Our driver and his partner were very kind and arrived quickly after we called on a Friday at 6pm. They then delivered our vehicle safely to the shop for a very reasonable price.I highly recommend East End Enterprises if you need a tow.

Excellent service! I called looking for a tow while stranded on I-70E. It was too expensive to tow back home. So, I called back asking if there was an auto shop nearby I could tow the car to? Mike said he could tow it to his garage. Perfect! I worked with his skilled mechanic, Kevin, over the next few days looking for a used engine. Kevin has 10 years working experience at Toyota. He was perfect for the job! I looked a few places for an engine but no one had it in stock. I found a place that had it for $200 less than what I purchased but the company had bad reviews and a BBB F- Rating. Plus it seems shady that they would ship anywhere in the US for free. Kevin referred me to his guys over at LKQ in Dumfries. I purchased a used engine with 12 miles less than my original engine and they shipped to the garage, offered me a core and they will rebuild/recycle my old engine to live on in another vehicle! I love that! Kevin installed the engine, replaced hoses, seals and belts plus solved some other minor problems in had. When the bill came back, it was so reasonable! I recommend East End to everyone and will go back for all major work. The shop was organized and they are right off the highway, literally! I'm so glad I found these guys!

Came to me within an hour sitting on i70 W. (even on Sunday Father s Day!!!) Put air in my flat spare tire to just barely but thankfully making it to his shop where he was able to get me another tire back on my truck to make it back 2 hours to home. Fair prices, quick responses and super nice people! Would definitely recommend their services.

Coming home from Deep Creek on a Sunday afternoon we blew a trailer tire. Called East End and he meet us at his shop a 1/2 hr later. He had a new tire for us and the price was perfect! Highly recommend. Called them at 8:30 Sunday night for tow (after waiting on side of I-68 in the dark for 3 hours after the "roadside assistance" we pay an annual fee for repeatedly failed to find us a tow). Mike was so helpful and came right out - and was happy to tow us over 35 miles to the dealership.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

This man was wonderful! We had a tire on our trailer blow at 7 pm on our way home and he came into his shop and helped us out. We are so very thankful for this man and his services! He was quick and very polite :)

Our car s clutch came apart 2 hours into a 12 hour drive (at like 9 pm). We found Mike s shop on google maps and called immediately. We were able to have the car towed to the shop and Mike called us first thing in the morning to tell us what was wrong with the car. Within the day and a half, he was able to find all of the spare parts (even drove to Hagerstown himself to pick them up!) the repair was done within a few hours after that. Highly recommend this shop for the level of customer service and efficiency.

Our car started making a bad noise while driving to a cabin for vacation. Having just spent quite a bit of money on the car for repairs, we were not happy. We googled car repair places and found East End Enterprise. In about 10 mins our car was up on a lift and Kevin quickly figured out what was wrong. He was nice and professional. Fortunately it wasn t something complicated or expensive! Thank you!

Car was shaking like crazy on a long drive. We took a chance and were well rewarded.Kevin diagnosed the issue, dropped his other projects to help us. He had us back on the road with not even a tremor. Good price, great service.

What great service. I will keep these guys numbers. Not only did the one owner keep us informed where he was on when on the way to.come tow us back to his and his partners shop. We had our two small children with us when we broke down in this june heat wave he brought us two cold bottles of water for our children because we used what little water we had to fill our anti frezze tank. Once we got back to the shop the other owner was very personable and wonderful with our children he fixed our issue in about an hours time and we were back on the road. And very affordable prices. I hope we never have to use them again in the future but if we ever brake down again we will use them again. We were 3 hours from home and he said he would make sure we got back on the road that day.

I want to thank you for rescuing my grandson 's last night! They were the ones who where driving home from visiting their brother in VA.back to PA. The had 1 flat tire and put on the donut tire and then near Hancock MD. they had another flat tire which stranded them on the side of the highway on RT 70 still 175 miles from home, My grandson and my husband both called you after finding you on google even on Sunday night after 5 pm ,that didn't stop you, you came to their rescue!! You had a tire to fit the rim , toke it off , back to your shop and back to the car!! So sorry about all the hassle with our debit cards( about to call my bank about that)but you were so very kind and patient with us over the phone and to my grandson' s By the way , they made it home safe and sound and grandson got 4 new tires this morning and made it to his colleges class by 10:30 am THANK YOU !!! FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!!

We paid 75$ the day before and today we were charged 185$ and then he said 175$ because he forgot the old tire. And then he changed it to 155$ I changed the tire my self, put the tire in his truck for him and he wanted to charge full price still.Service: Tire changeService: Tire change

While traveling through Hancock on Labor Day our van broke down these guys were not only open but where able to get us back on the road . They were not expensive and were very pleasant to deal with! Would definitely recommend!!!

If you are needing roadside assistance this is the place to call for anywhere on I68 and I70 MD 144 and Wva 522 anywhere in that area. Had to get a tire replaced on my RV on a Sat. night and they sent out a guy from Currier Automotive to replace blown tire. They found me a tire and came and took blown one off and returned with a brand new tire and put it on for me.

Owner wouldn't come pick up my car, when I asked if service was not 24hrs yea replied with "yes but I'm done for today" leaving me stranded. Unfortunately some money just isn't good for people :(
