If, perhaps, you're like me and only have a vague understanding of your vehicle's quirks which then become kerplunks 130 miles from home on a busy highway late at night, I highly recommend calling Bain's for roadside assistance. I felt safe and listened to. Which as you may know, is a big deal when you're a woman traveling alone at night.

I must say you don't find good customer serve every day. Called and he was out with his daughter and her event. He said he would come through once he got done. Told him what was going on. Helped save on Antifreeze, drove and got the part, got everything to my driver and stayed little longer than needed after getting parts to my driver. Got the hose needed for Trailer and Truck. If you ever break down in Hancock. MD make sure you call them up. Got us up and back on the road with a honest assessment. I can honestly say that the mechanic who helped my family was a total god-send. My fiancee and our daughter were stuck on the side of the road during a road trip to visit family, at two in the morning no less. I was states away and frantically calling anyone listed as 24 hours that I could find on Google. After a few botched attempts at contacting other places, I spoke to someone with Bain's and they came out within the hour. The Mechanic was friendly and personable. He was also super knowledgeable and eager to help them out of the situation they were in. He made sure that the car was running smoothly and safely before leaving and didn't charge us an astronomical amount either. I couldn't recommend Bain's enough and I'm so thankful that they were willing to help in the middle of the night. I can honestly say you won't go wrong doing business with this company!

Our 2nd time using Bain's for truck and trailer repair. Very quick response on the road service calls. Also very quick repair times on the equipment once it went to his shop. Brian was very good with keeping me informed with what was going on during the repairs. He took our driver to the hotel and picked him up at the completion of the repairs. Top notch service and very knowledgeable.....

Locally owned business with a great reputation. The gentleman was very precise in what the problem was and fixed it expeditiously. He s very experienced and knowledgeable about his work. I would definitely recommend any truck drivers to use this business as opposed to a bigger company. He makes the experience very personable and is very professional with his work. There isn't a lot of honest good mechanics put there that know what they are doing. But this company is super awesome, they were super upfront with the charges so no surprises really kind and helpful. Above and beyond normal mechanics. Highly highly recommend. The guy worked at freightliner for many years so he is awesome

It most defiantly was not an affordable price we sat for almost 2 hours waiting for him to bring us 4 to 10 gallons of gas so we could make it to the next gas station he put us behind for our drop offs and this guy didn t even know how to put the gas in the truck and continued to argue with my dad about how he knows our tank is full but it was completely dry and my dad had to prove that by trying to start the truck and it continuously not starting we barely got a quarter of a tank from him and he charged my dad 225 dollars be very careful with this guy because he will most likely scam you. It s pretty sad that it s a veteran owned business that didn t discount my veteran dad instead charged him way more than needed be.

Had a wonderful experience. He was able to get to my house within the hour of me calling. He ran diagnostics and it ended up being a fairly simple fix and he was able to do it right then. He explained everything as he did it so I knew exactly what was happening and there were no hidden fees. I have a foreign car that local dealerships won t work on so finding someone that would come to my house to work on it was such a time saver and saved me a towing bill. Awesome service! Worked holiday weekend at standard rate to replace my turbo so that I could get home from camping trip on time. Returned next day to repair unrelated brake issue, and fixed on site. I called him out at 3am on a Sunday for a jump start, and he came out within 30 minutes and did not waste any time getting the job done.My driver was back on the road within an hour of calling this in.They are genuine, honest, and affordable. Arrived within 5 minutes and coolant leak was fixed within 10 minutes! I expected to be sitting overnight since this all happened at sunset. They accept EFS and emailed the invoice directly to my company. Couldn t have been easier or quicker. Highly recommend!

Be careful, this guy will leave you stranded. Told us to park at a truck stop and he ll follow us and do the repairs there. Peeled off from site and never answered any of my several calls.

This guy saved the day. If I had known he would have been available, I d have called 3 hours earlier. We were stranded, with no help from a paid for policy roadside assistance for our RV, and Bain s came through. He was kind and super efficient. We re on our way home and it s such a relief. I bought a car and was driving back to NC. Brakes locked up and left me on the side of the road at night. Bain found the parts and came out quickly to get me back on the raod. He was fast and knowledgeable. It was a 95 degree Sunday and I was stuck at a rest stop in my rv. After several phone calls resulting no help till Tuesday, I try Bain. Within an hour he found the part, shortly there after he put it on and I was on the road again. And nearly half the cost of the other guys just giving me excuses. Don't waist your time looking for other peopleif Bain's is available grab himOn a weekend evening halfway through my trip I got stranded with my alternator gone no roadside assistance or AAAcalled a few places Bain's was first to respondhe said he'll be there in 15 and he was there right on timeDiagnosed my problem gave me a price and told me my optionsHe then went off to get parts apparently my part was not available but he figured it out got me with a discount and gave me the discount for the part too who does thatto top it off he also brought an extra car battery with him in case I needed itLong story short he got me on the road and gave me a list of problems that my car needs to be fixedThanks Service: Electrical
