So glad I was recommended this place. It's hard to find trustworthy businesses and Andrews Garage was great. The people there were polite and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way. This was my first time getting body work done on my car and it was very much appreciated how they made me feel at ease about the whole process. They really care about their craft and quality of work. Will have me and my SO come here from now on with any body work we need done on our cars. Already planning on getting some scratches and paint repaired.

Had the misfortune of the County towing my vehicle here. They are contracted with the business and Andrew s does not set the prices. It is pretty understandable why they do rely on a great company. Everyone that I encountered Was helpful and was very transparent on every issue that may occur. They even quoted and fixed the repair that put us in the situation. Quickly ordered the parts needed and fixed everything. The guys there were very nice and I do recommend their work.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I reached out last minute to get my right mirror replaced they were able to see my car next day. I called multiple places and Andrews had the best price! They were honest and completed the service in a timely manner. definitely a place you can trust that gets the job done!

I have used Andrew s Garage twice now. Unfortunately I have been in two accidents within the past 8 months. One was a rear end and the recent was where someone hit me on the highway. Both accidents were not at fault and Andrew s Garage made sure to advocate to the insurance and replace everything my car needed with OEM parts. Both times they exceeded my expectations with attention to detail and care of my vehicle. I am very picky with who I take my car to for any service as I am a car guy so to speak. Andrew s Garage will be my go to shop for anything auto body related. Great local business. I don t even normally leave reviews but they deserve more than a 5 star. My car was having issues with some vibrating/shaking after about 40 minutes of driving it. I took it to them and they found some issues with it but I wanted to keep the price down as much as possible. My ball joints were trashed and they also found some other issues and took care of it. I got my car back and it was still not right. I took my car back the same day and they let me leave it there with no problem. 2 days later, they finished my car and it drives better than it has in a long time! I didnt realize until later, they did an oil change and didnt charge me for that. The price for all the work they did, was fantastic. A year ago, I took it to another place and they did less work for almost 2 times the price. Andrews now has a customer for life. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you for being awesome!

My 2022 Silverado is my first new vehicle in forever and is my pride and joy. When i messed up the tailgate on a day of hunting my heart sank. I found Andrews Garage after a bit of searching. Anytime you use a new business you re a bit nervous. Well the results and treatment I received put those nervous feelings to rest. They did everything I asked for and then some. My truck was a mess inside from hunting and cleaning it was my first order of business after being repaired. After paying and heading out the door I looked in the truck. The inside looked almost showroom new. I almost fell over. A month of hunting mess and dirt from my dog was gone. I was shocked. I hope not to need their services too often but can say if the need arises again I d return with no hesitation. Great people to work with from estimate to completed project. Thank you.

Andrews has taken care of my oil changes, tire rotations, and all of the regular maintenance on my car. With over 111k miles on my car, it s still running as smoothly as it did on day 1. Thanks for keeping me up and running for all the miles I drive!

I am so gratefully for them I was on my way back home to North Carolina from New Jersey and my back bumper was hanging off I found the garage in google maps and asked for help. With no hesitation, they assisted me with my bumper to get me home safely. I am so grateful for them because I was driving by myself, and with the smile on the gentleman s face with no questions or asking for any money, he helped me to get home thank you Andrew s garage and please go visit Andrews garage and give them your service because it is very rare to meet people that actually care.

Jim and everyone at Andrew's garage were fantastic. They fit me into get repairs very quickly after I first came to them. The repairs were fast and look great. Jim was awesome at keeping me updated on the progress. They really took care of my car and it felt like they cared, hard to find a great shop like this. I highly recommend them to anyone. Andrew s Garage recently completed body work on two of our vehicles. The work was excellent!They were kind and respectful of our time. They were patient when we called for updates and kept us in the loop. They communicated with us when issues arose with our insurance company. The entire process was smooth.Both vehicles were thoroughly cleaned, inside and out.This family run business is hands down the best around! They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond for us. Love love love this shop. I was hit at a light and the place that I usually go to could not fit me in. So I tried Andrews, let me say they have a customer for life. Superior service! I highly recommend Andrews Garage. Every bit of our repair experience with them exceeded expectations. Their customer service, communication, quality workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, commitment to timeliness, candor in expectation management and all around focus on the customer sets a high bar for what a top notch auto body and repair experience should be. It s not hard to see why this hidden gem has been in business for so many years. Not only did they deliver on every commitment they made, they re genuinely great people to work with kudos to Jim and Kevin for making our experience such a great one. I know without hesitation who our first call will be if we need body work in the future! It s worth reiterating: highly recommend!

4 hours into our drive from NY to Florida to take our 2nd year UTampa student back to school, we got an error message on our dashboard saying the car s battery was no longer getting the proper charge. What to do? In unfamiliar territory, with a full carload of back to school items and our family, we frantically searched on Google for a garage nearby. Thank goodness Andrews Garage popped up. From the moment we pulled into their shop, they were nothing but courteous, hospitable, and kind. They diagnosed the problem right away - serpentine belt broke and was all chewed up, the deflection pulley was missing! Could we get this fixed and be back on the road in time for college check in tomorrow? Yes, indeed! With the quick-thinking of Kevin and the rest if the staff we were back on the road before the close of business that day, but not before my girls and I got to tour historic Havre de Grace on foot. What a great little town and a wonderful shop we stumbled upon that day in mid August 2021. Thank you so much Kevin and Staff!! We made it to Florida!!

I worked as the General Manager of Andrews Garage for 16 years as of May 2023 and was the driving force behind their current success. They towed my bike. I only dealt with them over the phone as I was in the hospital. My sister went there and recovered my beloved from my saddle bags. Everything was in them still. The insurance co picked up the bike and took it to the dealer

There's no words to describe how blessed I was to come across Andrews Garage. My 2008 Nissan Altima was on the verge of retirement, meaning nothing was working. After spending crazy amount of money every 3 months I was ready to throw in the towel but thanks to Andrews Garage I am currently driving my car to work each day. They did through inspection of my car and talk to me about the issues . WOW! Okay so I recently hit a deer and I was searching for a reliable body repair shop. I came across a few that we're overbooked and also came across a body shop that was super unprofessional. I told a good friend of mine of my past experiences, and he then told me about Andrews Garage. When I first went to Andrews Garage Jim at the front desk greeted me and introduced me to their mechanic Kevin. They we're very personable, informative and reliable. When picking up my car today I was astonished by their work. I almost wanted to cry lol. My cousin thought I had bought a new car and it definitely feels like I did. In 20 years probably best, most knowledgeable mechanics Ive met. I would rather take car to Andrews than my normal dealer. Had a car accident, they gave me good advice. They worked with insurance, communicated well and car is as good as new. Thanks Kevin

I highly recommend Andrew s Garage. I took my Sportage there for rear end damage repairs. Kevin was very polite and knowledgeable. He dealt with the insurance company which took a lot of pressure and stress off me! Andrew s did a fantastic job! My Kia looks brand new again! Thank you Kevin and Jim! You guys are awesome!

So I live near Ellicott City, Md. I am doing a job in Havre De Grace. It takes over an hour to get there. I get there alright and then have to run to the hardware and my serpentine belt burns off as soon as I start the truck. I google garages local and Andrews pops up. They have a great rating from the locals, so i called and told Kevin I was from out of town and that I had problem. He told me to bring over the Truck. I did, they gave me a great price and finished in less than 3 hours. I am extremely impressed with this shop! These guys did a great job and are honest. That is a winning combination in my book. Thanks again.

They are professional, courteous, timely and efficient and my go-to for all future body work. Give them a shot if you need any work. The two men (Keith and I forgot? Sorry I'm old af lol) were a pleasure to speak with and work with. Nothing but a great experience when my tire blew out. They towed my car and replaced my tire within 1.5 hours. Our daughter went to another shop to get the belts replaced which they told her that the noise was normal with new belts. We were highly referred to Andrews Garage to get her car looked at for the steering noise. Jim, Kevin andJohn all looked at her car. Because of her car being older the pulley is adjustable not like the newer cars. Andrews Garage mentioned that the belts needed to be unglazed and readjusted. I was very impressed that these guys knew right away what needed to be done and how. Jim and Kevin told us to go back to the other shop to get them to do what they were supposed to do the first time so we wouldn t be paying again for the belts being adjusted. Also they told us if we had any problems they said to come back and they would work with us. My main reason I gave 5 stars is their honesty!!! Excellent customer service! I bought an old rim and has a tire mounted & balanced. The tire started leaking air a few days later and they fixed the issue with no additional charge. I recommend this place to anyone!
