I woke up to a flat tire earlier this week. I needed to get to work so I called AAA. R&S Auto and Truck Repair came to the rescue. The technician was very friendly. I was on the road in an hour from the time I called to the time they came to my house, took the flat off and put my donut on. He took my flat to their garage, checked it over, found a nail and plugged the hole and had it waiting for me when I got off work. They put my original tire on, in the rain, and didn t charge me anything extra. The owner was very nice too. I recommend checking them out. They are at 220 Fulton St, Hancock.

My car broke down 3 hours into my 6 hour drive and AAA informed me that I was going to have to wait 2 hours for somebody to arrive and assist me. Dell, from R&S Auto, arrived to my location within 25 minutes. Despite the long 3 hour drive ahead of us, Dell was very professional, good-humored, and entertaining the entire way. I felt very comfortable as his copilot, and he even let me control the music! I highly recommend this towing company, and if possible, ask for Dell. #PimpinAintEasy

The guy and his employee helped me and my wife out allot of it wasn't for them we would have been where we were a couple days I just wanna say I'm not going to anybody else they are really fair with there prices and they are very nice and put there customers priority thank u guys Soo much!!! I hope y'all remember us the Hyundai sonata !!!

These guys are my new family from Hancock. Because what they did for for us when my son s car broke down on the side of the road, only family would do. Towing, repair & customer service

Our service truck broke down in the middle of the night and needed towed. R&S towed our service truck home in no time at all, and the price was well under what we thought it would be.
