Bob is awesome! Would give more than 5 stars if I could !!!!! This place is always 10/10. My family and I have bought multiple cars here, I bought my first car here (in highschool!) and I'm buying one now ! Always super helpful , knowledgeable about the cars, and always HONEST! I've been been buying cars from / knowing Bob for almost 10 years and never once have I had an issue. If you are looking for a reliable and fair priced vehicle I would highly recommend. He can work with your budget and extremely kind and helpful in the process of buying your new car. I recommend budget auto to people all the time. So excited about my new Nissan from here ! Great place to take your car! On a road trip, had a check engine light come on my Mercedes while driving down i95. Luckily i called Budget Automotive and was taken care of by Bob and Rob. They scanned the car and got us back on the road. They were honest, fair, had great prices and a true delight. Highly recommended. Thank you guys!

I came in with my mother a little over 2 weeks ago. We saw a couple vehicles but a Chrysler Sebring convertible was in our budget. I had a terrible experience before with Joppa Auto. Anyhow I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to drive off the lot the same day because the vehicle needed some odds and ends.So Bob suggested to is to shop around and come back.We decided to stick with Bob and Budget Auto.Not only did they deliver they took care of me like I was thier own. Bob picked me up himself when the car was ready and they also fixed the alignment free of charge to us. These guys went aboveand behind to help .We will definitely go back again. Thanks Bob!us. Usually you hear the war stories but Bob and his staff care. I am enjoying the car and it does need one more minor thing done. They did everything fast and efficient to get us going. Took my 2017 Subaru to Budget Automotive for a 2nd opinion after a shop in Bel Air told me both rear wheel hub bearing assemblies had to be replaced. I had recently had the right rear bearing replaced less than 100 miles ago. The shop still insisted the right rear bearing was definitely bad. The mechanic at Budget Automotive told me the right rear bearing looked new and was not making any noise at all. Only the left needed replacement. Had them do they work and the repair cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Budget Automotive on Route 40 near Havre de Grace!

Excellent service at a fair price. Literally hundreds of dollars less than the chain repair shops. Helpful and friendly staff. I believe some folks give low reviews because Bob and his staff do not take cr*p from anyone, and that's how it should be

Bob, lizz and all the tecks are great. Like i really dont know what i would do if they wernt around. I am truly blessed to have them helping me and i truly recommend there shop for both repairs and to buy a car. Again thank you so much

I have always struggled with finding a spot I could go to for repeat business for my vehicles. However, this spot goes above and beyond to ensure that I get the best deal and the best service possible. Bob and his crew have worked on my Elantra twice now and both times the car ran better than it did from when I brought it in. Thanks again Bob!

If you re looking for a place to buy a vehicle or a an excellent mechanic, look no further. We have now purchased a car, had an engine rebuilt on a separate car, as well as a sensor replacement a year later. The quality work that they do here is undeniably the best around. Bob is also amazing, he helped me get a car quickly when I was expecting our second child, he s trustworthy, and an overall great man! Always enjoy coming here when we need something done because he s become a part of our family! Thanks Budget Auto for all of the help! We ve appreciated everything you ve done for us! You will not be disappointed if you choose to make them your lifetime mechanic or purchase a vehicle from here.

Was on a long road trip form Maine to Florida and my car started acting up. Found Budget Auto and gave them a call they were busy that day but they found the time to take a look at my car and I'm so grateful they did! They found the problem quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend their service.

I was looking all over for a vehicle I wasn t working with much money so I was limited on what I could get and as I was driving I stopped by budget to see if there was anything I would like and low and behold I found 2 cars that I had interest in. I went back the next day and bob actually hooked me up with a great pick and price. He is amazing everyone I know I will be telling them about bob. Thank you so much!

Budget is the best!! Bob treated us more than fair on our purchase for our sons car. We even used the repair shop for issues with another vehicle. Very reasonable for the repairs. We will be looking forward to working with Mr. Bob in the future.

Bob and Liz and all the Auto Techs in shop do an amazing job !!! I took my 2014 GMC Terrain to get an oil change and was concerned that my timing chain might be going up . The tech checked it and said he could tell right away that their was no problem with it. Thanks for being honest and fair and depenable . I would recommend this shop to anyone out there ! Thanks Again Budjet Auto ! Im a customer for life !! 5 stars all the way !!

So I brought my car in for a state inspection, it failed. I wanted to make sure if I got the work done there was not going to be anymore issues. Well long and behold there was another issue after I paid for the repairs to pass inspection. The owner Bob insured me if I paid for the part he would take care of the labor. He did what he said he would do.Thank you for your assistance

Bob and his team are awesome. Got messed over by another dealership and wouldn't have even known if Bob and his team did not do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Wish the manager from the other location was as stand up as this team. They squeezed me in their already packed schedule and took care of me. This team gives you a home town feel and are professionals that look out for the customer. Really appreciate all the help and assistance!

Absolutely love this place. The owner Bob is the best, Heather in the office is awesome also. His crew are are very good at what they do. Ever since the first time I went to him to work on my truck he's the only place ill go to now. I send everyone I know to him because he's honest and very fair with pricing. Super fast turn around and just an all around great experience. I only wish I'd started going to him earlier than I did. You won't be disappointed if you go there. Customer for life here Bob. Bob and his team made it possible for my car to be state inspected, repaired, and registered all in the same day and at a reasonable price even though they were booked solid! Bob really helped me out in a tight situation. He's also hilarious! I'd return to his shop for all my car needs.

Budget auto sales is terrific!! Reliable service, fair pricing, very fast turn around and also super efficient. Bob the owner is very kind and willing to work with you to help solve your issues. Affordable place. Helpful people.My car got broke down when I was driving. I called them and discussed about what could be the issue. And by the time I reach there they got parts I needed. But it turns out to be a different issue. Since it was a long weekend they could not get that part. But the experts somehow made the car work temporarily, so that I can drive back home. I would highly recommend this place, because they will figure it out an efficient way for your repair.

Spent more fixing the damn car than it was worth. From the time it was off the lot we had problems...new turbo $1400 serpentine belt and kit $491 parts and labor.. water pump, thermostat and coolant $1163, and cheap brakes and rotors...i wont get a free car from there....

If your looking for a car. PLEASE STOP BY AND SEE BOB! He is a great guy to work with. All of his staff are very pleasant and willing to help you with all ya car needs. I had been to 7 car lots and just given the run around. Bobs was my last stop before I was just gonna throw the towel in. I spoke with His receptionist first Heather she was great from the beginning. She helped me go through all the cars until she met my needs. I appreciated that from the bottom. I later met Bob and he just put the icing on the cake. Not only did he put me in a car but he put me in a nice running car. He was straight up he didn t just sell me anything to get the money. He actually cared about my transportation needs. So I highly recommend anyone to come here if they have any credit issues income issues anything. They will help you and get u back on the road! GO SEE BOB AND HEATHER!!!! Thank you guys so much for everything

Mr. Bob and his stuff were extremely incredible! They fixed my AC that I ve been having issues with for over a year(Compressor)in a day! Also he was able to replace my serpentine belt for me within an hour. His team works extremely fast and he has the best prices around! Very understanding and no BS! Thank you so much Mr. Bob! I know who to call when I need work on any vehicle!

I had just moved to MD and my NJ registration was set to expire the next day. I showed up at Budget with no appointment, yet Bob made time to inspect my car, share his mechanic s findings (no problems!) and get me on my way. He didn t even charge me for a new taillight bulb. I was so impressed with Bob s kindness, honesty and good old fashioned American willingness to help others that I will definitely be back again!

Bob and staff were extremely professional and down to earth. Went with my son's car with A/C issues and they were able to have a diagnostic within one hour (AC Compressor was bad). When he gave me the news, I thought the price was going to be over the top, but it wasn't. The price was very reasonable and they had the new AC Compressor installed by the next day. I 100% recommend this repair facility! Found me a great place, with great people to work on my cars! RECOMMENDED!!!

Best place to buy a used car from! From someone who has bought from other dealers, Bob is the person to see. He is honest and takes care of any issues you may have. After a few weeks of having our car we had an issue and Bob and his staff fixed it right away. He works with you to give you the best deal and put you in a safe and reliable car! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I love Bob and his entire staff. I never thought there was an honest car salesman until we went to Budget Auto. My car stalled this morning and one of the mechanics came to where I was and fixed it on the spot. Seriously the best place with the best people. I wont take my car to anybody else.
