I visited tire center today for tire replacement and I was already frustrated with Costco Columbia tire center and their rude staffs behavior.A guy name Forrest approached me and took care of my tire installation very kindly.I explained why I picked up my tire from Columbia costco to be installed at their store he listened to my concerns and he says sorry for something he was not responsible for saying to me and given me excellent customer service I highly recommend this tire center and please don't waste your precious time at Columbia costco tire center.Thanks Forrest and Arundale mills Costco tire center I appreciate your services.

If you need help in jumping your car battery don't bother asking them. They'll be happy to sell you a battery or loan you a jumper in exchange for your car. But God forbid if you need help, they'll ditch you in the cold.Your employees should be ashamed of themselves for treating my elderly mother in such a terrible way when she needed help jumping her car's battery to get home. How disgusting.

Quick and professional service! Always have a positive experience here and will drive the extra miles to get service here. Will never go back to the Elkridge Tire center location due to horrible wait times even with an appointment and rude service!

Made an appointment to get my tires changed. When I made the appointment they told me they had the tires in stock. However, when I showed up to my appointment they told me they had no tires in stock. Seems like a gamble on whether or not you'll actually get serviced at your scheduled time.

The best customer service! Everything was on time when I got there for my tire change appointment.When I got home, I noticed that I was missing a hub cap, I went back to the tire center and Jose was able to check that they did put the hubcap on but must've maybe fallen off somewhere. He informed me I can purchase one from anywhere and I would be reimbursed.Next day I purchased one and brought a receipt and Jose was able to help me out with a reimbursement. Best customer service I have received, highly recommend. Thank you!

I ordered some tires for my wife's vehicle and it was installed timely.The service guys show great respect for their customers.They deserve my 5 Keep the good work guys!

Josh at the front desk was cordial, a totalpro. I came in kinda late 7:50 for a 8:30 close and he took me reffered best rires and work completed. Kudos to the great team. I wish i could say the same about the Elkridge shop

I got gas T Hanover today morning.It used be on average 30 cents cheaper ,Today it was 20 cents above Markete around me.Outside on Exxon it is still 10 cents cheaper so plz do not go for gas anymore may be they do not want us to go 20 miles on average to give our money to Costco.Last visit I used my fever for pizza and it is used on some switch . Com in couple of hours.So today every where premium around me was 3.79 but at Costco 3.89.

I got my flat tire serviced here and the folks working the place were friendly and helpful. I waited 20 minutes to speak to someone for a walk-in appointment and was then told to wait another 2.5 hours for my tire to be done. The waiting time is totally understandable as a walk-in, but I'm giving 4 stars because I was told I'd be called with a status update of my tire and whether or not it would be repaired or replaced and never got a call. After 4.5 hours I finally buckled and called only to find out my tire had been repaired and ready for a while. Wish they kept me updated is all.

Go somewhere else... Don't waste your time and money here5:00 PM appointment for 4 tire replacementWalked in 4:25 PM only 3 people in line ahead of me. Took 35 minutes to get checked in.Didn't start working on my car until 6:45 PMWhen it was all done, it was almost 7:30 PM. There was a woman directly in front of me lined up for check in who didn't have an appointment; her car was done before mine and she left at 6:40 PMTotal time arrival to finish 3 hours

Great experience buying tires at Costco online and having them installed at the store. No extra made up fees or charges, just drop your car off. Employees at this tire center are efficient and spot on.

Had a puncture. Went to get it patched and there was non-refundable fee for diagnosis. Of course, I understand and I am okay to pay for the right work. After a hour, they told me there was rim leakage not the tire's. My car was a yr old that time. I couldn't believe it and went to a different place. They found a hole and patched it right away. It's unbelievable how they charged me upfront for a wrong diagnosis!

Called in at 12pm for an appointment and they got me booked in at 3pm on the someday. Diagnosed my tpms problems fast and repaired it well. Thank you for the great service!

I took my 69 Camaro in for tires. The staff handled the wheels very carefully, especially the trim rings and center caps. The tech drove the vehicle in and out of the shop cautiously. I could not have been more pleased. Based on this experience, I would recommend this shop highly!

Had tires rotated, balanced, etc but they lost 2 lug nuts and my custom flag valve cover on one of my tires. They replaced the lug nuts with regular nuts and the valve cover with a green one. Lug nuts are expensive and they refused to replace them.

I love Costco and all of its greatness. I have been a member as long as it has been around the area even before when it was Price Club. I always purchase my tires here too.The Arundel Mills Tire Center has let me down two different times. Both times were when I took my tires in to be rotated and balanced. When I leave they are vibrating and I have to go to the Glen Burnie location and have them re balance them. Arundel Mills also did not rotate them properly.I'll be sure to go to Glen Burnie for all of my tire maintenance from here on out.

Mike Carruba is very rude.If you are helping and talking with a customer and there is a phone call, isn't it polite to ask the customer if he can answer the phone or give at least a simple apology? Nope. Not Mike Carruba.While helping me and in the middle of talking with me, there was a phone call and he picks up the phone and just goes about talking with the customer helping look up the tires for that customer. He never asked me if it was okay to pick up the phone or simply apologize. I was waiting for 5 minutes patiently and he just goes about talking with that customer without even acknowledging my existence.Isn't it common sense that a customer that is present physically at the location, purchased tires, and in the middle of installation and conversation with you be the one you help first?After paying for tires that costs nearly $1,000, I get treated like this?I am a loyal costco member since 2002 and never had this type of experience with any employee at costco until Mike Carruba.I really hope management or he reads this review and changes his behavior so no other customer can get disrespected like this.

My family and I have been getting my tires here for a while. Its a great place to get tires. However, some employees are very monotoned and seems like they don't want you to be here.One of my tires popped yesterday, and I called Costco Tire. I gave the guy the exact car and model number, and I was told that they have 20 in stock.. Got here today, and I was told that they have to order it and it would take a few days. So I ordered and paid for a new tire, but I was just worried about using my donut spare tire for the next few days because it's already pretty worn out. I asked the technician (Nikloas) if he could rotate my spare tire and put it in the rear for me, because that's safer to drive with.I was told that I would have to pay $25 for that because they can only rotate Costco tires for free. And since my spare tire isn't a costco tire, they wouldn't be able to help me..That makes no sense at all, and it just seems like he doesn't want to help me.. Does he expect me to drive here with a broken Costco tire?Also, I'm here because one of the employees told me the wrong info.. The least they can do is spend 3 mins of his time and make a small accommodation for me. Last time my tire had a nail in it, someone else switched my tire out and installed the spare tire and rotated them without all these bs. But I guess thats what happens to lazy employees when there is no commission based on the amount of work you have to do.

The tire center at Costco is just like anything else at Costco. It's got a small smattering of choices, each of high quality merchandise, just like Costco does. The prices are overall good, and are fantastic for educated consumers, just like Costco does. The staff is very competent, if a bit overworked, just like Costco does. And in case something doesn't work out quite right, they stand by everything they do.Just like Costco does.

Scuffed my aluminium rims around the lug holes. Tire pressure sensor packs replaced but sensors have not worked since tires replaced. Service normally very good.

Costco is awesome and the service is always top notch. This is the ONLY place I get tires for all my vehicles.

The team here is helpful and patient. Communication frequently from their inspection to repair completion. Was in and out in no time for the drop off and pick-up

Costco at Arundel Mills is very customer oriented. The Costco at Ellicott City is terrible. Never a service provider at the desk. Multi hour long waits to get ansers to questions.

Tires came in quickly, same day appt. In and out with new TPMS sensors in just over one hour .
