I had great experience. All the staff there are very welcoming and kind . They make the car buying experience seamless and stress free. I worked with Clark specifically and he was amazing. He answered all my questions and concerns and really gave me peace of mind. Ask for Clark !

I just bought my 2020 Toyota Corolla for such a great price!! Amar and Mike worked very hard to get the best deal for me. They were so helpful and polite, just like the rest of the staff. Amar was very patient with us during the paperwork and went through each paper so that we understood what it was.

Car Salesman Jason listened to exactly what I was looking for, and he definitely delivered! I absolutely love my 2013 Dodge Charger. After submitting all my documentation my paperwork was completed in a timely fashion, and they cleaned the hell out of my car! I found Carzlane online searching for a specific Nissan Altima I liked. I called the dealership and Clark answered every question I had about the vehicle.. inside and out! I arrived at the dealership to see Clark had the car detailed and presented nicely for me in the front of the lot. The car drove great and I purchased it at a great price! Clark provided an amazing car buying experience, and moving forward I will buy all of my vehicles through Clark! Thanks again!

Read the negative reviews and believe what is written. Should be 0 stars not one. I sent an email asking about a vehicle on the lot. Got a response back saying they lowered the price to $20,864. I asked if the vehicle was at the Hanover location. Response was yes it is. Made appointment to to come see the vehicle. They sent me an appointment notice verifying the appointment. Arrived for appointment and the vehicle is not there. It's at another location but they will bring it over. They want to talk numbers about the vehicle while I waited. They list the vehicle on cargurus and true car for $20,864. Guy then says we're looking for more like $26,000 or $27,000. I ask about the advertised price and he says we don't put prices on our website. I was sent an email stating the price was lowered to $20,864. I then referred to the true car and cargurus price they advertised. He says there are other fees. He said I would have to buy a warranty so they could make the dealership a profit. I heard about this and shame on me for wasting my time going there. I should have read the negative reviews before I went there. Was hoping for a different experience. Will not be back.

I was searching for ford fusion and true car said they a 2016 available with 92,000 miles. I entered my contact information in and was emailed by a Jason Walcott stating they had the vehicle for 10,000 and it was available. I was in the gym so I didn t respond but then got another email stating the price drop from 10,000 to 8,3999 and ask can I come that day. I replied to the email and ask can I come pass the day around 1230. He replied yes and I was set the appointment was made. The next day comes I sent Jason an email that morning asking about the vehicle and some minor details. I didn t get a response so I called when I made my way to the dealership. A young lady answered and I ask to speak with Jason she said he was busy with a customer and ask me can she help me (She was polite ) I said no my appointment was for 1230 and I will speak to Jason when I arrive. I arrived at 1215 and eager young man greeted me and ask me do I need help. I said I m hear to see Jason . He walks me in and before he can get 2 words out Jason yells at the young gentleman I m busy with a customer. The gentleman tells Jason well you have another one right here. I was 75% sure I wasn t buying a car from Jason off his interaction with the young gentleman. Jason was polite and respectful to me but when I ask about the vehicle he look lost and confused. Then states hold on let me check on the vehicle. He comes back 5 minutes later to tell me the vehicle not ready and not there .I was like you sent me a price reduction on the vehicle is that still good. He said he didn t send that email it computer generated. So your computer giving out price reductions on cars that are not even on the lot. He tried to suggest another vehicle but I wasn t interested. They wasted my time and gas on a vehicle that wasn t on the lot. I would never ever recommend them or spend any money with them . I wouldn t trust them to wash a car.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They sold me a car that passed inspection that should not have passed at all. Within the first few days after taking the car home, the breaks were grinding and I took the car back and the manager said that the mechanic checked out the car and everything was fine. Right after leaving the lot, the grinding continued, so we took the car to Firestone for their check-up and they found the pads were metal to metal and the tie rod was extremely loose. In other words, this Carzlane dealership was selling cars that were unsafe to drive, but somehow passed the Maryland State inspection. The manager had to tracked down at another dealership in Carroll County, MD, so that they can repair the car. The car had to be taken back again because the repairs were found to be incomplete after we took it back to Firestone again to evaluate the work. The car finally was repaired, but by the other dealership. Carzlane of Hanover, MD has incompetent management and shady business practices, so I would not recommend giving them your business.

I had a great experience at Carzlane today. Although I did not sign anything, I came close. Amar and Sam really went out their way to be attentive, get to know me, and listen to me. They pushed for a sale (as all sellers are trained to do) but were also respectful of my boundaries when I said "not today". I would recommend coming by to check out what they have.

I made an appointment to see a specific car and told them i was traveling from a couple hours away. When I got there, they said that they had JUST taken the car to inspection and I'd have to come back tomorrow. Now having to drive a couple hours back home. When I asked to look at a different car, they said they couldn't find the keys and the next car I looked at was full of trash and dirt.Mike was a horrible incompetent rep and I recommend you go anywhere but here if trying to buy a car.

I strongly encourage people not to shop here. Our experience was extremely disappointing. 15 minutes before we arrived we received a call and were told that the vehicle we had an appointment to see wasn't available so they wanted to show us a different vehicle. It was the same make and model and only marked at $100 more than the vehicle we were coming to see, so I agreed. But then after driving 45 minutes to the dealer and taking the test drive, when we sit down at the negotiation table we get told for the first time that the actual price of the car (after they add in what they call their "refurbishment fee" and "freight fee") was $2,000 more than the published asking price. Plus they said that tags and title would be $800, which is significantly more than what is actually charged by the state. Even after wasting our time with many back and forths to the owner, they only dropped the price $200 and claimed they were only making $1300 on the car. If that's the case, then they literally were never in a position to sell the car for the price that they advertised they would sell it for. This is a classic bait and switch. Please understand, despite what they will tell you when they have you sitting at the table, this is NOT the norm in the used car industry. A $2,000 markup for "fees" (higher if you count the excessive title and tags) is ridiculous. Do not believe any of the published sales prices for the vehicles at this dealer. They are artificially trying to make them appear low just to get you in the door, then after you're there they add literally thousands of dollars in so called "fees." Their actual asking price is substantially higher than they claim it is. To say this is a deceptive sales practice is an understatement.

Our salesman Amar gave us a 5 point overview to "introduce" us to our car. He also carefully walked us through the car fax report so we would be well informed about the car we purchased. Excellent service and a very kind and knowledgeable salesman.

Place was a joke. Advertised price of 11000, final was 17k. Said that there was 4k in dealers fees and CarGurus lies on their site. Was called Saturday afternoon about a car.... the sales rep was quite rude... said he would send me info, and never did.... turns out the car was sold that morning, and he didn't want to lose someone coming in. Next car they show reports that there is frame damage... I am told that even a ding in a door or bumper can be classified as frame damage.... my comment was I will trust what CarFax has to say about it. Was lied to every step of the way.... left and went to carhaven and was approved and got a better set of wheels. The reps didn't care... think people are stupid... lie and blame other companies as opposed to taking responsibility.

After searching through their site and finding plenty of cars that I would be interested in on Feb. 26, I called Carzlane to ask if they would be able to trade in my car with a bad transmission, I spoke to Diamond, who reached out to her manager to confirm the trade could be made. I got the car towed there on that same day & received a text from Clarke to discuss my situation. I had an $11k preapproved check and told him that I would not be able to put any cash down. He sent me a text saying that he spoke with his regional manager and would be able to work something out with my budget if they gave me $3k-$4k for my trade in. I drove an hour away to the dealership the next day to be told that an incredible amount of cars listed on the site weren t actually available. Clarke showed me a few that I wasn t interested in & said that they were expecting more cars within the next few days. I inquired about how often the site was updated and he said every Sunday, but then told me that he sees the cars before they re listed and would send me pictures of whatever came in so I could be the first to know. He never followed through with that and I ended up texting him on the 29th and got no response. I drove there again on the Mar. 1 and he told me that they hadn t received any cars, were planning to get some the next day and reassured AGAIN that he ll message me when they do. Never heard anything back and messaged him on Mar. 3, but got no response. I called the dealership on the Mar. 5 & he said that they just received a car that works for me and that he d text me pictures soon. He did not, so I had to text him asking for the photos again and he finally sent them. I drove out the next day to see it and after over a week of waiting, not being communicated with, constantly checking the site that never updated correctly like Clarke said it would, & being told they would trade my car in for $3k-4k giving me a $14k-15k budget, I thought I was getting this car. After about an hour Clarke came out and tells me that the car would be $19k and asked if I can put anything down. A couple of other employees got involved and made it sound like they were pitching in to help, but no one was actually helpful. I called the next day and spoke with someone else about a car that he said was selling for $12.5k, but told me that it wouldn t be in my budget, which didn t make sense being that Clarke told me numerous times that they would give me $3k+ for my car. The entire 2 weeks that my car was there was a waste of time so I ended up towing it to Ourisman Kia of Fairfax and got a 2017 Altima SV within my budget that same day. The guys were cool & seemed willing, but the communication was awful & ultimately the customer service sucked because of it.

I visited Carzlane about the end of January to purchase a vehicle I saw advertised on CarGurus which was a 2021 Nissan Kicks(on the lot) I was told that I could not get approved for that vehicle then I was showed a 2017 Acura RDX(vehicle not on lot, vehicle on sister lot) I was approved for this vehicle did the paperwork on it and I did not put any money down which was asking price 3500. The vehicle is not on the lot, I never took possession of the vehicle and no money down. I was told by the salesman which was Mike and he told me to tell the financing company which was Westlake Financial to tell them I did put a down payment down. So after I went home and thought about it I called that following Monday to let the dealership know I changed mind and did not want to purchase the vehicle so I was then told to talk to the manager by the name of Ahmad. So we spoke and he threatened court saying I already did the paperwork. Fast forward to about two months later I spoke with Ahmad again to let him know that he needs to send a cancellation of the loan to the finance company. I explained that the finance company is now calling asking for a payment. I advised the finance what was going on and they keep telling me to reach out to the dealership. Now Ahmad is telling me once again we have to go through court but also says he hasn t filed a complaint against me because the dealership already got paid and he is not sending a cancellation of the loan and I can t change my mind about purchasing the vehicle. I explained to him in the state of Maryland I have 30 days to change mind about purchasing a car. So now I am not getting anywhere with getting help with this situation. And I m not paying for a car that I don t have in my possession.

The people here were nice but majority of the cars they have advertised on their website is either at their sister location which is 45 minutes away or sold. Their website is deceiving. My son called them Saturday morning to make sure the car he saw on their website was still available and to confirm his appointment. One of the gentlemen at this location told him yes. We get there, mind you we had an 1 1/2 hour drive only to find out that the car was sold the night before. So, I asked why didn't someone tell my son when he called about the car that it was sold. Their claimed that they didn't know because they worked off of a different system than their sister company. Then we proceed to look at other Honda Accords on the website and again we were told they were sold but still showed up on their website (ugh). The manager offered to drive us to their sister location to see some Hondas but we were not in the mood to drive another 45 minutes. It already took us an 1 1/2 hour to get here. So, there were only 2 Honda Accords on their lot, one was a 2017 for $16,900 and a newer model. We asked since we are here can we make a deal for the 2017 and give $15,000 cash. You lured us down here with false information and inconvenience and been here for awhile. So we asked lets make a deal on the 2017. We offered $15, 000 cash - after they added up all these fees and crunched some numbers, they claimed the car would come out to $20,000 and we wouldn't be able to get it for S15,000. They kept trying to persuade my son to take out a small loan. He kept insisting he does not want another car payment! He had his mind set - on the amount he is willing to spending and what kind of car he wanted. Then they tried to offered other cars but my son insisted he came here with the attention to test drive the Honda Accord that was supposedly available according to your website. By then we were frustrated and ready to go. Arrived here at 11am and left at 1:30 pm with no car. All I'm going to say "proceed with caution"!

Drove 2 hours one way to look at a specific vehicle to view/purchase that I confirmed was there and available just 3 hours before going there only to find out they sold it 2 days ago! I read horrible reviews and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but here I am writing this review. They wasted my time and gas money which could have been spent looking at available cars at other dealerships. The original person I spoke to and set up the appointment with was not even there when I arrived. The young man who was there was very apologetic and tried to help me find a different car but the only one they had on the lot was overpriced for what it was. I would use caution when looking at cars at this dealership.

As a customer things were a little frustrating because I wasn t able to get the vehicle that I wanted and he made sure I was alright and got me the best deal on a vehicle that was just as good.

These guys were great! I love my new car and the service was so good. Next car, I ll be back.Update: I literally drove the car once to work, a day after taking it home, and it's already having issues. I tried to contact them but no reply to emails or calls, and they don't have a voicemail box. I have a warranty but the issues the car has isn't covered under it. Just use some caution if you go here. I would also suggest bringing a guy who knows cars with you.
