Excellent first experience and fantastic service! They picked up my mower, fixed it, and brought back the next day. The mower runs like a champ. These guys are good, pricing is fair and their level of service is increasingly harder to come by these days. Highly recommend!

Finding quality service of integrity is tough these days. I recently purchased a home in Sunderland MD and found this awesome company who did an amazing job servicing my commercial lawn equipment timely and reasonably priced. Also had the blessing of meeting a cousin who I didn't know but was with the owner during the pickup. Great experience!!

What a great experience getting my riding mower serviced! Total transparency about pricing, quick pick up, and stellar service. My mower was picked up one afternoon and returned looking like new the next morning. Very reasonable cost for the work performed. Thanks for the fantastic service. Highly recommended.

My Craftsman T1400 riding lawn mower was sluggish going uphill and dripping oil. John picked it up and got it back to me the next day. My mower has more power than before and is much faster going up hill and around the yard. Thank you John.

I ve never gotten such fast service to get my tractor repaired. Other local places take up to 3 weeks and their prices are way too high. I ve taken the tractor to John twice now and he delivered it to me the next day both times. Great prices and fast expert service!!

Excellent customer care! The turnaround time on service was amazing. In less than 24 hours John picked up my mower diagnosed the issue repaired and returned back to me. He was polite, professional and I would highly recommend.

My belt popped off track so I called John to fix if. He came out the following day picked up my John Deere and returned it about 4 hours later. So easy. Well until about 10 minutes into my grass cutting the belt popped off again. Called John this was about an hour after he left. No answer. Since this incident I have left 3 messages and about 8 phone calls. He was quick to cash my $250 check and never fixed the problem. Take your business to an honest person who completes the job. I paid for nothing. My mower is in the same predicament it was from the beginning. John didn t fix anything but took the money and has avoided my calls and messages. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else, someone who has integrity and guarantees their work.

Great experience. 2nd time using John so I decided to leave a review. Excellent pricing very knowledgeable and is honest. Doesn't keep your mower long and will tell u exactly what's wrong. Will always use John for my mower repair.

I called John about my generator not starting. Very quick response in picking it up, fixing the problem, and returning the unit. It works but my only thing is this. He replaced a carburetor and fuel filter. I had already replaced spark plug and air filter and gas and nothing fired up, which is why I suspected it was the carburetor. I can see charging a little above market value but over $100 increase? I was charged $141 for a generator carburetor alone. (Just the part) That s ridiculous when you can buy new online for about $30-$40. I tried calling the shop a few times but as the other person said in their review, the calls are not being answered. Well, first and last time for me. Again, I don t mind a slight increase but $100 over market price for a part is ridiculous.

He s always been great until about a month and a half ago. I called to get the lawn tractor serviced. He showed up the same day with someone (which he s never done before) brought it back the next day, got paid- I thought all was good. I used it once and it was ok one time. I ve called multiple timesAnd nothing. no call back, no contact. Nothing and a lawn tractor that is useless. This has never been my experience in the past. I don t know what the problem is with or for him now but I don t like paying a significant amount of money for one week of a working lawn tractor.

Great customer service. They fixed my John Deere L160 riding mower which had a belt issue. They worked on it until they found the issue even came and picked the lawn mower up a second time at no charge. I would recommend them to anyone... definitely five Star service!!

Yes, he's as good as it gets. I first met him when I needed a power washer repaired. Bought it at Costco. It cost more to repair it than I paid for it BUT, John educated me on what kinds of power washers can be repaired and what to look for. I now research products to buy from back to front, starting with its repairability. Recently, he tuned up my riding lawn mower all in the same day. Lusby Motor had a 6 week backlog. He even pointed out that I had the wrong type of blade on it. I love this guy!

The owner, John, is outstanding. He does outstanding work for a great price. The best thing about John is he is honest. When he says something you can count on it. He also backs up his work. If it is not done to your satisfaction he will make it so. Very rare qualities these days. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

John (Owner) came out to the house, within 1 hour of me calling. Diagnosed the problem (bad starter) on my John Deere. Took it back to the shop and brought it back same day! GREAT SERVICE!

Very happy with their service. They came out and picked up my Husqvama riding mower they day they said they would. While they had it they did routine maintenance and fixed the starter. They delivered it back to me the next day clean, fixed, and ready to go. I hope to do business with them again.

Great customer service. Turn around time was fantastic. I highly recommend him. I appreciate his recommendations to service the tractor going forward. They were very practical and efficient. His helper provided strong support and assistance during the service call.

This is the second time i have used john. Both times did an outstanding job and fixed my problem. Fair prices, is not here to rip you off. Highly recommend John for any more repairs.

Mower picked up within an hour of calling. Problem fixed and mower returned same day. Shoddy work by previous "mechanic" also shown and fixed, all for a reasonable price. Why call anyone else?

This place does good work and are very accommodating. I do residential landscaping and have them do the maintenance on my equipment. I would highly recommend them.Good People!
