The team at a All American is great! Katy and Pat helped me with my purchase of the 2016 Street Glide Special and I couldn't be more happier! Great sales team and financial team!! This place hands down has the BEST customer service of all HD dealerships I've ever been to!

My husband and I had the most welcoming, wholesome, and helpful experience at this dealership. We were helped by Steve, one of the best all around guys we have ever met. He is so knowledgeable and helpful for learning rider's like ourselves. We wouldn't have gotten the bike we did, which is the perfect fit for my husband, if not for him. Steve knew this was the one for us. He was right. He knew what was needed for him to have the perfect fit with the skills my husband has, and his body. He made it easier than we could've ever imagined. I can't reccomend him enough. The rest of the team was fantastic as well and just as helpful and kind. Pat was a wonderful help with the insurance and starting the process. She is witty and you can't help but love her. Mark in parts was very efficient in making sure we knew what was available to us and how to dress our bike properly. Nancy was so thorough on finalizing our purchase and explaining everything and what we had available to us now and in the future. She answered all our questions and make it as smooth as possible. Sidney was so sweet and guided us on the best routes for future service. She gave us the best options and really knew how to help. I'm so thankful for the entire team at All American. They welcomed us with open arms like family. And not just us, everyone who walked through their doors were greeted with a friendly smile and happiness with a goal to gain a friend, not just a customer. I will forever be loyal to this location and the family we have recently joined. Make no mistake, you won't regret coming here. You'll be so glad you did.

This was our first Harley purchase and I was already ready to dread this experience. I WAS WRONG! This place has the most welcoming people and everyone introduced themselves to make sure we were being taken care of. Katy and Nancy were both amazing! If you are looking to buy a Harley, please do not go anywhere else but here! They will take care of you! This wasn't our first time going to look at a bike at a Harley dealer and so our mistake was not coming here first. I know that everyone wants to make a sale, but this place will make sure they listen to the customer of what they want vs. trying to just sell a bike for the sake of making a sale. I truly do make a point in letting everyone know that a great customer service means the world to me. This place exceeded my expectations. Let Katy know that you read this review and that's what made you decide to go to this place. You will not be disappointed.

All American Harley has a great team! During the process of my first Harley purchase I was introduced to someone from each department. They were all top notch people! Great service throughout the whole process. Special shoutout to Steve Corbett for the great explanations, running through the complete operation of the bike, general bike knowledge and being an all around great guy.

My whiskey neat road glide cvo finally came in. Thanks to the AAHD team Steve and Nancy for getting me in and out. Mike, Ricky, Rob, Smitty in service for performing last minute add ons. Looking forward to putting this bike through its paces.

Riding Coach Avi and Riding Coach Jesse were awesome to work with. They were both very knowledgeable and applied real-world scenarios when giving instruction. The class was amazing and I highly recommend the Riders Academy for anyone even thinking about jumping on a bike. I feel far more confident and experienced after the course. I look forward to other classes that will be available to improve my riding skills on the road.

I recently purchase a 2024 Billard Gray Harley Davidson Road Glide. From the moment I talked to my salesperson and the sales manager I felt they would do everything within their purview to ensure I got the Motorcycle I set my mine on. They made the experience stress free and we settled on the price I was willing to pay. Today, I rode that beautiful machine home. I readily recommend this dealership if you wish to purchased a H-D Motorcyle.

From start to finish, everyone was very professional and helpful in trading my bike in for a newer, more reliable model. Keenan was very helpful in the early stages of the process, Nancy was meticulous in the finance process, and Steve spent the time and effort to ensure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about my new ride. Scott ensured I received the personal items off my old bike, and everything went as smoothly as possible. If I had to recommend only one Harley Dealership, it would be All American Harley Davidson in Hughesville, MD.

I can t say enough positive about All American Harley in Hughesville, MD. Steve is my salesperson, but feels more like a friend. The whole staff is friendly and treat you like family when you walk in. They are all knowledgeable and super friendly. Having never ridden before Steve walked me through the process of choosing the perfect bike which I have enjoyed very much. Also took the riding course there which taught me a lot!

I recently purchased an iron 883 from here. Everyone is friendly and helpful.. Katy is a good saleswoman.. unfortunately stuff for your motorcycle is expensive af ..( I drive a Mercedes so I m use to overpriced parts on stuff )but overall good experience!

Recently on a HOG Touring Rally, our starting point was hosted by All American. What a great staff, spearheaded by owners Lyndon & Debra who joined us for the ride. I, for one, enjoyed meeting, riding, and sharing stories with them which brings me to the moral of this tale...If you buy a bike from All American, which I recommend, make sure to join their HOG-nothing better than a retailer who live the dream and ride with their customers.

All American is the number one Harley Dealership in my eyes, when I bring my Bike in for service, or just dropping in for a visit to look around, the employees there are Great, good conversations, jokes and laughter. Plus, my Bike leaves there at its best, no issues at all and I'm very happy. Thanks go out to Mike, Mark, Steve, Keenan Coach B and Avi. Coach B and Avi made all this possible for me by their great training to help me get to this point, how to ride and enjoy riding a Motorcycle. Thanks Again All American

After not having a street bike in over 30 years and taking the driving academy course offered by All American I decided to purchase a 2022 pan America. Andrea in sales made it a flawless transaction and went way out of her way to including asking her husband to bring his bike up to the show room so I could see a pan America in person. At the time they didn't have one on the floor. Everyone at All american was so helpful throughout the purchasing process and I want.to thank everyone there. 1. AMAZING STAFF!! Just purchased my first Harley Davidson and the entire experience has been great. I had a lot of criteria and knew exactly what I wanted in a bike, and Steve never gave up the search for my "perfect" bike. He found it and a few days later I was riding her home!! If you're on the fence about purchasing, just stop by and look around, all the staff is so knowledgeable and will make you feel right at home with no pressure.

Katy and Nancy helped me a year ago looking at sportsters while I signed up for classes where their trainer Glenn helped me get past my anxiety and trust the bike. One full year later, it was time for me to get a bike more appropriately sized for a big guy like me. They gave my wife and I fantastic service, showed genuine concern for my well-being as a newer rider, and got me on the road with my new baby.Can't recommend them enough! Ask for Katy and Nancy!

I visited recently to buy a part and I can't remember the gentlemen's name but he was very knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed.Big shout to Sarah in the MotorClothes department. While I went in for my part, I also visited the apparel section to grab something for my wife and she provided me with some much needed feedback on what she might like and she was extremely helpful and professional!! The entire department and store as a whole is very organized.This staff is and always has been great and this is my favorite Harley location.
