and needed to schedule an appoinment to have my wheel alignment checked. Lynn, my Service Rep, immediately went out and did the check for me. With customer service like that, I will continue to return to Preston for all of my automotive needs.
