Every time I have needed a battery for a car, they have had it, and I ha e never had any issues with them. But I know someone who did have an issue with a battery, and they replaced it with no problem.

Came to this place looking for a windshield transmission and driver side wiper arm for a 2007 cobalt. No one carries it anywhere!! They have a few cars in the lot and they pulled it for me. Gave me a great price and it fixed my car. Thank you guys so much. Great staff and they were nice.

Great place to buy parts for your Vehicle..Huge Selection and the personal are extremely knowledgeable!! They have many avenues to get the parts you need if they don't have it on hand...They Helped me out many Times!!

Prices here are fair and staff is average. I recommend pulling your own part in some cases, however, which they allow, or do your best to check condition before purchase. I picked up a throttle body from here (they pulled) and didn't look it over carefully before buying. They had used metal tools hurriedly to pull the part, leaving deep gauges in the collar on a pressurized system.

My car got picked up and towed by a delightful older southern man by the name of Pete.. I couldn t say enough good things about him. He had to contact the owner, who was very understanding and reasonable. Seems like a very trustworthy business with good employees

Amazing place to get used car parts, they pulled us a used transmission in about 30 minutes. The staff are very friendly and they will also work with you if you are on a budget. Been going here for years and will continue to get my used parts from them.

Very nice people to deal with. The staff member had taken me to the car I needed the part I needed and was very informative. They were just as nice inside and I was very happy with the price they charged me.

Very rude and ignorant people work here .specially if you re a woman I was treated very nasty here sad part is this place was recommended to me by a friend after this they won t be coming here again either

Awesome staff very helpfull drove all the way from Maine to get crossmember for an old van they had my part pulled out before I even got there and we're in contact the whole time would definitely recommend them

None professionalism and Lack of customer service! So weird from the moment I walked in the door there was a lack of interest and motivation to help me with what I needed like I was a ghost and the door opened it's self. I don't know if I just came at a bad time or I just didn't look attractive enough to get some decent help. At least one of the 2 guys sitting there clicking away finally tried to give me some information on what I could possibly do. I mean this is a used parts business that makes its profits from collecting and selling parts right? You would think they would want to make a sale, but no extra efforts were taken by either of them so sad, I guess business must be booming... Lol I will not be returning there for anything else.

Great. Friendly. Good prices.Had most common parts already off ready to go.Up to date with inventory.Could use some new wagons and/or wheelbarrows to schlep parts back.

Terrible service. They had me waiting for like 30 minutes just to ask me if I needed help. Everyone there doesn't know what there are doing honestly. Like a bunch of chickens with there heads chopped off. I suggest other other people to go somewhere else. They suck big time.
